- Leonard (4/5): Not worth my dime.... - The shower The breakfast was bad. The aircon remote batteries were finished. At breakfast you had to ask for milk, glasses and the staff were not in attendance. I regret spending my hard earned money there, will never set foot, ever again
- Vusi (9/5): -
- Sipa (7/5): Great location and budget friendly. - The location is great. I had a very late check-in, and it went seamlessly.
- Linceth (10/5): -
- Dlamini (5/5): Passable - Breakfast - access road rigged with potholes
- steps in the middle of the night as I was a late arrival
- I almost thought there was no hot water only to find the water labels are swopped around both in shower and hand basin
- Sammy (3/5): Poor - Bed was comfortable Had to shower with cold water in the morning
- Xolile (9/5): Superb -
- Noran (1/5): Horrible, definetly wont consider this place again should I visit Ermelo - Absolutely nothing Not sure why this place is called a Hotel as it doesn't meet the standard of a hotel. We had to shower with cold water in the morning, Our bed sheet had yellow stain on it, although booking clearly stated for 2ppl they failed to provide sufficient towels as we only had 1. Chef served me cold tea for breakfast.
- Lwazi (1/5): Bad Experience , Definetly not booking there ever again - No Electricity Back Up , No Microwave , Room is small but yet over priced !
- Vuyelwa (6/5): Good - It was close to where we needed to be No microwave. We were traveling with a baby and needed to warm up her food

- Marchelle (3/5): Avoid this establishment - Noisy noisy noisy!. I phoned management at 10pm to complain about the noise coming from a party in the Lapa, as well as loud music staff were listening to in the downstairs dining area. Staff were talking loud, doors were banging downstairs.
Music was then turned down at least, but the banging doors didn't stop.
Last people to enter were at 2h30 am - again banging doors and talking loud.
Just to be woken up at 6am - again staff banging doors downstairs, talking loud, dragging furniture, banging glasses.
My advice... avoid this establishment OR take earplugs along.
- Mokoditoa (8/5): Very good -
- Refilwe (10/5): Exceptional -

- Khaba (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (7/5): Beautiful place just needs touch ups and proper management. - Easy access from town 1. Accessing the premises, the guard is never at the gate you need to hoot and hoot for him to come to the gate. I think they need to give guests remotes for the gate.
2. The beds are not so comfortable, the idea of mixing single beds to make double beds is not ideal it not comfortable.
3. Today we were woken up by loud noise of grinding. There was no notification that they will be welding or grinding 7am people are grinding just outside our room. I honestly think you should consider that you have guests on site therefore rather bring in workers during the week from 10am when the place is empty.
- Tshepo (5/5): Nightmare - The doors are not closing properly the is too much noise outside The shower and the door are broken . Tv is outdated
- Myeza (7/5): Good - No air con in the room. Please install
- Mokhothu (10/5): Great Stay - The setup is great. Everything is within reach. Tranquil. There is no swimming pool.
- Nokwanda (4/5): Disappointing -
- Merle (6/5): Pleasant - Lovely , comfortable bedroom. The bed was a great size and the linen fresh and clean.. The water quality was poor. Our room was next to the lapa and it was very noisy and the walkie talkie was annoying. There was no burglar bars on the windows so we couldn't open a window at night for fresh air.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Location No generators for loadshedding
- Sibonga (10/5): It was exciting stay and thank khayalame for exceptional service. I would recommend to everyone - The comfort waas excellent in a way that you'd feel you were staying at the hotel. Furthermore, the food was awesome, room service was promptly in a ridiculous way. All in all it was exciting stay. Thank u khayalami Nothing really
- Salome (8/5): Very good - Room spacious No pool, conference too small and pillar inside is obstructing view
- Liesl (4/5): Disappointing. - The receptionist was friendly and tried to help me as best as she could and the wi-fi worked I was placed in a room that the lights were not working. Then moved to another room where the door struggled to shut. The door literally had to be kicked at the bottom to close. It is advertised with DSTV channels yet out of the "8" supposed channels, only 2 channels had sound and the only 4 channels had signal with massive white noise and blurred signal and all were SABC, not DSTV channels. No TV could be watched. The first room had a microwave, but when I was moved to the second room, it did not, so I could not heat my supper. The tap in the bathroom was loose. General maintenance is the problem.
- Londiwe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Themba (9/5): Warm reception, perfect location - Staff was awesome, from calling to confirm if you're still coming. Beakfast was brilliant. Bathroom may need some touch
- Sphiwe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dineo (8/5): Very good -
- Lethu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mporo (1/5): All went well except for electricity and 1 cup of coffee while a was not alone - Never offered a breakfast Stayed 4 hours without electricity
- Grobler (5/5): Passable -
- Masomere (8/5): Very good - Noise and disturbances as there were construction works going on.Also could not work due to load shedding and no available power backup
- Mongezi (7/5): Good -
- Belinda (6/5): Pleasant - It's was good Nothingu
- Jerry (8/5): Excellent Service - The receptionist {Trust}was very friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious, enjoyable and beyond adequate.
KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!! During loadshedding there was a generator but going on and off.
It happened mostly when we were about to bath as their water supply is linked to power supply.
- Lungile (6/5): Pleasant - The room was very comfortable and clean. Our booking included breakfasf but we left without eating and told the chef was AWOL. However the lady that assisted us managed to give us money to buy our own breakfast. So in someway she managed the crisis well. The property is also currently under renovations
