Host excellent, very friendly and attentive Only thing I would have liked is tea making facilities in the rooms, was available in the previous room I stayed in here at this property but not all rooms have it available.

• Agathe (10/5): Un super séjour entre amies ! - A quelques pas d’une des lignes de métro les plus utiles pour les touristes, très bon petit-déjeuner, une hôte très sympathique et qui parle français. Maison typiquement anglaise donc des escaliers étroits, attention à la tailles des valises. Si la chambre donne sur la rue un peu bruyant ; mais si elle donne sur le jardin c’est calme.

Stanza arredata con stile molto carina,pulizia ok. Colazione a buffet abbondante e varia. Staff gentile e disponibile. L'unica cosa per essere pignolo l'insonorizzazione della camera può essere migliorata.

Great continental breakfast, lady serving very helpful. Goodd location for what we wanted to do. Very little but there was an annoying "bleep" every few minutes in the breakfast room. WE would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room but not a big problem as the kitchen was always open

• Kristin (8/5): - Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft und die Nähe zur U-Bahn, 1 Minute zu Fuß. Nebenan ist noch ein Raum, der aber nicht zu uns gehörte und mit einer Zwischentür getrennt war. Dort waren ab und zu Menschen und hatten spät Abends versucht die Zwischentür zu uns zu öffnen.

• Torben (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in angenehmer Umgebung. - Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Das gesamte Team war super nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück richtig lecker und die Zimmer sowie das Bad angenehm groß. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: U-Bahn, Bus und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und schnell erreichbar. Es handelt sich zwar eher um familienfreundliche Etagen als um klassische Familienzimmer, was für uns aber völlig in Ordnung war. Einzig die Matratzen sind leider schon sehr durchgelegen – hier wäre ein Austausch für den Schlafkomfort toll. Wenn die Matratzen erneuert werden, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Personnel très sympathique. Les chambres spacieuses et confortables et le petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Une adresse à retenir ! Petits détails : la couette du lit pourrait être un peu plus large.

• Marijana (9/5): Äußerst gute Bleibe in London - Sehr nah an der nothernline, leckeres Frühstück, gemütliches Zimmer Man hört etwas die Fahrzeuge und die Ubahn, aber ist nicht zu extremst- im Fall der Fälle es gibt Ohrstöpsel.

Buona parte dei prodotti della colazione erano preconfezionati, niente panificati freschi. Sempre presenti però yogurt, frutta, cereali e succhi. Nel complesso più che positivo.

Très arrangeant, possibilité de prendre les chambres dès qu'elles sont prêtes, de déposer les sacs, brefs, super com. Sur place, l'hôtel se trouve à la sortie du métro face à un petit supermarché dans un quartier calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits confortables. Très propre, rien à redire. Enfin, last but not least, c'est bien la première fois en 30 ans que je prends un bon petit déjeuner à Londres. Buffet bien garni, produits très corrects, dans une petite salle à manger agréable. Pour un week-end, nous n'emportons jamais de shampoing et gel douche pensant toujours en trouver sur place, là ce ne fut pas le cas mais ce n'est pas bien grave.
• Valentina Balduzzi (9/5): Lovely stay - B&B situato in un quartiere tranquillo di Londra veramente a due passi dalla fermata della linea Northern della metro londinese (comoda per spostarsi in tutte le zone di Londra). Stanza ampia e pulita con bagno privato spazioso dotato di una comoda doccia. Colazione a buffet varia e fresca tutte le mattine e staff gentilissimo. Ci tornerei volentieri per il prossima viaggio a Londra 😊 L'insonorizzazione acustica delle finestre non è perfetta ma comunque vengono forniti tappi per le orecchie 😁

• Katiuscia (10/5): ECCEZIONALE CON UN OCCHIO ALLE SCALE - La struttura è a 73 passi contati dalla metro, la colazione è completa di molte referenze. Manca qualche dolce tipo muffin o plum-cake o croissant ma si può fare una bellissima colazione lo stesso. La nostra stanza era incredibile, una favola. Il bagno è immenso e la stanza è calda e confortevole. E’ pulita, silenziosa meravigliosa. Bisogna solo considerare che si deve avere una buona deambulazione, ci sono molte scale strette e irte ma se non ci sono problemi motori questi è una vera favola. Nulla
• Donato (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Il mio soggiorno a Londra è stato davvero piacevole! La struttura era molto pulita e situata in una zona comoda, facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla linea nera (Northern Line) della metro. Le camere erano esattamente come me le aspettavo: pulite, confortevoli e accoglienti. Il punto di forza, però, è sicuramente la colazione — davvero ricca e abbondante, con tante opzioni per iniziare bene la giornata! Le uniche piccole note negative (ma davvero marginali) sono il rumore della metro che si percepisce leggermente la notte e il fatto che, pur essendo privato, il bagno non è direttamente collegato alla stanza, quindi bisogna fare un piccolo tratto di scale e corridoio per raggiungerlo.

• Fabrice (8/5): Séjour globalement agréable à Londres grâce à la proximité du métro Kennington, à une chambre spacieuse avec une bonne l - La proximité de la station de métro Kennington. La chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. La double chambre en famille donc double lit comporte une salle de bain et un wc mais pas proche de la chambre. Il faut sortir passer par le couloir et escalier (qui mène aussi à la salle du petit déjeuner) pour atteindre la salle de bain. Ce qui est un peu dérangeant notamment si vous devez aller aux toilettes en pleine nuit. Ou si vous voulez aller vous laver au moment ou d’autres locataires descendent prendre leur petit déjeuner.

