• Mark (10/5): We loved it. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying there if we visit Umhlanga again - The location was excellent. 5 min walk from the promenade and beach. Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.

Easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. Host was great in helping us with late check in and any issues we had - very accommodating and helpful. Probably needs a kitchen and cupboards upgrade. Internal doors including bathrooms don’t have keys.

• Rajpal (9/5): Superb - The apartment was amazing, clean and had everything. The location was excellent, close to the beach and restaurants. The sea views were beautiful.
• Gonasundree (6/5): It was a pleasant stay apart from the above mentioned. - The property was clean and great location. There was a washing machine and a dryer although the washing machine leaked during the wash and flooded the kitchen. The utensils and dishes were sufficient with a dish washer. The tv was very small for a huge lounge and not a smart tv. The washing machine leaked. Considering how much the accommodation costs I think the owners could invest in a better sized tv which enables us to use our own Netflix account. Please also put a shelf in the bathroom for shampoos etc. There is just a soap dish and we had to leave our shower stuff on the floor.

• Nandipha (10/5): Scenic luxury - The apartment is huge and spacious, gorgeous views of the ocean, super clean with all the amenities. Great security close to all great restaurants. Really loved this apartment Nothing.

Washing machine and dryer and very well equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and beach. TV and main bed could both be larger size.

• Mark (8/5): Seaside getaway - Great view and easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Generators kicked in during loadshedding so no inconveniences. New QR code system to access the Oysters was a bit inconsistent. Sometimes stuck for a while at the gates.

Duvets stank of damp - very very unpleasant Crockery was old cracked and dirty The lid of a pot had old meat in it (photo attached) I thoughts pots and pans were very limited and dirty

• Lowell (9/5): Excellent, clean and comfortable stay - Beautiful clean and centrally located. within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious, and serviced on a daily basis. Communicating with the lettings agent was easy and a pleasure via Whatsapp. with any issues being seen to ASAP e.g. we had heavy rain on one of the days where a water leak between the sliding doors was noticed. This was fixed and cleaned up the next day. Security was also exceptional with an access code required to enter and leave the Oyster complex. Some of rooms could possibly do with a refresh, as looks quite dated - however was still functional and we enjoyed our stay. We had heavy thunderstorm on one of the days with high winds and found that it was quite noisy in the lounge due to gaps in the sliding doors. This made it quite difficult to be on work calls, however moving to one of the rooms made it better.

• Leonard (2/5): Not happy - The view is amazing but the bed is rock hard like a box. The sheets were old used hospital sheets with holes in them. The towels were used old torn towels that resemble beach towels from a nearby resort. The carpet is filthy. The dryer takes 5 cycles to dry a small load of clothes. There is black mold in the shower. The grounds were spectacular. The agent did allow us a late check out. I would not stay there again.
