• Heather (9/5): Wonderful place and would stay again. - There is no breakfast. It is not necessary. The town is about 1 and 1/2 mile walk to center. Or you can drive and park for free. The location is perfect. Located right on US 98. Perfect to spend a few days in beautiful Apalachicola. The owner/ manager is on site 24 hours a day. Extremely friendly. Honestly there is nothing I would recommend. It is a small town and this hotel is perfect. Not a chain. Locally owned.

• Linda (7/5): Older motel showing some wear but provided a convenient place to sleep - There was no breakfast. We didnt have any tea bags only coffee in the room. It was surprisingly quiet being next to a Main Street. Bed was comfortable. Chairs were comfortable. No Tea bags with coffee in the room. The last morning we had NO hot water. Toilet had a tendency to stick and continue running.

• Jennifer (10/5): - Our room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner worked great and cooled the room with ease, which is extremely important this time of year in Florida. The beds were comfortable. There is coffee available at the front office. The family that manages the property lives on site, and are kind and polite. This is a wonderful place to stay, in a convenient location to town and beaches, that will not break your budget.

This hotel fit the bill perfectly. We arrived later than planned but the manager was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We will certainly stay here the next time we are in the area.
