• Sightsee55757287335 (6/5): Homewell Apartments in Poznań - I stayed at Homewell Apartments in Poznań for 3 nights. The apartment itself was clean and generally comfortable, but the service left quite a bit to be desired. We were given only two towels for two people for the entire 3-night stay and just one very small shower gel. When I asked for additional towels and toiletries, I was told that cleaning service is only offered after 7 days; even though I wasn’t asking for cleaning, just for some basic restocking. We ended up having to buy our own supplies. A day before arrival, I was informed that the apartment I had originally booked was unavailable due to a technical fault, and I agreed to take another one. I also asked about an early check-in or at least luggage storage since we arrived in Poznań at 9:30 am, but this request was declined as well — not even luggage storage was possible. Overall, while the apartment was clean, the lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests made the experience disappointing. It felt very one-sided, with guests expected to adjust but little effort made by the property in return.

• Juni (6/5): Perfect location, better communication required - I booked the place for a short week work stay and chose the location for practical reasons. Nice flat with all necessities, but a bit disturbing to have the fridge humming on and off through the night and the neighbour chatting all evening and night sitting on the balcony next to mine. My arrival was close to chaotic due to a mistake in the information mail I received prior to my stay. It took two mails, two calls nd almost 30 minutes to get me to the right room with all necessary codes and passwords. By the first call, it would have been more reassuring if the online receptionist had sent me an updated info mail rather than having to call and write more times (the info note in the room had only old and useless codes to wifi and gate. And as a small "yuck" coffee cups weren't clean, but with rims of old tea and coffee. It looked like the peefect place, but insufficient communication and details left me less impressed than other users.
• Kevin (2/5): - Filthy. Dirt and debris all over the floor including what looked like mouse poop. Fridge was full of old food debris and condensation. Toilet was filthy. Bathroom sink had no soap and was clogged. Couch has wet areas on it. Floor had sticky spots. Really nice apartment that, if properly cleaned, would be wonderful. Very close to old town with lots of dining options. Building itself is clean and quiet.
• Monika (8/5): Great location but apartment needs renewal - The apartment is large, comfortable but neglected. It could be superb if the owner would paint the walls, which are full of stains and scratches. The bathroom is really nice but smelly and again the walls are dirty and the washbasin is almost stopped. The sofa is also full of stains.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Inferiore alle aspettative - Appartamento spazioso, pulito con buon letto ed ambpio bagno ma scarsamente manutenuto: 2 oscuranti alle finestre su 3 erano fuori uso; metà delle lampadine non funzionavano; la macchina del caffè non funzionava (il serbatoio delle cialde usate era pieno e nessuno si era preso la briga di svuotarlo). Scarsa dotazione della cucina: mancava un'asciugapiatti o un rotolo di carta da cucina (fatta richiesta mai ricevuto neppure risposta); mancava una tovaglietta o anche solo dei sottopiatti. Il tessuto del divano e cuscini era imbarazzante: sgualcito e macchiato (noi usavamo un salviettone per coprirlo). La Tv avrebbe avuto anche molti canali privati (es.: NETFLIX) ma nonostate l'avessimo impostato in lingua italiana non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarli: bah. Le pareti erano completamente spoglie: i quadri da appendere c'erano ma erano immagazzinati nel grande ripostiglio/guardaroba.
• Blake (4/5): Decent -- Nothing More, Nothing Less - Nicely appointed apartment that is quite large and in a good location but property condition wasn't as pictured (cracks in walls) and the construction going on nearby was very loud. I ended up checking out early to stay somewhere a bit more quiet and well kept. Parking is not available on property but in nearby outdoor lots for 3pln per hour.

• Jeremy (10/5): Great apartment in Poznan - This was a really nice single bedroom apartment that met all my needs and was close to the town square. Even though I stayed a few days into Christmas, the owner was very quick to answer any of my questions and was very polite. The kitchen has all the basics you need to cook and there's a washing machine and dishwasher available. If you are traveling solo like I did or as a couple, you should really consider renting this apartment, especially for longer stays.
• Nat (8/5): Self-contained quiet flat 5 mins walk to old town - Generally happy with the stay. It is slightly tricky to find, as the apartment is located behind an old tenement house, so you have to pass through entrance hall, however the instructions emailed upon arrival were adequate to find the place. This place has no front desk or any staff on site - it is a purpose built apartment only for renting. It has code-lock on the door so no keys are required to enter, which is quite useful. Very spacious one bedroom apartment, we visited in winter and the heating was excellent. I liked the flat screen TV. There were some problems with wifi - the router range does not reach the bedroom (minus for those who would like to enjoy surfing the net in bed) unfortunately, and wifi connection was dropping frequently as well. It is self-contained apartment, it has all the amenities needed for longer stay, including washing machine, dishwasher, over, pots and pans, cutlery, but it does not get serviced during the stay, so make sure to save your towels. Important point - watch out for the kettle as it is broken - once it boils it doesn't turn off so if you don't watch out you may burn the place down lol. Location is fab, literally 5 mins walk from old town and all interesting sights, two grocery shops downstairs. It was very pleasant and quiet, slight minus on the cleaning, as I have found some stray hairs and faff in the draws but I am quite picky, having experience as a room attendant.
