- Florence (4/5): - Bruyant. Chambre pas propre. Toilette cuvette sale. Pas de porte serviettes,pas d'étagères au dessus du lavabo,pas de tapis de douche. Une fenetre dans la chambre sans volet, ni rideaux. Payé pour un petit déjeuner, machine a café en panne. Je déconseille fortement.

- Mohamed (4/5): - Madame, Monsieur, Je vous adresse cette réclamation concernant mon séjour dans votre hôtel, réservé via Expedia. Avant de finaliser ma réservation, j'ai contacté votre établissement pour confirmer qu'une chambre avec un lit double serait disponible pour une arrivée entre 4h et 5h du matin. Le responsable m’a assuré que tout était en ordre. À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes : La chambre était équipée de lits jumeaux au lieu d'un grand lit double, Une forte odeur nauséabonde persistait dans la pièce, La propreté laissait à désirer et plusieurs équipements étaient cassés ou manquants. Le responsable n’étant pas présent, aucune solution n’a pu être trouvée à ce moment-là. En compensation, on m’a proposé un petit déjeuner, mais l’hygiène du personnel était également préoccupante, notamment le manque de gants et de lavage des mains avant de servir les petit déjeuner. Après avoir exprimé mes préoccupations à la réception, j’ai reçu une note vocale du gérant de l’hôtel. Il a justifié la situation en expliquant que la chambre attribuée était « juste un dépannage » pour dormir entre 5h et 11h, minimisant ainsi la situation. Il a même ajouté, et je cite : « Nous ne sommes pas un hôtel Louis Vuitton super luxe, nous sommes un petit hôtel ». Cette remarque était à la fois déplacée et irrespectueuse. Peu importe la taille ou la catégorie d’un hôtel, il est essentiel de respecter les engagements pris avec les clients.

- Martine (6/5): Mini prix mini confort - La chambre manque de confort, pas de rideaux, un seul chevet, pas de table ou bureau, la literie est très médiocre. La salle de bain avec WC, pas de porte serviettes ou patère où poser sa serviette, pas de verre, pas de brosse WC, la pièce semble encore inachevé ( plainte, joints mural de douche..) vitres de douche pleines de calcaire. Heureusement que le service est plus convivial j'ai pu obtenir une boisson chaude apporté dans ma chambre car pas de distributeur dans la salle de petit déjeuner et j'ai obtenu à ma demande une couverture supsupplémentaire. Le personnel d'accueil parle difficilement le français mais son à l'écoute.

L'accès aux chambres m'a été donné plus tôt et m'a évité de ne rien avoir à faire pendant les 3h avant l'ouverture officielle. Chambre propre avec tout le nécessaire. Seul bémol, l'isolation phonique est très mauvaise et j'ai entendu ma voisine de palier téléphoner puis commenter son film toute la soirée jusqu'à 23h30..

- Chris (6/5): Remodeled downtown hotel. - The hotel is downtown and is being remodeled. The room looked like new. However, it was outfitted rather cheaply, but everything worked. For an American staying in Paris, this hotel is inexpensive but lacks air conditioning (as many hotels do in Europe) and is located along a rather busy street. Being about 86 degrees (30 degrees Centigrade) and with high humidity, it wasn't very comfortable to sleep, especially with the noise made by cars, people on the street, garbage truck, etc. If you're looking for a good price, this is it.

Service a bit slow but worth the wait. Beware no lifts. Staff were really helpful and understood basic English. Free parking close by.
- Olivier (6/5): Jeune hôtel assez sympa - Jeune hôtel fraichement installé. une équipe jeune et sympathique. Ce n'est pas luxueux mais le nécessaire est là. La chambre était de bonne taille, dommage que les travaux de finition ne soient pas terminés (salle de bain...) mais un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le restaurant est correct et bien pratique !
- Verified traveler (8/5): bon hôtel quand même ne par avoir peur du bruit si - Très bon accueil par une hôtesse sympathique. On cherchais un restaurant, elle nous a indiqué celui de l'hôtel, pareil accueil chaleureux, sympathique. Une fois dans la chambre qui est agréable, spacieuse, propre rien à dire. Dans la nuit, une circulation occasionnel mais bruyante ( pour les personnes qui entende les bruits car mon mari n'a rien entendu) et à 04h20 du matin l'alarme à incendie se déclenche, personne ne vient , je commence à descendre personne et finit par arrivé à l'accueil , le personnel était entrain d'éteindre l'alarme et nous as dit que l'on pouvait remonter dans notre chambre. et le lendemain le personnel s'est excuse du dérangement occasionné surement par un fumeur.

On décide donc de remettre la chambre en attendant une nouvelle... Changement de chambre et là, pas de télé, pas de serviettes ni de savons. En plus on entendait nos voisins comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre.

Chambre neuve,spacieuse, propre mais sans grande déco. Petit bémol, il faut trouver l'hotel que rien n'indique de l'extérieur mais le lieu est encore tout neuf et à continuer d'aménager... Petit prix, tranquillité et bon hôtel à recommander.
