• juan (4/5): - Checked in on a Tuesday that was only day was cleaned. Waters for in room coffee not replaced. No fresh towels or sheets during my stay. Thought toilet seat broken reported to front desk no maintance staff checked it out. I finally gathered of trash bagged and placed outside of door.

• annabA2186DO (2/5): Worst front desk staff - Specifically, the gay and 2 women staff are so rude. We even asked the woman to give us a wake up call since we have an early tour, but they never took a note of it. They hardly smile and will never greet you. Will not book on this hotel again.
• 9ershad (10/5): Great location - We stayed in this hotel for one night during a business trip. It is ideally located in the city, near a mall for when you need to get something. It is also walking distance from an Anytime Fitness branch and a Starbucks. Our room was clean and comfortable. Their in-house restaurant served us really good food with large servings. I would definitely choose this hotel when I come back to Iloilo.
• PaulCollingz (8/5): Very Good Rating! - We found this Hotel to be ideal in its location. Our room had a very comfortable Queensize bed with complimentary coffee maker. Room was clean, tidy and fresh. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable room rate. Breakfast buffet is Filipino Style and was well done with a selection of dishes to suit Filipino travelers Overall I would recommend this small hotel and will stay again
• KCLacs (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - Cozy and a nice place stay. My experience here was wonderful the staff very acomodating and very hospitable. Having a pleasant and fun environment. Had lunch here and the pastas were great. I am very satisfied with the dish and oh especially the Tabla salad which is superb. The rooms were okay and very comfy to sleep on. The best part it is very convenient in travelling if your going to Aklan. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the terminal if you are resting for a while. Will be again staying in this wonderful hotel.
• frankoteem (8/5): A peaceful haven in the middle of a busy city - It is located in the city yet indeed a peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to places where u can shop and eat. Delicious food, excellent pastries and most of all friendly staff. Special mention to the concierge shirmael that accomodates me well and to the General Manager ms. Lucel that handles the operations with guaranteed good quality service. Surely will again nd again.

