• Yakoub (6/5): Très bel hôtel, et on a bien mangé. - Très bel hôtel! Beaucoup de choix au niveau de la nourriture. Le personnel est pour la plus part compétent. Une hôtesse a l’accueil qui a refusé de changer nos draps. Je tiens à préciser qu’on nous avaient changé nos draps ce jour là et qu’on nous a mis un drap avec de la merde. En descendant à l’accueil pour le signaler et demander de le changer, elle nous a dit qu il était impossible de le changer maintenant. Certains serveurs sont carrément incompétent, 2 fois en 2 jours je donne ma commande au serveur et celui-ci revient vers moi 30 min après pour me demander ma commande. Les activités proposés le soir ne sont pas fameuses, mis à part le karaoké qui était pas mal.

• Parisi (3/5): Im disappointed with my stay. Its my vacation and I spent a lot of money to enjoy it with my wife. But we had nothing bu - The location is good but for a second time around I’d say it got worst. Constant problems with wifi. Housekeeping wasn’t around for a few days causing us to run out of supplies. The staff was decent but they look overwhelmed and tired.

• Ege (10/5): Best hotel for value in best part of Antalya - the hotel is absolutely perfect for the value. in general we were satisfied by everything because they were focused on finding solutions to problems and trying to provide as much as possible even though it's perfect for value, the variety of the drinks or the meals could be better. i felt like sometimes they are going for cheaper options and especially for drinks they don't have the good brands. the workers were so stressed and sometimes too negative and prepared drinks badly sometimes.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und das Büffet zum Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich. Hier findet jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack. Es gibt einen Shuttle zum Strand und zurück. Ich kann das Hotel für jeden empfehlen, der Wert auf Sauberkeit und freundliches Personal legt. Es wäre schön, wenn es eine türkische traditionelle Nacht als Animationsprogramm gäbe.

• Kaan Mustafa (9/5): Sehr erholsam - Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Oz Hotels Sui Resort. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Hotel war sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Strand war super und gut erreichbar, und auch die Strandbar war top. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Ines Schmidt, die sich um uns sehr gut gekümmert hat – super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch die Putzfrauen und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! -

• Carmen (1/5): I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! - The appearance of the hotel, the large and beautiful rooms and the SPA area, but all of this was overshadowed by the multitude of negative aspects. Do not go to this hotel. I came from 1500 km to have a wasted vacation. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and views on YouTube, but the reality was very different. The juices in the restaurant are only from the dispenser and they are horrible, not in the refrigerators in 1 liter cans, as I saw on YouTube, and the food has been the same and of poor quality. Trays of boiled beans, vegetable stews, fried breaded chicken, dry boiled chicken breast, dry turkey breast and a horrible tasting minced meat. Canteen food not from a 5 star hotel. There are no grilled dishes even in the evening. The chefs in the restaurant stand with their arms crossed and stare at us smiling when they see us closing the lids of the food. On 28.10, there was trout for dinner, which was spoiled. The drinks at the lobby bar are made without respecting the combinations. They only put vodka in the cocktails, even if the recipe is different. They are prepared as the bartender wants. The glasses at the lobby bar and the plates in the restaurant are dirty. We reported these aspects to the manager, and his attitude was defiant and insulting, telling us that we get what we paid for and if we don't like it, we can ask Booking to move us to another hotel. The only person who understood everything that we, and other tourists, noticed was the public relations representative, but she was overwhelmed by the situation. On October 31st, on the hotel beach, tourists were left in the sun all day because the hotel staff dismantled all the umbrellas and packed the sunbeds because the hotel was closing, even though we were staying in the hotel and should have benefited from all the services we had paid for. It was the only hotel in the area that did this on the beach. We were treated with great disrespect. A complaint has also been filed with the Turkish Ministry of Tourism in this regard.

• Moayad (5/5): - Hotellet var modern, läget var bra Maten var kass för att vara 5 stjärnig hotel, samma mat varje dag utan överaskningar, kändes som de serverade gammal sallas sista dagarna av vår vistelsen, de gömde olivoljan inne i köket. En den av personalen var trötta och oproffisionella. Animal team frågade inte alla om olika aktiviteter på hotelet och det fanns inga info om det. Vi hittade hårstrå från en annan person i badrumet när vi checkade in. Vi hade bokat 2 gäster från början, och 3 veckor innan resan ville vi lägga till en gäst till, jag kontaktade hotelet och fick beskedet att vi löser det på hotelet, jag kollade vad det skulle kosta på booking att ändra till 3 gäster, det skulle kosta 250 euro till, men när vi framme på hotelet så sa de att tyvärr så måste vi betala dagena pris vilket var 360 euro ocv han som jag hade kontakt med på mail gömde sig tillls vi var tvungna att betala 360euro och sen kom han fram från baksidan av reciptionen!

