- Nancy (9/5): -
- Taylor (10/5): We had a blast - The course has a very fun layout No ice machine in the building where we were staying but, staff offered us a bag of ice to prevent multiple trips
- Mahogany (1/5): - Nothing Everything it had roaches and something was biting my skin inside the mattress
- Wendy (10/5): Great place to stay - Everything was awesome
- Milton (8/5): -
- Timmothy (5/5): Fair price but not 5 star place - Location to prison Check in procedure. Location of check in desk. Dark area to check in.
Room the heat didn’t work in the window unit there was a space heater in room that kind of worked

- Corey (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and will probably go back in the future. - It was a very quaint vintage hotel. Our rooms had an inside door between them, and we loved that. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. The air conditioner in one room only put out cool air on one side, so it never really cooled the room down in 219. The air conditioner in the other room worked fine.
- Adam (6/5): -
- Betty (7/5): Clean, but dated. New bedding was nice. Bar with food available - Nice convenient for our traveling. Too many pillows 😄
- Robert (7/5): - Location was great. Continental breakfast was lacking fruit.

- Iris (4/5): Disappointing for the amount of money we spent. I've had better accommodations at a Motel 6. - I liked that it was close to the event we were visiting. I didn't like having to climb stairs to get to the 2nd floor rooms. We didn't eat there because the food was packaged waffles & cereal. I didn't like the fact that in one room, the light bulb had to be removed from the lamp, just to turn the light off. I didn't like that the water in the bathtub could not be turned off and that the staff had to come and turn the water off (we didn't have access to the bathtub after that). We could not change channels on the TV. For the amount of money we paid it was disappointing.
- David (10/5): Fantastic - The golf and the heated mineral pool
- angela (10/5): - Close to our location for the wiregrass festival
- Tiffany (10/5): Absolutely amazing - This location is absolutely amazing will definitely be coming back to this hotel Nothing
- Debra (6/5): - The whole facility needs to be refurbished and updated if they intend to continue to offer it s a motel. As is, it will most likely become a low income residential motel. Looks like the golf business is doing ok, but facilities such as bar & grill just are not attractive.
- Daryl (6/5): -
- Keys (9/5): -
- Crystal (4/5): - Everything was good. Easy check in and checkout, friendly staff especially MYLES I have stayed here before with no issues but this time I had a king suite and one side of the bed box spring was bad you lay on that side of the bed and it was like you was in a hole. Nice stay but could definitely use some upgrading asap. I love to stay here when Im in Dothan
- David (10/5): Great! - Great service. Good people. Old school vibe. Great prices.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Relaxing stay - Great staff! Clean and comfy rooms. Family friendly.
- jack (8/5): - Stayed 1 night..
- glenn (6/5): - The rooms needs more updates..my room no coffee as most do the bathroom door will not close.door bigger then entrance to bathroom..No klen.ex as most hotels provide...Nothing on Contintal breakfast...no decaff coffees
..But it does have very good water pressure for the shower...the door entrance door knob for the handicap room was falling off was destroyed ,as ic someone trying to bresk in and never been repaired...
- Charles (10/5): Our favorite home away from home. - Clean, efficient and centrally located to everything. Reasonable rates. It was all good.
- Christa (2/5): - The room smelled moldy. Condensation dripped from the ceiling onto me and the bed all night long. If I had not been so exhausted from driving 16 hours I would have left. As it was i slept poorly until 4am then got up and left. Worst experience ever
- Keisha (10/5): - Excellent
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The property is older but the staff, the bar, the food, the grounds and golfing make this an enjoyable stay.
