The food was not only delicious but also clean as well. Overall I am happy WiFi signal is so poor in the room. I can only use WiFi in restaurant and reception area.

- Abraham (8/5): Excellent budget choice of hotel in Yankin area of Yangon. - We arrived just as I was supposed to start a class online. The checkin boys were awesome - they set me up with WiFi before I’d even checked in so I could work in the dining room. The breakfast buffet was delicious every day. The room was clean and when a light went out in the bathroom they came and fixed it immediately. The WiFi in the room was not good enough for me to work. It would lag quite a lot and sometimes cut out entirely. For basic surfing or watching videos it was fine - but for online teaching it would not work. However the staff was SO accommodating - they allowed me to work downstairs where the WiFi was plenty strong enough.

Good internet connection. Staff are attentive. The cleaner changed new towels everyday. Wonderfully laid out room design with plenty electric sockets. If they flip mattress over. It will be excellent because mattress won't be super low and soft only in the middle.

- Than (7/5): Good location for the Price. Will stay again. - Good Location, Food facilities near by, walking distance to Inya Lake for morning walk. Quiet as not on the main street. Breakfast rotating menu is good. Little bit less salty to my taste. Should provide more local food for the clients as over half of the rooms are occupied by locals. There is a water puddle after the rain storm at room 502 sliding window was not locked but easily fixed. water drain slow after shower. Take a few requests to get the bath soap liquid refill.

- Jose Cenon (10/5): Recommended stay in Yankin - I have checked other hotels in the Yankin area and I think Hotel Yankin is the best choice within it's price range. Staff are friendly. I requested for an upper floor room and they arranged it. Breakfast is pretty good with a few hot dishes (rice, noodles, veggies, sausage), rice porridge, soup, fruits and bread, and an egg station. Double bed was comfy. Rooms look to be outdated by roomy. There's nothing much to see in the area but it's a short ride away from restaurants. I would definitely stay here next time considering my business meetings are around the area.

La chambre présentait plusieurs anomalies : 1er étage sans escalier à disposition d'où ascenseur difficile à obtenir, bruits de canalisations, conduit de 30 à 40 cm traversant la chambre, dans laquelle s'engouffrent des pigeons qui font un tapage aux premières heures du jour, je suppose que toutes les chambres ne subissent pas de tels désagréments, climatisation trop bruillante, ainsi que le réfrigérateur..

I requested for change of room as my room was facing the road and was quite noisy. The reception staff immediately help me to arrange and provided me a much more quiet and lager room to my comfort. - Chanchit (6/5): ครั้งแรกหลังสิบปี ไปย่างกอนใหม่ - เป็นการเดินทางไปย่างกุ้งครั้งใหม่ หลังเปิดสนามบินแห่งใหม่ ไม่รู้จักเมืองดี โชคดีระบบรถแท็กซี่ ไม่ต้องต่อรอง และไม่ไกล ไปถนนย่านกินอาหารซีฟูด ถูกคอถูกปาก อาหารเช้ารรอาเชี่ยน ชอบกว่าขนมปังไข่ดาวซึ่งก็มี ออกไปชมเมือง มีห้างโอเชี่ยน แบบดิสเคาร์สโตร์เรา เลือกซื้อเส้อผ้า ทำจากไทยแต่ราคาต่ำกว่าในเอ๊าเลทได้มาเยอะ มีห้างซุเบอร์มาเก็ตหรู เปิดทุกมุมเมือง ข้าวของทันสมัย ซื้อชา ซื้อไวน์ ได้ราคาถูก เช่นเดียวกับเบียร์ ราคาในประเทศนี้ ยังถือว่าต่ำกว่าเวียตนามด้วย ระบบแท็กซี่ ถ้าหลุดจากโรงแรมแล้ว ก็เป็นระบบต่อรองเล็กน้อย ข้อควรระวังถนนบางสาย รถติดเวลาเช้าและหลังเลิกงาน ห้าโมงเย็น เขาจะบอกแพงกว่าขาไปเป็นต้น และรถก็ติดจริง ที่พม่า ถนนนักท่องเที่ยวก็พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี พอไปตะเวนได้ คนท้องถิ่นเขาพกมือถือไว้หลังโสร่ง บอกไม่มีใครขโมย ปลอดภัยหายห่วง แต่ระวังเดินตกท่อ เพราะฝาท่อชำรุดต่างหาก วันรุ่งขึ้นกินอาหารเข้าอีกปริมาณมากเพราะมีให้เลือกหลายรูปแบบ อ้อกล้วยหอมก็อร่อย น้ำผลไม้เฉยๆ ไม่ชอบดื่มมาก กลับไปที่ห้องพัก เลยบอกเขาไม่ต้องเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอน เปลี่ยนแต่ผ้าเช็ดตัว เขาเลยแถมน้ำดื่มให้เป็น ส่ีขวดเลย พนักงานมีความสามารถอธิบายเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างดี แนะนำร้านอาหาร วิธีไปเที่ยว รวมความแล้วสดวกสบาย สมราคา เพราะตามรีวิว แจ้งราคาโรงแรมที่นี่ไม่สมราคา ซึ่งใช้บริการเสร็จแล้ว ก็ยังถือว่าประทับใจ จะวางแผ่นไปเที่ยวอีกครั้ง เพราะใช้งบประมาณไม่มาก และจะต้องจองโรงแรมที่นี่อีกอีกอย่างหนึ่งคือบริการเรียกรถแท็กซี่ เขาจะติดต่อ พร้อมต่อรองราคาให้เรา ให้สมกับราคาที่ต้องจ่าย ไม่ใช่ช่วยส่งเสริมให้เรารู้สึก เสียเงินค่าเดินทางมาก ซึ่งน้ำใจเพราะยังไงก็ต้องไปแท็กซี่ เป็นจุดๆ อย่าลืมแลกเงิน่แจ้ดให้พอ
- Shane (10/5): Great stay at Hotel Yankin - Staff at Hotel Yankin are very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast at hotel bistro is a gem 5 stars - fresh produce, delicious soup, fried rice, gruel, noodle.very clean room, but my mattress is very firm, anf hot water flow is small. Great value Yangon accommodation choice at Yankin township, which is a residential area.,