The guest relations ladies: Emine and Inez for the way they took care of us and for the organisation of our daughters birthday party. • 319joannan (2/5): Don't go - This has been the worst holiday. This is my last full day and I am completely exhausted. I couldn't sleep in the first room because the service trollies go over the room nearly 24 hours a day and could hear them all night. So they said they will move my room so at least I can sleep for 2 nights. The new room is imbetween two sets of elevators amd below the bar which is open all night. There is a back room for my children so I slept on the floor there so I could get a few hours. They have brought a sofa bed in so at least I won't sleep on the floor on the last night. The hotel advertises as a beach hotel. The beach is not at the hotel. You to get a shuttle and there is no sand and a massive drop into the water so no good for children. The food is awful. The fish is dry and full of bones. My 6 year old is allergic to dairy. After 3 days of asking for a substitute they gave me lactose free milk. But she has a dairy allergy not a lactose allergy. So as a summary. If you want a good night's sleep. Don't come here. If you want a beach holiday. Don't come here. If you like good food. Don't come here. If you have any sort of allergy. Don't come here. They dont care
• pirvuletc (2/5): Bad resort! - I don't understand how this resort could reach 8.7 on booking! It is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The food is completely disappointing, poor, tasteless, undiversified. The cleanliness in the restaurant is lacking, I saw the same food stains on the floor 4-5 days in a row, glasses stained with lipstick. All the evenings are boring, the entertainment is missing, all the shows are old. The drinks are of very poor quality, queues at every bar and bartenders who make your mix as they see fit! I'm sorry that I ruined my vacation here, I do not recommend in any way, read the bad reviews of on booking, those are true!

• PirvuletI (4/5): No! - I stayed yesterday and the first opinion about this hotel is not favorable. The room and cleanliness are ok, but the food is of very poor quality. It is not diversified, without barbecue, repetitive, tasteless and poor. At breakfast, apart from eggs, I could not eat anything else. The juice is of poor quality, the alcoholic drinks are local and alcoholized, tasteless. I do not recommend this resort, for the same money you can find better!
• rafek872 (4/5): My experience! - The hotel's location is decent, but it's quite a long walk to the beach. The beach itself is very, very crowded - you feel like a sardine in a can. I witnessed people fighting over free sunbeds on the beach, as there are definitely not enough of them. The entrance to the sea is also quite steep - very dangerous for children. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is okay, but since it closes for the winter season, you get the feeling that the staff just waiting for the season to end. The waiters in the main restaurant do their job properly, but there is one waiter who treats hotel quests like schoolchildren. He raises his voice and is quite rude. The rooms are clean but in need of renovation. The cleaning staff are very kind and polite, always willing to help. The value for money is not adequate, especially in October, as there is a noticeable lack of fresh food, particularly bread, vegetables, fruits and baklavas. It feels like quests are only being served what is left over from the season. For example, ice creams were available at the hotel and served in paper cups, but unfortunately there were no spoons, and the staff member instructed quests to use plastic knives or forks instead. Beach volleyball matches were organized on the beach, but due to the lack of a proper volleyball, a football was used instead. In my opinion, the hotel is not worth considering especially if you plan to visit in October.
• Liudmyla (8/5): Отель хороший,но есть нюансы…. - Традиционная бюджетная «пятерка».Номер достаточно большой, все есть,кроме халатов(как нам сказали,концепцией отеля не предусмотрено. А зря!) Хорошая вечерняя анимация. Очень внимательный персонал. Много мест где наливают / готовят кофе,чай .Очень понравился бар у бассейна-пицца + и паста+В целом отель оставил очень приятые впечатления 1)в спа центре нет ни накидок для сауны,ни полотенец( приходилось пользоваться пляжным) . Пляжное полотенце в течении дня нельзя поменять,только сдать вечером,а утром взять свежее 2) питание. Возможно,для мясоедов нет проблем,но для вегетарианцев-увы! Выбора практически нет . А то,что есть-невкусное. Но круассаны и буреки были хороши. Короче,голодными не останетесь,но и удовольствия от еды не получите. Фрукты -вообще печаль.Удивило отсутствие арбузов( а для них сейчас самый сезон!). Напитки нужно брать самим, не критично,но это же 5 звезд. 3)пляж. Отличный,но! лежаков не хватает,хотя есть свободное место,где их можно было бы поставить.