- Vernita (5/5): Racist owner!! Staff great. - Didn't eat. Only saw cereal and danishes The Racist owner of the hotel. She made it known that she was the owner after I heard her question 2 little black kids. They were going to the pool and they needed a wrist band. When the white kids came up they were not questioned ,they were just given a wrist band. It stated that you must have a wrist band. She questioned were they staying there, what room were they in, when did they come there. I had to stop her and ask her was all that necessary, because she didn't ask the other white kids that. She didn't see me because I was standing to the sign writing their names on the list to get in the pool. I asked her what was the problem and why is she questioning them. They are with me and it states that they need a wrist band. She told me because she owns the hotel. I told her that dont give her the right to be racist and only question the blacks. I paid to stay there like everybody else and she did not have the right to be questioning my kids. She could have asked them to get their parents. They were 10 and 6 yesrs old. I was standing there on the side listening. She was the only problem we had and she knows shes racist and did not try to apologize and the kids never received a wrist band. I just took them to the pool. When she started questioning me about what room we were in and when did we come there. I told her shes the owner fine out , they took my money. The staff was great even the maids were wonderful. The man I guest he was the manager, he was awesome. We came for a family reunion and he helped us every day. He made sure that we had everything that we would ask him to supply. We were there for a week. Racist Owner!!! Beware if you are black, you will be put in the back in the old buildings thats moldy. The owner needs to take care of that. She's so proud to say she owns the run down hotel.🙏☮️
- Mart (7/5): - Ontbijt, is er eigenlijk niet
- Victoria (5/5): Okay stay. If you like golf it is perfect. - Location Terrible mattress, no hairdryer, ceiling needs painting, needs to feel cleaner
- Elizabeth (10/5): Relaxing - We enjoyed our stay. Great service. Friendly staff. It was a plus tht they have a big pool. I would definitely stay again.
- Bobby (3/5): Poor -
- ryan (6/5): - Place is old but it's ok for $100. Staff and the folks around were super friendly
- Pat (8/5): Awesome -
- Leroy (1/5): Would not recommend. - The lobby area was filled with cool antiques. The room was busted. Mold in the bathroom. Stains on comforter. Lamp didn’t work. Old scratched up sink and shower. When the door was shut, you could see light coming all the way around it. Didn’t feel safe.
- Debra (10/5): - We stop for just an overnight on our way home to Florida. We had a great time at the bar and restaurant! The staff was very friendly and fun to interact with. I will definitely come back!
- Erin (8/5): It’s a nice, older motel. I can see and imagine what it was in its heyday! I remember Olympia Spa as a kid but not got a - The hot mineral pool The regular pool wasn’t open yet but they were working on it today. It shouldn’t be long
- George (10/5): Best golf + stop over - Wonderful staff
- Robert (6/5): - We got to the property late unfortunately and had slight issues checking in. We were sort of sketch out about the place but the gentleman that got us our room was helpful and very nice. Once we got to our room we were little more nervous on the way it looked. But after a good inspection the room looked pretty clean and sleep able. We got ourselves a nice hot shower which worked very well after being on a ship for a week. Its nothing fancy but u need a night off the road & hot shower under $100 bucks it will get the job done. Just needs some work on upates. Very outdated best way to put it.
- Gasparini (8/5): Very good -
- Lily (5/5): Passable -
- Tayler (8/5): Pleasantly surprised with our stay, the staff, and the amenities. - Staff was super friendly! We loved the bar and the pool and were so close to so many restaurants etc. Wish there was a coffee maker in the room and we were notified before housekeeping came to make beds etc. or given a do not disturb sign.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wilson (2/5): Will not be back. I would sleep in my car on side of road before coming back here. - Beds were very stiff. Headboard coming off the wall. Couldn’t get hot water to turn on in shower. You only get one towel. You check in for your stay at a bar. The bar is full of drunk golfers that bother other guests. The night manager Miles was drunk too.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Heated indoor pool Everything was good
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Robin (4/5): Aged property appears to be undergoing DIY renovation by unskilled people. - Location is excellent. Price was reasonable. Statue in lobby with signs directing to bar to check in. No phone in room. No coffee pot in room. Poor tile work in bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No smoke detector. Sand in bed. Paving crew began before 7 am. No directory in room to breakfast or breakfast hours. No directions to hot springs.
- Billy (8/5): Very good -
- Joshua (10/5): A hidden gem with warm pools and warmer hearts! - The hotel was closed for the winter storm when we arrived, however a staff member came to let us in and rent us a room for the night. He said all the roads were closed and we had to eat, so he made us a pizza and let us into the pro shop to get sodas and snacks. The next morning he provided a delicious breakfast (the waffles were SO GOOD!) and he let us use the hot springs mineral pool, which was magical! We spent the rest of the time either playing in the snow or melting our toes in the piping hot shower! I can't think of a single thing I disliked. The place is a hidden gem and everyone I met was very friendly! I loved our stay and definitely recommend to anyone!
- Kathy (6/5): Pleasant - I think the draw here is for golfers (which we are, but didn't have time to golf), otherwise I probably wouldn't stay here again. The room was old and in need of repairs. The carpet was dirty. We didn't have hand towels or tissues.
