- Johan (8/5): - It is a great property, very quiet, beautiful scenery. Dont arrive after 10pm, there are no service, no room service, no restaurants or any food. We ended up eating peanuts from the minibar for dinner.
- David (10/5): - Movenpick Resort is a beautiful well looked after resort with all the conveniences one would love. The surrounds, lawns and gardens are impeccable, the furniture is beautiful, and the restaurant serves incredibly lovely choice of food for breakfast. The main swimming pool is fantastically designed and the villas where we stayed are marvellous. We had our own swimming pool in our villa and it was well kept and very clean and safe. The staff are magnificent, all of them, from reception, to the management, to the valets, to the restaurant staff and chefs, gardeners and cleaners. The management staff looked after us, especially Ming (from Nang Rong) who made it very special for us when we needed some assistance. All the staff have the friendly Thai Smile, and cheerful happy faces, and all showed they valued us. It was wonderful and we would definitely love to stay again and enjoy the beauty of Movenpick Resort in Khao Yai. It is a great place to stay for a visit to Khao Yai National Park, but also the beauty of Thailand.

The only disappointment was that the water pressure was rather low but the Manager came by to update me they are going thru some water improvement works. Looking forward for the next stay.

Rooms were excellent I booked delux king bed very happy with room every component was very high standard super fast wi fi and excellent Tv with a perfect view of the grounds. 24 hour gym and outdoor and indoor pools were very good really enjoyed relaxing 😎 Location was little out the way however we had transport so were able to move around to national park zoo etc all within 30-40 min drive so highly recommend u have own transport no motorbikes/cars to rent at hotel Restaurants food was amazing not a great deal options on menu but what is on menu was very highly quality and the breakfast buffet was superb caters for all nationalities. 18 hole golf course I didn’t try but provided with caddy and clubs if needed a lot of persons attending the course and is kept to very good standard. Overall amazing stay looking forward to returning. - KENJI (10/5): - 一歳時と家族3人で2泊3日で、デラックスルームキングベッドExecutiveに宿泊しました。ホテルに着いての印象は二重丸。お城みたいでラグジュアリー感が半端ありません。チェックインなどもスムーズ。部屋は2階だったため、ベランダからの眺望はまあまあ、3階以上だったらきっと眺めは良かったでしょう。部屋自体はとても豪華でした。冷蔵庫の棚に扉が欲しかった、子供が開けたがるから。テレビはネットフリックスやYouTubeが観れました。タオルや水などがもう少しあって欲しかった、言えばもらえたと思いますが。敷地内はカードを呼べば迎えにきてくれて運んでくれます。ほとんど待たされることはありませんでした。レストランは朝食会場またはイタリアンのふたつのみなので、もう一声欲しい。朝食は充実しています。夕食に食べた多国籍料理レストランも美味しかったです。値段はまあホテル価格で問題ありません。アニマルパークでの餌やりは子供も喜びます。プールは70cmくらいが最浅なので、一歳時には厳しい。ちなみに車は持っていないので、往復ドライバー付きのレンタカーでした。そのため自由に移動できません。ホテルの周りには何もないため、水やお菓子、ビールなどは多めに持ち込んでください。このホテルはおすすめですが、周りに何もないこともふまえると、2泊3日で十分ですね。
- Michael (10/5): Excellent, personal hotel with good service - Very nice hotel. It had all we wished for like good food, nice environment and especially excellent service! The manager Mr A-Tit was just too good, funny, but also very professional and took very good care of the guests. Many laughs with him👍.

- Siew Chong (2/5): What a letdown by Movenpick! - The resort is overall poorly managed. The 2-bedroom villa we stayed is poorly furnished and dated. Toilets and floors are filthy. Definitely one of the worst-conditioned accommodation I have stayed in Thailand. Location and environment of the hotel is beautiful though. Very scenic and good for photo taking. I would suggest that you visit the compound for a couple of hours to take pictures and to stay in some other hotels instead. It is not worth the price and you will be bitterly disappointed for the amount paid. This resort tarnishes the positive and "healthy" image that the Movenpick brand portrays. No more Movenpick for us ever again, except for its ice cream.
- Maleewan (6/5): - Great resort to stay at Khao Yai if you want to stay only at the property as it was at least 30 minutes from everything else. Our 3 bedroom villa is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The front desk staffs were not friendly and get annoyed when we asked questions.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Disappointed - recieved different room from photo - We enjoyed our stay at Movenpick although we were a little disappointed that we did not get the same room as shown in the photo. We called the reception once we entered our room, to double check if it is the executive room and they confirmed it was. If there are many kinds of executive rooms, all photos should be uploaded on the website not just one photo as this can be very misleading. Property is beautiful no doubt but room furniture looks a bit run down. A little maintenance will go a long way. Hotel needs to look into little details, there are no hooks in bathroom to hang clothes or towels. No place to put shower soaps, shampoos/conditioners in shower area. We had to place them on the marble floor which was so impractical. Little things that we noticed that were missing. Restaurants are good. Good service and good food. Decent vegetarian options too which we were very happy about. Overall a good stay

They returned back to my hotel in bangkok (3hours) before my flight back. The ambiance (castle view & surrounding) was superb, fresh air on high altitude. The horse handler was friendly & help us to take photos while my gf was riding the horse.

Beautiful flowers, animal farm, horse riding, outdoor and indoor pool.... amazing. The only issue would be the pressure of the shower head in our room, quite weak water pressure and the heater takes really long to kick in. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

But tts prob the only plus point. Room looks nice but v tired looking n in need of gd revamp; carpets r old n dirty looking , room dark n not brightly lit enuff. Even chairs in their resturant has stains n old looking. Service was so so....check in n check out took v v long. Asked for bb chair in resturant during dinner n the waiter brought a super dirty chair. Ask it to be cleaned n only then another waitress saw it n say she will change the bb chair. Sat outdoors for dinner to enjoy the view n ambiance but was a wrong choice, no table/candle lights n no enuff light n we were literally eating in dark n had to use our own hp touchhlight to shine at the food.
- Eric (10/5): A great family getaway! - It was a family “getaway from the city” holiday. My Ozone, Khao Ysi has a very tranquil, relax and a world of its own feel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
- Ann (2/5): Not recommended - Hotel has an amazing architecture. However, it’s too far from main tourist attractions and the interior of the hotel is badly maintained. My bathtub leaked twice, causing the entire bathroom floor to be wet. Hotel staff refused to change the room for us despite requesting several times. Most hotel staffs couldn’t communicate in English, which makes it really hard for us to get our points across. Hotel breakfast was horrible as well. Only recommend this hotel if you want a hotel with amazing castle feel for the instagram.
- Whei-zhng (10/5): Quiet and relaxing stay by the mountains - Quiet and relaxing stay by the mountains. Room is big. Bed and pillow is fantastic and gives us a great peaceful sleep. If u like nature and need a quiet stay, then this place is for u. Driving out for this hotel will take a little longer to the main road.

- bigbird (8/5): One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever been. - The room is great. The hotel is surrounded by the greatest view also the place is so big. It’s worth every penny. Only the staffs that really made me frustrated, they didn’t listen and pay attention with our request. The check-in process was really slow also it’s really hard to find one of the staff to bring us to the room. We had to keep asking nevertheless they just ignored us. Overall u have to visit this beautiful hotel.
