Valancia (3/5): - It was close to access the place/purpose of our visit to Cape Town The manager/owner was helpful in accommodating us downstairs when we realised the stairs were going to be a challenge for our needs. After a significant financial investment without the "extra mile' service that I expected for the money we paid, I am giving my honest opinion on our stay. There were cups, a kettle,, coffee creamer, coffee and sugar sachets in our rooms but no spoons. No microwave or orientation as to where we could find one should we have needed one. I needed an iron but the manager/owner told me to wait till the staff came in at 8 the next morning, which was the time of my appointment. No effort to assist further than that. I had to drive around at 22h00 to find one from a friend who lived in the area. No instruction or guidelines regarding checking out after our stay., as we left early. I had to ask a fellow guest. I walked pass the manager/owner a couple of times on the last day and he didn't bother to greet or acknowledge my presence. I'm still struggling to establish the strong sense of indifference or apathy and why. I didn't like that we parked outside in te street. I'm sorry bu we will not return. It was too expensive for just a bed. Lovely rooms but we did not feel welcome or like we mattered as guests.

Caryl (9/5): - The room was a nice size for 3 people to share comfortably, we booked the room with 1 double bed and a sleeper couch and upon arival we entered and they put in a single ped for us which was really awesome. The beds were comfortable for a good night sleep. The pool was great to cool off and splash on the hot days. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist if we needed something. We had a good time.

Lindsay (4/5): 🙂🙂 - The front desk girl/housekeeper was very friendly First of all: We couldn't check in straight away because the Host didn't communicate with the Housekeeper about our arrival. The shower was blocked from our stay till our departure. The bedding is outdated, my partner experienced itching which resulted into scratching that left lesions so he had to get medication at the chemist. The TV was out of order alongside with the Openview. They want their guests to be quiet throughout their stay but the workers are making a noise early in the morning. Last but not least... The towels was so hard, it couldn't dry off your skin properly

Zimmer Rosé hatte ein mittleren Kühlschrank,großes Badezimmer. Die Decoration im Treppenaufgang war sehr liebevoll und still voll arangiert. Parkplatz zu steil,Wind lies die Fenster sehr klappern.Der Blick vom Zimmer zum Berg,war wegen den direkten Nachbarhäusern,nicht so schön. Das Zimmer zur Straße hat ein winziges Badezimmer.
Anél (4/5): If you just need a bed this is the place, except overpriced for that. - View. No spoons for coffee, not even in kitchen. Welcome was pretty much here is your keys and room. Shower did not have any soaps. Body or hair (not that I would have used it - always carry my own) Fridge was not on - even though they were expecting us and it was a hot day. Shower water very poor and the outlet blocked.

Breakfast facility is wonderful and Felicity looked after us so well. Thank you for accommodating our pet too. Much appreciated. Would like to suggest warmer bedding for winter which would have made me a very happy guest.

The ceiling fan is effective + runs quietly👍 The cupboards in the room have a strong smell of mould🥺 and it spreads to the room as well. The tea/coffee station inside the room was insufficiently stocked with tea/coffee, with no teaspoons. I fetched spoons + saucers from the kitchen myself. There might be a blockage in the shower outlet...water dammed up quite quickly.

Marlene (7/5): Marlene and Harry - Ideally situated. Easy 2min drive to beach and Clarence Drive. Spectacular views of the bay and mountains. The establishment decor is exceptional. We had the Batchelor Unit. It had all the necessary things in. Breakfast was good. Bedding could be upgraded.

Sissing (1/5): Extremely uncomfortable because place did not feel clean and disappointing because not what expected - The breakfast offering was good but there was a 2 slice toaster for an 8 room establishment. Toaster also did not work properly and looked worse for wear. The containers with cereal lids were sticky and grubby looking. The staff did the best with what they had but it was very evident that there was no manager overseeing the operation to check the attention to detail. The bedding looked tired and made bed not appear welcoming. Room did not smell fresh and airy despite the lovely balcony. In kichen the surfaces looked tired. Two plate stove was so dirty looking as was kettle that we did not want to cook there. The sponge looked like so many people had used it. No dishcloth available. Shower also needed a deep clean. Went put to buy flip flops to shower in. Taps not polished.....towels very dull looking for the price we paid for stay.

They should have the weight restriction on the website. What happens when they have oversized guests??? I was happy to pay for two rooms but my 11 year old son had to sleep on his own in a locked room. Was a scary experience for him. What if my son was younger...
