Serguei (7/5): - Удобная локация для старта поездки как на север города, так и на юг. Очень маленький номер. Наверное , это был самый маленький номер в этом отеле. Условия спартанские. Посуда для самостоятельного приготовления еды отсутствует. Что-то из посуды как бы есть, но это чисто для видимости, чтобы сказать, что она есть. То есть наличие кухни номинальное, а не реальное. Хотя холодильник нормальный. Окна выходили на улицу, шумно. Только переночевать тут 2-3 ночи, пока ищешь кондо, еще вполне ОК. Но на длительный срок не рекомендую.

Michael (9/5): A little gem for the price. - Although the studio was small it contained all the necessary facilities the swimming pool was a bonus even though I did not use it. Location wise was just right 5 mins to the baht bus for Jometien or Pattaya city. Would use this accommodation again.

Bathrooms need modernising and bedroom furniture in need of renovation too.

You have access to a very large pool and a ton of good restaurants. MJs food and drinks are across the street. My only gripe was the datedness. I love the Buddha statues and art. Price is on point.

Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place but beware the traffic noise. - Very nice apartment, everything worked very well including cable and internet, good value considering it was a one bedroom with one full bath plus a powder room. Large swimming pool, water seemed clean, not crowded but needed more reclining deck chairs instead of straight-back chairs, chairs were uncomfortably hard and needed cleaning. Downside was that the constant traffic noise from Pratamnak Road hill was absolutely horrendous, even by Pattaya standards. Awakened multiple times thru the night by motorbike noise.

David (1/5): Just AWFUL. I left the property and submitted a formal complaint immediately. - I liked nothing at all. The staff were belligerent and insisted they had no booking. The place was filthy. The room security was very poor. Many of the furniture items in the photos do not exist. The swimming pool is 100 metres away along a very busy road.

Apartment was clean, and cleaning services was provided every 2 days. Pool is good! The house lady also provides a laundry service: conditioned and ironed. The condition of apartment leaves something to be desired.. Very old, with holes on the furniture. Internet is terrible, the speed is good, but it works with interruptions all the time, 5 minutes working 5 not working.. it's really uncomfortable and annoying. Also for some reason check out time was 1 hour earlier than it's said here. Although they allowed us to stay up to 12 as i mentioned the mistake.
Gautam (8/5): huge clean penthouse but no lift! - we stayed for 2 nights here. the penthouse spans 3 floors from 3rd to 5th floor. 3rd floor : hall, dining, kitchen, bathroom 4th : 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 5th : bedroom and terrace terrace has a really good view of the beach. a good place to chill hall has tv and recliner sofas kitchen has utensils to cook, serve there is no lift! this was the only and biggest issue during our stay also they have a huge pool which isn't maintained well. there were a layer of mosquitos on the surface

I liked the fact that it was a two bedroom with two bathroom apartment, but from the advert on Booking.com, this was not 100% clear, so I was glad when I arrived that this was the case. The shutters in the rooms need some maintenance, because the louvers were impossible to keep closed. So when I went to bed at night, because the louvers do not remain closed, the light comes through in the morning. Also, the state of the 2/3 sun loungers around the pool were in a very poor state and although the pool looks inviting, it was let down by the lack of sun loungers and the fact that the ones that were there were old and dirty.

Stephane (10/5): - Old building in good condition. No elevator as said in the description of the hotel. 1 floors is the equivalent of 1 floor and 1/2. Staff very nice and accommodating. I will stay again next time i go if the price is the same.

Bad side is it have no elevator, i am ok with no elevator for renting an 2 and 1/2 appartement, dinning room and reste room togetter and a door to go to the bed room. And 1 floor is the equivalent to do 1 and a half floor. Really good hotel.

James (8/5): Very good - This is residential accommodation, so very quite. Very nice location away from the hustle of Central Pattaya, but close enough via walking or taxi to restaurants, stores, beach but a 10 minute taxi ride to Central Pattaya more entertaining areas.