• Johan (9/5): Perfect B&B, perfect location, direct near underground - Nice B&B, clean and good cosy rooms. Bathroom excellent. Very kind owner. Location direct near Kennington underground is great. One stop to Waterloo to London Eye, Big Ben and Westminster. Breakfast is a bit simple, its good and enough, fresh egs, toaster and fruit. But everyday the same. Fresh bread or croissants would make it much better.

Quanto à localização é excelente, fica a apenas 2 min a pé de uma estação de metro com ligação a outras bastante importante. Limpeza ok. As senhoras que estiveram de manhã no pequeno almoço eram agradáveis e simpáticas e a anfitriã também muito simpática e preocupada em resolver os problemas. O aquecedor da casa de banho não funcionava. Foi colocado um aquecedor portátil mas a extensão também não funcionava, pelo que a casa de banho estava sempre fria. O aquecimento também desligava durante a noite e quando acordávamos de manhã o quarto não tinha uma temperatura agradável. De resto tudo ok.

• Katarina (9/5): Perfekt för en helg i London - Toppenläge. Precis vid tunnelbanan och nära bussar med snabb access överallt. Väldigt trevliga, traditionella pubar nästan lika nära som tunnelbanan. Trevligt rum. Jättefin frukost. Super enkel incheckning med instruktion och utcheckning med bagage förvaring. Väldigt trevlig kontakt med värden. Det är ett klassiskt B&B. Det var vad vi sökte och passade oss bra.

Great for Southwark Theatres and plenty of places nearby to have a meal/drink. Would definitely book again. Shame that bathroom was not linked to our room but was not an issue in the end. Surprisingly we could hear the underground which was just a stones throw away, but really quiet otherwise.
• Sara (10/5): 5 giorni a Londra in famiglia. - Questo B&B è stupendo: casa antica completamente ristrutturata, tipica londinese. Su una strada residenziale silenziosa e tranquilla. Di fronte c’è un piccolo supermarket. Poco distante un pub tipico. La gestione è perfetta e la colazione abbondante e buona: pane da tostare, brioche, marmellate, creme al cioccolato varie, burro e burro vegan….. prosciutto e formaggio, uova….. La camera era pulita, letti comodi, camini antichi stupendi se amate vivere un’esperienza in una casa tipica inglese. Il bagno privato è fuori dalla stanza ma a pochissimi passi: scendete 4-5 gradini e dopo 5-6 passi siete arrivati…. Pulito e caldo. Non l’ho trovato assolutamente scomodo e nemmeno con poca privacy. È impossibile che altre persone ve lo utilizzino perché prima del corridoio che porta al bagno c’è una porta che, chiusa, lo rende inaccessibile. Tutto perfetto.

• Martin (7/5): Good value with a few small improvements that could be made - I had the top floor room for one night. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and I got a good night's sleep, which is the most important thing! It's unusual for a London place to include breakfast, so not surprising that it's pretty basic - the lady in charge of the breakfast room was lovely and helpful. Overall good value for London. A few little quirks made the experience less than perfect. There's a slightly difficult self check-in process if the owner isn't around, which requires an instructional video. There's also a strange door to get to the top floor room which doesn't have a handle on the inside. The bedroom and bathroom seem recently refurbished but are a bit 'style over substance' - no bedside table, and very posh tiles but no mirror or plug for the sink.
• M. P. (10/5): Top Service, top Lage, zentral, sehr sauber !!! - Die Lage war super zentral. 1 Minute zu Metro ist auch top. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Selbst Tee und Kaffee konnte man sich seber zubereiten. Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen, die Housekeeperin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Großes Lob an Sie !!! Ein besonderes Lob geht an SIAN. Er hat sich excellent um uns gekümmert, angefangen mit der perfekten Wegbeschreibung, dem Kofferservice, der sofortigen Erreichbarkeit, einfach ein super Service, herzlichen Dank dafür !!!!!

• Sabrina (8/5): Une bonne adresse qualité prix à Londres - Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre familiale au rez-de-chaussée et nous avons été très agréablement surpris en réalisant qu'il s'agissait en fait de deux chambres connectées. Les lits sont confortables et la décoration chaleureuse. Il y a un coin avec des fauteuils qui est vraiment très agréable pour se poser dans la chambre. Le petit déjeûner buffet est vraiment très diversifié et copieux, donc vraiment très bien. La situation géographique vraiment proche de la station de métro est un plus. La salle de bain et les toilettes se trouvent sur un autre étage et il est difficile de ne pas réveiller les autres en raison du bruit des portes. Le système pour ouvrir les fenêtres nous a semblé endommagé, ce qui fait que qqn aurait pu certainement les ouvrir de l'extérieur. Les poubelles n'ont pas été vidées sur un séjour de cinq jours, et il n'y a donc aucun service en-dehors du petit déjeûner, ce qui nous paru un peu limite. Finalement, il faut savoir que la rue sur laquelle donne la chambre est plutôt bruyante et qu'il y a de fortes vibrations au sol liées au passage du métro.

• Eva (10/5): - Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Es ist alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen und alle Begegnungen waren ausgesprochen freundlich. Zur Underground ist es nicht weit - das war nach langen Tagen in der Stadt perfekt. Man braucht keine 2 Minuten. Wir kommen wieder :-)
