Deze slaat elke keer aan en uit met een bromgeluid, die door het hele gebouw gaat, ook snachts. Dus je doet geen oog dicht. Moesten oordoppen kopen om te kunnen slapen.

Das Restaurant Porto Rosso 2 ist Geh-Minuten entfernt, wurde uns vom Gastgeber empfohlen und war grandios. Das kleine Frühstück gab es in gegenüberliegenden Kaffen, sehr köstliches Croissant (nach Wahl) und top Cappuccino. Parkplätze gab es nur Öffentliche an der Straße, da muss man ein bisschen Glück haben.

Beautiful sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers very glad it was open in late April The bed was very hard & the pillows like rocks. The mattress protector was cheap & noisy. No kettle in room ( coffee machine).

Erg kleine kamer zonder kastruimte. Geen enkele vorm van luxe. Geen prive terras zoals wordt gesuggereerd. Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen zoals wordt gesuggereerd. Eigenaar is niet voor rede vatbaar.

Franca - Great location with a small beach across the road and the centro storico, tourist sights, restaurants etc a 10 min walk away. Lovely modern clean well decorated comfortable rooms. The rooftop terrace was closed as it was out of season - opens in May. Breakfast is in a bar across the road. Claudio was very helpful and there was secure parking 30m away.

Die nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zur Altstadt sowie den gegenüber liegenden Strand sind optimal. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl so dass wir den Aufenthalt umgehend verlängert haben. Room was lovely bright spacious balcony for breakfast had a wonderful view of the ocean. Rooftop terrace excellent for peace and tranquility. Breakfast was served to room each day by the lovely cleaning lady who was always smiling and joyful. Owner Claudio and his partner were exceptional hosts so friendly nothing too much and always on hand if you needed them. Made very good recommendations for trips and dinner reservations! Felt secure always and literally a ten minute walk to the centre of historic monopoli… which is beautiful- we will recommend and return here! Breakfast option was 8.30 or 9am we never asked so maybe it could have been an option but would have liked it a little later as on holiday you don’t necessarily want to wake early each day.
- Bruno (8/5): Petit établissement proche de la mer et du centre de Monopoli - La situation face à la mer et la proximité du centre historique de Monopoli (max 10 minutes à pied) Chambre beaucoup trop chère pour les services rendus: petit déjeuner très basique, situation à un carrefour fort fréquenté aux heures de pointe, eau chaude de la douche en panne pendant trois jours! on aurait pu changer de chambre mais celle-ci se situait au rez et n'offrait pas une belle vue sur la mer - raison pour laquelle on avait choisi cet hébergement. Du coup on a été prendre notre douche dans une autre chambre ....

Accueil: Nous étions 2 couples devant la porte a attendre à 15h55, le gérant m'avait dit au téléphone à 16h. Nous sonnons à 15h59. Il était derrière la porte mais a attendu 5 minutes avant de nous ouvrir. Il nous demande ce que nous voulons au petit déjeuner, un peu vague comme question, je lui demande donc ce qu'ils ont, il me répond agacé une maigre liste de choses sucrées. Je lui demande si il a du salé, il me répond "meat", je lui demande quel type de "meat", il ne me répond pas. La dame anglaise qui attendait avec nous lui pose la même question, il ne répond pas ... nous nous regardons avec l'autre couples d'un air interloqués. Nous ne nous sentons pas du tout les bienvenus. Le petit déjeuner etait soit à 8h soit à 9h, pas d'autre choix. Nous sommes en vacances et aimerions nous relaxer, mais ce n est pas possible dans cet établissement. Nous choisissons donc 9h. Nous suivons ensuite le gérant jusqu'à notre chambre. La dame anglaise en partant me lance un "good luck". C est dire l'accueil ... Le matin arrive 8h48 on sonne a la porte pour le petit déjeuner. Heureusement que nous étions levés, vu la mauvaise nuit que nous avons passés. Petit déjeuner: Photo du petit déjeuner pour 2... il manquait 1 chocolat chaud, 2 jus d'oranges. Nous avons eu 2 œufs durs à la place d'œufs brouillés. Bref, notre commande n'a pas du tout été respectée. Chambre: Une odeur d'égout dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Vraiment désagréable. Des trous dans la taie d'oreiller. Aucun choix d'oreillers. Des oreillers tres gros et durs, à mémoire de forme, pas du tout adaptés pour nous. Et pas de protections hormis la taie d'oreiller. Contrairement au lit où une alaise effet plastique très degreable est présente. Un bruit constant de ventilation. Une mini télé non connectée (ce qui pour le prix serait un minimum).

De ligging is ideaal bij enkele stranden en net voor de deur zijn er goedkope (€ 0.25/min) elektrische deelfietsen waarmee je op 5 minuten in het centrum bent. We hadden enkele keren aangegeven om 22u15 aan te komen door onze vlucht wat ook werd aanvaard. Net voor aankomst kregen we een bericht dat we naar het restaurant op het einde van de straat moesten gaan en daar wachten tot 23u30. Onze koffers mochten we buiten aan de voordeur laten staan (wat we uiteraard niet gedaan hebben). Jammer als je een lange vlucht gehad hebt. Ontbijt is redelijk repetitief, wel voldoende Per persoon: 1 americano of cappucino 1 pistolet 1 koffiekoek 1 potje confituur (elke dag anders) 1 koffiekoek (altijd dezelfde) 1 plakje kaas of kip 2 plakjes salami 1/2 soubry soep toastjes Je kan wel vragen voor andere soorten koffiekoeken zoals met confituur ipv chocolade bv, maar mijn voorkeur blijft toch een buffet. De jacuzzi werd niet warm. De uitleg was dat dit warm werd met de zon en het water net nieuw was, maar ik had online gevonden dat de jacuzzi vast zat in Sleep modus. Over het algemeen wel een 8/10

- Ramìrez (7/5): Difícil recomendarlo - La habitación estaba prolija y el baño era amplio. La terraza con jacuzzi agradable. El check in es muy tarde. Hemos venido viajando en Italia y muchas veces los dueños hacen un esfuerzo y te permiten entrar antes de esa hora. Los dueños de este lugar no tuvieron ni una mínima iniciativa de ayudarnos con ingresar un poco antes. Pero lo peor de todo fue que nos quisieron cobrar un agua que no habíamos consumido. Y cuando fuimos a pagar el responsable nos cobró dinero demás. Como ya habíamos leído en otros comentarios, se aprovechan de los turistas. No son honestos y te mienten en la cara haciéndote pensar que sos un tonto. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funciona, te morís de calor. Ya lo habíamos leído. Así que prepararse para no tener aire fresco.

Expensive, so not value for money. - Breakfast was good The aircon did not work properly, we were hot and could not sleep, the glass shower screen fell on me, it came off the runner. The indoor pool/spa was cold and there was sand bits on the bottom and a greenish colour. It looked unhygienic so we didn’t use it. We left early.

- Petra (8/5): Overall it was okay - Location, you could walk to the city centre. It was clean. We ordered an extra cup of coffee at breakfast every day. We had to pay €4 extra per day for just the coffee. We never experienced that somewhere else. Also you weren’t allowed to bring drinks to the room from outside, they want you to buy theirs. That was a bit difficult in the evenings because the staff wasn’t there.

Hosts were lovely and polite and it was nice to have breakfast on our balcony terrace overlooking the beach. Tea & coffee making facilities would have been good. Hosts were lovely but it would have helped if we had some written instructions (in English) to use spa bath & air conditioning. We had a few issues using them, though everything worked properly.