• erikhazzle (10/5): Yay!!! - My heart is happy!!! Had a fabulous one night stay and it felt like i wanna stay forever... The room was COZY and the breakfast was DELICIOUS. The service was also excellent especially the Front Office team who were very accommodating and attentive not just to me but all of their guests. Kudos to this Hotel! I will definitely come back 😊
• Jayceediosa (10/5): Iloilo vacay 2019 - Our recent stay at GT was great. We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast and the hospitality of their staff. The rooms are basic with basic amenities but we find it very comfortable and clean. Transportation is available right outside and a lot of nearby restaurants, mall and central market. What we love most about GT is the great value for money and accommodating staff. We will definitely be back.
• mac0309 (10/5): cpudhs 99 reunion dec 6 to 10 stay - Its been awhile since I went home to iloilo , I found GT Hotel iloilo in one of the searches and has a reasonable price , I arrived before check in time and the manager was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area like where to eat where to go what to take for transportation and the best spots to hang out , the staff are very friendly and service was fast , breakfast was awesome too a variety of choices each day no repeats in my 4 days of stay , the room was spacious and clean and there is even an electric kettle with complimentary water and coffee , towels were soft and clean and the bed is super comfy .my overall stay in GT Hotel Iloilo is excellent and I will recommend it to my friends and family ...
• ergepte (10/5): STAY IN GT ILOILO - The experience I have was something to remember. I was greeted warmly by the staff knowing i am new in Iloilo City and finding my PLACES TO GO" I was even upgraded to a suite room complete with the works,love it! would definitely stay again.
• heybei (8/5): Great place to stay - Must commend the front desk staff who have been helpful and accomodating to us. Checked out early but decided to check back in and they fixed up our room for us again. Good location cos of the nearby mall and restaurants. Easily accessible as well. Room is of okay size, decent bathroom. Only thing is I feel it can be upgraded a little more, the facilities are a little old now.
• 92durand (2/5): ANNOYING FRONT OFFICE STAFF, DIRTY ROOM, COCKROACHES IN OUR ROOM! - This hotel is really good but the staff does not know what hospitality means especially the front office named CHRIS! We arrived 10pm with confirmed booking for 2nights. Upon check-in, i told the lady staff to please amend the booking for 2nights as it only shows a 1night reservation. She don't even say anything and I told her that I hope tomorrow no one will call us about our reservation status because we really need to rest until 12noon. Unfortunately, by 12noon the next day, front office called me on my phone and asked if we are extending our stay without even checking our reservation or anything. Then I get annoyed and the staff just hang the call. I went down because no one is answering the phone which I keep on ringing for multiple times. Then this staff named CHRIS, asked and told to my FACE " ARE YOU OFFENDED"!!!?? rather than saying sorry or what! Sinabihan pa niya ako, nagconfirm lang kame mam, hindi ka naman po pinapalayas. OMG. I'm so shocked sa gesture niya po hah. He is saying those on my face with such a sarcastic face though. Sorry this hotel is good, breakfast is excellent but the front office staff needs to know what hospitality means. Oh one more thing, room is so dirty and we saw a lot of small cockroaches playing around the TV. You need to sterilized the cups first you use it. Water heater is also dirty make sure to check it before you use it.
• chelley0705 (2/5): The room stinks - The only thing I like here was the restaurant staff they are accomodating but the front desk seems that they need more training on how to treat their customer. The room stinks I asked for air freshiner or disinfectant but it doesent help. The floor is dirty and the comfort room curtain is old and looks like rug.
• FranzmanFLIM (8/5): Weekend warriors - Dated hotel, should carry out renovation works to give it a more modern feel. Inclusive of breakfast. While food selection is ok, it can adjusted to provide more options. Helpful staff. Very polite and pleasant. Bathrooms are quite small. Shower area occasionally floods. Good location, as it's in the city center. Near Robinsons Mall. Price is competitive. Sulit. Overall a good stay, but could be better with a few product revamp.
• Sophiadane (4/5): Poor airconditioning - Everything from the doorman to front desk personnel up to their AC technician were great in their customer service.the hotel is clean and interior is good but my only complaint which i believe is the most important factor in a hotel stay is the room temperature.how can you sleep when it's hot? We were given room 502 after 3 hrs it was still hot,i think their window type is only .5hp and old for a hotel. so we're now transferred to room 514,still the same type of AC maybe just year younger but still not hotel room standard temperature.it's 10:30pm,tired from the trip we have no choice but to to bear it.if you really have no choice stay away from their 5th floor,i heard old AC are on the 5th.it's jst bad luck for us,hotels fully booked.
• GOH (8/5): Good location. - Good location, nearby a church and a traditional market place. Good stuff, but a refrigerator is needed in the room !
• Miguel (2/5): Capital of cockroach cities. - If you do not mind sleeping with lots of company from lots of cockroaches, then you are O.K. for me I do. I renamed Iloilo and Bacolog the capital of cockroach cities.
• Touristarisborn (8/5): Two nights only - We booked a day in advance and got the same king-sized bedroom(P1,600 *2 inclusive of breakfast) for two consecutive nights. We opted it here for the last 2 days of our stay in iloilo since it's a kilometer away from the port connecting iloilo to Guimaras, and is basically at the heart of iloilo, near public transpo,robinsons mall, and public market, Pros: hot and cold shower, sufficient storage space, spacious room, thick mattress, kettle, AC has high HP, cable tv, is clean overall Breakfast includes staples like pancakes, bread, cereals, fruits(watermelon+banana, and pineapple+papaya) , soup, 2 types of rice, and 1 juice varies per day: pancit, boiled egg, veggy roll, sausage, hotdogs, tuna flakes, and fried chicken. Cons: they don't serve milk as a quencher, there's not much variety in food, pancake is served cold, the drain has a tendency to clog for a few seconds after continous showering, rainfall shower head is a bit clogged, one of the lights above the tv is busted, the view from the window is that of an unfinished building with water tanks, slow wifi I'd like to stay here again, but perhaps in a double bed set-up just so I have a comparison among room types offered
• missveluz (6/5): Good for a night or two - This hotel is located near Robinsons Mall which is also the area where Dinagyang Festival usually happens. The rooms are clean but needs some refurbishment especially the bathroom area - rusty handles and faucets. Hot and cold shower is good. There are cabinets that can fit several bags and safety deposit box. Breakfast is mainly Filipino dishes but you can opt to try other nearby restaurants.

• Tibetanmastiff (6/5): Great service, good hotel, could be great with updating - We just completed our stay at GT Hotel Iloilo in Feb 2019. Location: The location conveniently close to Robertson’s Mall. The alley in front of the hotel is dark at night, so my wife said we should not venture out at night excepted directly in front of the hotel to catch a taxi or jeepney. First impressions: The hotel outside does not stand out from its surroundings, but once in the lobby, you are greeted with an attractive clean space. The check in experience was quick and the staff is super attentive and friendly. The room: We had a deluxe room with one king bed. The room is spacious and the bed among the most comfortable we have slept in worldwide. The room was clean, but could use some cosmetic repairs and more seating(1 chair) The bathroom was nice, but in need of an upgrade to the shower head as many of the nozzles were clogged and the fixture is somewhat corroded. A handheld would be an excellent upgrade. The hot water was limited and seemed dependent on other users, but we sufficed. The towels were useable but not hotel quality, lacking any plushness. Amenities The air conditioner was adequate for our stay and kept us comfortable. We even turned it down to low at night(although admittedly we did not sleep under the covers. 😁 WiFi was strong enough for posting pics to Facebook, but videos only when traffic was low and a 1 minute video took 20+ minutes to upload, and sometimes multiple attempts. It handled my FaceTime calls home each night most days. One annoying feature was the need to get new codes often. The codes either expired or were thrown away during cleaning, but we needed to get new codes 5 times during our 7 day stay. Free breakfast was offered daily with our room and it was fine. As an American I was not sure what to expect. My Filipino wife says it was great and is as she expected. We are at the on site restaurant one night. We had an appetizer of calamari that was not good. However my wife loved her sigisig and my ponchero was not bad, although I did not know from the description it was a soup. In the lobby they sell various cakes and sweets. We decided to try a different one each day and all were delicious! Overall, we would stay here again. The room was adequate and the location convenient for us. The staff is the highlight of the hotel. They are attentive, but also extremely friendly and welcoming.