- Paul (9/5): Very pleasant stay. Next time we want to do the stay and play golf option! - Frankie at the desk and restaurant was very nice, and accommodating. Decor was so fun to look at. The food was simple, but great!! The bed was very comfortable. Location right off the highway was perfect for our traveling needs. We loved the hot mineral spring pool!! Smell in room from plugged in air freshener was strong. Once unplugged though, it was fine.
- Eric (10/5): - Miles, Glenn, and the entire bar staff are top notch!!!
- Don (3/5): Neat antiques, but facility was not great - None Update and new beds.
- Holli (7/5): Good -
- Erica (10/5): It was a nice getaway from life and we got to go to the peanut festival for fun since it was right by it. - It’s always great everytime we go! Next time we may try a round of golf with the stay in the package we found out about. They didn’t have any hot food for breakfast it was just cereal or muffins.
- Sherry (8/5): Great place for the money - Clean and convenient The coffee cups are too small and don’t have lids
- William (7/5): Good -
- Kenneth (7/5): Not Bad - Clean, beds could be better. Staff were all great. Room AC struggled to keep room comfortable. Breakfast really sparse.
- Jackie (5/5): It was a clean room and was perfect location. - The room was very clean, It had a TV, Microwave, and Refrigerator. The location was great for the
reason we came to Dothan. We were going to a concert at the Peanut Festival. The two thing we did not like was there was no coffee pot. The comfort of the bed was awful.
I would suggest that they change out the mattress in our room.
- Shelia (9/5): Superb - They are amazing. They helped me out at 2 in the morning. After being stranded.
Amazing Notjing
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Candice (4/5): Disappointing - Ceiling had water dripping from it feom.the moisture of air-conditioning
Bathroom.tiles busted and floor was nasty
I wore socks to keep from walking on it barefooted
The shower was brown from build up and then white from bleach spots
Fire alarm seems not to be working. Light never flashed
T.v. you needed magnifying glass to watch it
Bed fell apart with us on it
One plastic chair to sit in
Walls were patch work
Good news, though, I never saw the first bug and sheets were clean. Well appeared clean.
I do recommend their restaurant. Their antiques were adorable.
One of the girls working there was lost when I asked for wash rags. She acted as if she didn't know what they were. I even asked did she know what one was, She hesitated and said yes.
I don't normally complain, but unless it is remodeled or cleaner in appearance even, I won't stay again. Read above
- Thomas (6/5): - Convenient to stay if playing golf at the course. Rooms are very basic. Refrigerator & microwave in room. No coffee, hair dryer. Window a/c unit which kept room cool but slightly noisy when cycling on & off. Physical key to door, only one per room. Dining was not used nor was any dining observed. Breakfast options are next to none; coffee 7-9 with cereal & packaged danish/muffins. Staff extremely courteous and friendly.
- Jennifer (6/5): - No included breakfast was really the only negative thing.
- Patty (10/5): It was a great weekend getaway. - Very nice mom & pop feel. The little guy that worked the driving range, but I’m quite sure the owners took care of the problem.
- Jeanette (8/5): Very good -
- Brianna (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (1/5): Disappointed - Worst breakfast I have ever seen.
- Amy (7/5): Will stay here again. Good value. Love the mineral pool. - Clean, safe location. Hot mineral pool! Uncomfortable beds, very small tv.
- Kay (8/5): Very good - Quaint. Cute place Better breakfast—- they serve food for the bar so maybe offer some hot breakfast.
- Garold (6/5): - Very noisy air conditioner. Very noisy from other rooms.
- Brittany (10/5): We loved our stay my daughter and myself it was a cute hotel had everything we needed 2 beds shower bath fridge in door - It was a very unique experience not like a hotel you see everyday I loved it I don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel it was perfect in every way for what I was looking for
- Steven (5/5): ok for a jamb I was in - we were looking for a hotel from the hurricane it's an old hotel, old ac unit sticking out of the wall onto the walkway, The main part was pretty amazing food was good won't think I would stay again
- Jesse (9/5): Superb -
- Kiddean (9/5): Superb -
- Wayne (3/5): Poor -
- Robert (8/5): My stay - The motel is a little dated but you will get a good nights sleep and the people that work there are the nicest people you will ever meet. The golf course is well kept and beautiful.
- Kelly (6/5): - The outdoor pool was large and had lots of seating.
Staff was not friendly and didn’t provide any information and when you asked questions they seemed put out. I was totally ignored at the restaurant when I went to ask a question. Server actually pretended not to see me.
The room stunk so bad that I had to go out and buy room deodorizer. The air conditioner was the loudest ever and I’m not sure why it worked even when it was 54 degrees out.
