GARETH (8/5): - The best parts about staying at The Imperial Hotel for us was that it is dog friendly and how well located it is. Shops, food and beautiful beaches literally right on the door step. The hotels terrace view of the North beach was also fantastic and a great place to sit relaxing day or night. Highly recommend.

Matt (10/5): Lovely Tenby hotel in the perfect location - The hotel has recently had a renovation and oh my what a result. The room we had was a cosy sea view room. It had everything we needed and more. It was 27C the day we stayed so the air-con was very welcomed indeed! I highly recommend this hotel.
Per (10/5): Kalasläge! - Suveränt läge på ett trevligt hotell med närhet till butiker,restauranger och trevliga promenadstråk. Fick ett rum med makalös utsikt. Rent,fräscht,sköna sängar,inte så mycket sittutrymme men helt ok. Frukosten helt ok. Något saker jag dock irriterade mig på var bland annat duschväggen; löjligt kort och gör ändå att det kommer vatten på golvet utanför samt att golvet i själva duschutrymmet är såphal plast. Var livrädd att halka! Terassen i anslutning till restaurangen; jättefin och mysig att hänga på med en fantastisk utsikt över stranden och vattnet nedanför men varför ha något så korkat som beställnng från bordets qr-kod? Personalen i baren är typ 10 meter bort! Nej, sluta med det tramset säger jag. Förövrigt en mysig ort och stadskärna runt hörnet men sjukt mycket andra turister vid vårt besök. Skulle dock väldigt gärna komma tillbaks(speciellt om jag får ett rum med den utsikten vi hade!) Åt förövrigt den godaste pizzan jag ätit på länge på ”Florentinos”vilket jag varmt kan rekommendera. Hoppa över St:Catherine’s island däremot, bortkastade pengar enligt mig.

Paul (10/5): Lovely location overlooking the beach - Great spot in there heart of Tenby. Nice bar area overlooking the sea. Lots of stairs which is not good for mobile issues, however their is a lift. Lovely new and fresh rooms with all new amenities, comfortable bed and amazing shower.
Lee (6/5): - No internet in “ Cosy” room. Husband and I. have 2 diff companies with our cell phones and neither phone could get internet. Asked front desk to possibly turn off and reboot modem , they said they couldn’t but would call provider. We only got internet in restaurant. Horrible in the tiny Cosy room and couldn’t get work done due to no service Asked for different room was told none available yet hotels.com showed 4 available. Parking was so far away. Be prepared for a haul. Kid out front working was on his cell phone and not paying attention to his job and Told us we had to park at sainsburys. It was a haul but there was one closer to hotel : we just weren’t told ,, it’s a few blocks away so still not close. Not a good area for parking for hotel guests at all. Be prepared to carry and drag bags.

Samantha (4/5): - -Terrible service - On the day we got in, we waited nearly 20 minutes to order a cocktail when it wasn't that busy. Bartenders/Servers stood around talking and just looked at us with dumbfounded faces. We were told you scan with a barcode to order drinks from outside or it was table service inside. We started inside and wound up just going outside because it was quicker to order ourselves. On day two, same issue. This time, we wanted to stay inside, due to the weather. We had to get up twice to ask if we were getting service. We were told they'd be there soon but never showed up. After roughly 25 minutes, we wound up leaving and took our business elsewhere throughout the rest of our stay. Overall, the staff seems to have very lazy-like attitudes and don't seem to care about guest experience. -No Housekeeping on the first day. We had to fetch our own clean towels from downstairs. On the second day, we got Housekeeping. They did not give us fresh towels, and the bed looked like it was made by a child. You can tell the service was rushed. -Waited around getting Starbucks during check out while Associates were nearby not tending to us. During check out, my patience was wearing thin from all of the weekend issues that were piling up, so I got upset at one of the Worker's who proceeded to be argumentative with me. No apology from that individual or "How can I make this experience better?" mentality. Instead, she kept repeating that we should have reported each issu

MARK (8/5): - Great stay at the property staff and everything was very good. issue with lift but that was mechanical and being addressed. Only issue I had was it’s a dog friendly hotel. I appreciate that Tenby is a haven for dog lovers and to have a hotel that can cater for them is a plus for them to get away. However they should have a section of their own away from the general public, this should be a priority for the hotel.If you want a quiet drink / meal you’re seated in the same areas as the owners with their dogs. To have them in same general areas of the bars and restaurant is simply not cool.

I only booked the day before so not done much research, but the room (we only booked cosy so it was small) had everything you need including air con! Bed was SO comfy. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was incredible and the views in the outdoor seating were gorgeous.

Our TV was not working and despite raising this issue no effort was made to attend the room or address this issue. We also had to wait approx 15 minutes before Tracey was found to check us in and no effort was made to find another member to assist us. I’d look elsewhere in the future.

Layla (6/5): - On arrival where greated by friendly staff, but unfortunately the lift was out of order which was not great as my husband had an injury to his leg and had to walk the stairs. Room itself was lovely and clean although we did have to phone for towels. We where really disappointed with the outdoor terrace. It was very dirty with lots of glasses and dirty plates left out even though it was not busy. Bar staff where very friendly and even though it was very quiet it took almost half an hour waiting for our drinks and table service was also slow waiting nearly 15 min just to be served. I understand that there is renovations going on but that side of it didnt bother us at all, it was mainly the very slow service.
Gillian (10/5): Lovely, refurbished hotel - We stayed here last year when it was being refurbished and loved the position overlooking the beach. Its also a great position for everything, town, restaurants, harbour and beaches. What a difference they have made to the hotel as it is now owned by Crest, everything was new in the room with a fab bathroom and super comfy beds The service was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Cant fault it in any way.

Frank (8/5): Revamped Imperial Hotel -Tenby - The hotel is under renovation, so any opinion must take this into consideration. We only stayed for 1 night . Our sea view room was excellent. The renovation is to a very high standard with a quality kettle, hair dryer, and bathroom fittings. The hotel directly overlooks the beach, and the view from the sea view rooms is amazing. You can open the windows and hear the sea . Overall, I would recommend.

DIANE (10/5): - Clean and modern room on side of hotel overlooking beach. Hot weather during stay but air conditioning kept room comfortable at all times. Some exterior renovations still in place so views from lounge areas and terraced slightly compromised. Staff were cheerful, friendly and efficient.

Had a few meals at the hotel due to weather conditions and it was really bland and tastless, i am a vegan and they really dont know how to cook vegan food. Unfortunately, I had an injury at the hotel and the management was quite rude, dismissive and unprofessional.

carl (6/5): - You couldn't really go in the outside area became of the work man and the items on the floor. The safety box WASN'NT secured. No signs when leaving the lift to indicate where room 209 was. When it rained water would come through the toilet extractor fan. There was NO toilet brush to clean the toilet after use. There was a shampoo container in the shower but it was empty. There was a big gap under the room door. And God knows who picked the carpet!.Except for these facts the room was good.