GraemeY_13 (10/5): Perfect all round for me - Two weeks into a four week stay here. 1 bed apartment is great - very spacious, plenty equipment (e.g. 2 big TV’s) strong air con/ fans; daily cleaning and fresh towels; friendly staff; very flexible good location - short walk to Thappraya Road (songtau to Jomtien or Pattaya), and 10 minute walk to beach down Soi 5; actually Pattaya/ Jomtien are only 15 minute walk. Great location. Big shared pool - but never busy - excellent; minor point - not much shade. Excellent helpful welcome from K.Noi. To be clear - this is an apartment set-up; not a hotel - but lots of restaurants/ mini-marts nearby - perfect for me. I really feel at home here - will surely come back

Be warn, there are no elevators, we had to carry all our luggage up many flights of stairs...thank goodness we got help from the guys who gave us the keys!!!

No problems, but if you want a really quiet place out of the road - look somewhere else, as as a light sleeper when sober I could hear airconditioner, fan, electric switch board, neighbours passing by my room and people talking in the reception area in the morning before 12pm.

MrTeva (6/5): - I have stayed at this apartment many times. Although I enjoy the location and familiar surroundings I may have to look for other accommodations on my next trip. The pool was being redone which is a plus. So I don't fault property for that. But no swimming. The furniture is starting to age badly, the mattress is a bit bumpy and uncomfortable. The internet was good. Having a kitchen was always a plus. I think there are new people running the day to day of the actual apartment block I was in. Overall decent place to stay for the price, but there are other options at other venues at the same price. Plus: Laundry service, internet, kitchen, parking, location. Negatives: Old wore out furniture, uncomfortable mattress, just needs some updating. So they can be competive in their price bracket.
Gary (6/5): - The bath room is to small , you can not take a shower and use the toilet at the same time. The people looking after the place were great. The pool is shared by 3 properties it was green and you coul not swim in it.

Christopher (10/5): Excellence has a new definition - I am a Travel Agent who traveled to Thailand to share my vacation experience. This hotel literally did everything for me complimentary. I asked to do laundry, and was told it would be done for me. I did not have to do anything in my stay, but enjoy myself. The staff made it just magnificent. They even arranged a taxi for me cheaper than what I had ever paid in my travels to Thailand. This condo/vacation rental was a gem. Affordable, but with all the luxury I would want in my stay. If you’re looking to be treated well, and in a good location, this spacious accommodation is right for you. I assure you my clients will have this as an option.

matthew (10/5): Got better with time - My Fiancé and I stayed 17 nights here through the Christmas and New Year Holiday. When we first checked in my first impressions were the place could use a little TLC. The TV reception wasn't always clear, the shower head randomly scattered the water and there was no rice maker in the kitchenette. That being said , the staff were super good. They cleaned the apartment every day really well (they even did our dishes.) We got fresh towels every day and they had no problems lending us extras for the beach. They helped with the bags. Laundry was 100 baht per load and came back the next day clean pressed and ironed! We were both very impressed. The location is pretty good, rent a scooter or hire a motor bike taxi just outside the door for short 2 minute runs to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although quality is certainly varied. We would stay here again without question. It's worth the money for a short or long stay. Tell the taxi driver Pratumnak , the top of Soi 5.

matttI7553OT (10/5): Home away from home - I stayed with friends at the Argyle Apartments for the first week of January 2017. Between us we had two penthouse apartments both located on the same floor sharing five bedrooms. The value was unbelievable. Cheap as chips. And huge apartments. Nicely located up on the hill with easy transport. And there's a great Irish bar and restaurant across the road It's a quick hop down to the beach or into town. Staff are very relaxed and family like. Very relaxing.
DennisL3076 (2/5): Safeguard your Valueables - My Holiday was spoiled by Thefts from the room safe I was a little wary when given a Key..the Numeric pad was not functioning.10 Days into my holiday £100 went missing so only a token amount left inside then on Xmas Day a £10 missing. Then somebody broke the lock on my Hand Luggage.The Owner offered discount on my next booking, but who would go back there after that. Shame as the Apartments have a nice Swimming Pool best avoided in the meantime. Reviewed January 12, 2017