Еда – выше всяких похвал: разнообразная, вкусная, кормят буквально круглосуточно. Даже ночью не останешься голодным! А на пляже – отдельная гастрономическая радость: рыба, мясо, и, конечно же, потрясающе вкусные гёзлеме. 26 сентября 2025 года мы попали в самую гущу Oktoberfest – это было что-то невероятное! 🎉 Настоящий огромный фестиваль: пиво лилось рекой, в воздухе витал аромат свежей выпечки и сладостей, везде звучал смех, музыка, звон бокалов. Персонал был в национальных костюмах, что создавало ещё более праздничное настроение и полное ощущение, будто мы оказались в настоящей Баварии. 🍻 Даже шоколадный фонтан выглядел как отдельное произведение искусства. Персонал – это отдельная история. Такие искренние, улыбчивые и отзывчивые люди – редкость! Управляющий Халиль – просто кладезь энергии и внимания. Казалось, он знает в лицо абсолютно каждого гостя и всегда готов помочь. Беллбой Доaн – настоящий мастер своего дела: быстрый, ловкий, всегда рядом в нужный момент. При регистрации нас встретила Тина и сделала всё возможное, чтобы мы почувствовали себя как дома. Инес и Вефа – мастера работы с гостями, благодаря им отдых проходит без малейших проблем. А что уж говорить о кулинарных талантах Мустафы – его симит невозможно забыть! В ресторане всегда встречали с улыбкой и заботой Мурат, Мухаммет, Селаттин, Намдар, Ömer и Meтин. На пляже бармен Джамиле, Али и Элиф создавали атмосферу праздника, а коктейли от Мусы, Кадира, Джана и Юсуфа – это отдельный вид искусства. • Anika (8/5): Overall, it was one of our dream vacations, and we enjoyed every bit of it. I would recommend that OZ Hotel Sui partner - The hotel was beautiful, and the sea was just a 7–10 minute walk away. The beach and the sea were amazing, and with the all-inclusive facilities, there were plenty of options to eat and enjoy. The staff were very nice and helpful, and despite their busy workload, they were always smiling while serving us. The housekeepers were very kind, and special kudos to the lady who freshly baked bread at the beachside and the one who made omelettes with a sparkling touch of fire at breakfast every day. The hotel also offers lively evening programs and themed parties, which we really enjoyed. However, I noticed that these activities are not promoted on social media — improving their marketing strategy could help attract more guests and highlight the great experiences they provide. What I didn’t like about the hotel was how they handled a crisis situation. While I was showering, the glass door suddenly shattered when I tried to open it, and I got injured on my hand. It was bleeding, and although the operations manager came immediately and was very kind, there was no nurse available to provide first aid at that time. He gave me bandages and supplies, assuring me that the nurse would check it the next day. When the nurse finally came, I only asked her to check if there were any glass fragments and to do the dressing. Instead, she asked if I had travel insurance. Since it was just a minor injury, I told her I didn’t want to use my insurance and pay a €180 self-risk fee. At that point, she simply placed a bandage without even checking the wound properly. I found this unprofessional and disappointing, especially as the incident was caused by the hotel’s shower glass. I believe the hotel should have at least provided proper first aid care in such a situation. On a positive note, the operations manager followed up with us several times and kindly offered late checkout and complimentary meals until our departure, which we really appreciated.

• Anna (10/5): - Отель замечательный, чистый, ежедневная хорошая уборка и замена полотенец. Кухня очень вкусная и разнообразная, за 9 дней нам не удалось попробовать все блюда. Очень вкусный кофе в кофейне на территории. Отдельная благодарность всем официантам, все внимательные, быстро и качественно обслуживают. Также благодарность аниматорам, ребёнок был в восторге. Для взрослых тоже развлечений достаточно, вечерами разные шоу программы. Рекомендую посетить массаж в отеле, девочки делают его прекрасно. Большое спасибо всему персоналу отеля, было здорово! + 3 кг лишнего веса )))))

• Andrii (10/5): - Amazing stay at Oz Hotels Sui! We had a wonderful vacation at Oz Hotels Sui in Turkey! When we arrived, our check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but we got there much earlier. The staff was very kind and accommodating — they let us check in early to our two rooms without any problems. All the staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and attentive to our needs. The service was truly excellent. The food was delicious and very diverse. Every day there was red fish, a great selection of meats, freshly baked pastries and croissants, and beautiful, tasty desserts. The menu changed often, and we were always satisfied. Drinks were available all day long, and on the beach, you could eat, drink, and simply enjoy yourself without limits. There was also a cozy coffee shop on site that served really good coffee — we loved stopping by every day. Ice cream was available all the time at the beach, and there was even a separate ice cream café on the hotel grounds. Near the pool, there was a restaurant offering burgers and local dishes — very convenient and tasty. Two more bars on the property. The beach was warm, clean, and beautifully clear. A free shuttle ran regularly to take guests to and from the beach, which was super convenient. The hotel itself is big and beautiful, with poolside animation during the day and fun entertainment programs every evening. Our rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. All in all, everything was super-duper! 😄 This trip left us with amazing memories, and we highly recommend Oz Hotels Sui for anyone looking for a great all-inclusive vacation in Turkey!

Leuke zwembad 😉 Soms was er een kotsgeur in het hotel, ik denk dat er na het drinken van alcohol veel gekotst werd maar de personeel maakte iedere dag schoon en daarna was het al weer weg 😉 De familiekamers hebben maar 1 badkamer. Dit is wel een kleine minpuntje als je met je hele gezin moest douchen, dat er lang over moest doen 😉