The bad was reception. Not friendly on check-in and no greeting or smiling at anytime passing through lobby The first impression is always at reception. They need training in this important area.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Fake king bed(2twins pushed together) and roaches - Roaches in room. King bed is not king size bed. It is two twin beds pushed to get her with a king sheet covering it. Fake advertising by hotels.com, scam. I think it is a new place but it is already filthy and worn in rooms and throughout. The slums and ghettos are at your doorstep, scary to walk beyond the sight of armed guards. Very dirty filthy area streets and industrial slum areas.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 相変わらず、カードキーは１枚だけです。 - 二人で宿泊しても、渡される部屋のカードキーは一枚だけです。以前に宿泊した時、もう一枚お願いしたら「保証金」を取られました。近くのインジャップタワーホテルも以前は同じでしたが、最近は、二枚渡されます。此処でのコメントが届いたホテルとの違いは・・・・？ 　部屋に、冷蔵庫が無いのは困りものですね。 洗面所の水道水は、かなり濁っていますので気を付けてください。
• Clint (8/5): Very nice hotel - The staff were very accommodating and I made a mistake on the days I was arriving due to time difference and without a issue they allowed me to rebook a day later than planned with no charge. Food was great, bed was comfy and the shower was amazing, overall a very good stay, the a.c. was very good as well. The gt hotel is in a rough kinda area but its upgraded and very pleasant to stay at.

Let at hyre taxier som er nogenlunde aerlige og meget billige. Nemt at komme rundt med taxa i byen og se sevaerdighederne. 1 km fra havnen hvor faergen fra Bacolod laegger til. 35 minutter i taxa til lufthavnen (jeg betalte 500 pesos for turen). Kan anbefales!

However, there is some sort of religious group next door and the room we were in as right next to it. Their loudspeakers blared continually and made it even hard to watch TV. Anyone staying there should make sure to get the other side of the building or else go someplace else.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!! - Do not be fooled by the appearance of the hotel on the inside!It looks nice but it IS THE WORSE HOTEL I have ever been to! I booked just two nights for the two of us in the regular room with a fake King sized bed that is two double beds pushed together. There was a very loud banging sound coming from the roof that shook the whole room and happened like ten times per hour at random and kept us awake all night. I started to get sick from lack of rest and from the hotel having NO HOT WATER but they advertise that they do. I complained about the noise in the morning after the first night and they showed no concern and said they would would try to fix the problems but fixed nothing.I suffered every night. I called at night and they said they would fix the noise the next day and actually did but by that time I had a fever of 39.5C/103.1C from ice cold showers and loud noises all night. Also you can hear loud music nearby at night. I asked them to extend my stay for one night free because they caused my sickness but they refused and just said I should transfer with my high fever! I did not because I talked to other guests who had the same cold water issue. I ended up staying 2 extra nights for a small discount because I agreed to lose the included breakfast that costed $7 for two. They made no attempt to resolve these issues. The Manager had no respect and wouldn't even come to the phone after multiple calls to talk to me. A lot of mold built up in restroom fan & Front Desk rude

• Violet (8/5): affordable and nice helpful staffs - Me & my family stayed for 5 days and it's worth the money for my budget. The breakfast buffet foods are good though coffee is only served one time. No coffee in the buffet table for it has to be served by a waiter.

• Max (8/5): Night young man doorman helpful....girl no! - This is one hotel worth recommending friends because of what the neighborhood offers: close to both Robinson and SM malls Just wanted to mention a great staff: doorman in the evening of March 17th very helpful young man. Helped us get good pizza in the neighborhood that shuts down at 9 pm. The girl at the reception was a different story. She is lazy and would not help.
• Les (10/5): GT hotel is a fine reprieve from the bustling city - this is my first visit to Iloilo we are here to meet and greet the family and friends. we did [mistakenly]stay at bearland a few days as it was "supposed" to be a resort. [i will review that place later - 1] after looking around we settle into the GT as this is a business type hotel and the service, food and cleanliness are extra good and I do enjoy this much better than Manila
• Les (10/5): a good stay that we will enjoy again - the gt hotel stay was nice. our room was a super small version of what is shown online, but very nice,comfortable and clean. yes there is no view. unless you like looking at the metal roof. they have a very good selections of desserts - too many super choices. and the breakfast was a good buffet style with longaniza and assorted rice dishes, cold cereal and fresh fruit was available [we enjoyed the fruit] they brought me a fine coffee and took my egg order. i chose 3 scrambled that arrived quickly and shared these with my wife. each day the menus varied, but the coffee and fresh cooked eggs remained a constant.
• Joodles (4/5): City proper but rough area - Located in the city centre but doesn't feel safe walking outside at night...rough area. No fridge in the room, unable to store any drinks or food. Small space. Nice shower head (big and wide like showering in the rain), free wifi and buffet breakfast (which is great). Friendly and helpful staff.
