- Bryan (4/5): - The elevator was not working so we had to carry our own luggage to the 4th floor. The stairs /stairwell was dark, the steps were broken and we nearly fell once or twice. The geyser burst on the second day, so all our stuff was moved to another apartment without our knowledge. The new apartment did not have a key card for us so the security had to let us in and out, overall the accommodation was a shambles.

- Nanette (5/5): - The staff were helpful and friendly. You are close enough to walk to the beach. The bed was awful. The shower can use a very good cleaning. The pictures show that you have a glorious sea view, but being placed on the ground floor, I would say you are more sea-facing.

- Shaun (10/5): Perfect getaway with excellent views of ocean and Table Mountain. - Lovely view of table mountain, the sea as well as Robin Island. Experienced an excellent sunset every evening of our stay. Room was cleaned to a very high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful always greeting with a smile.

- Xhanti (6/5): Alright - They were able to let us in for early check in due to our prior booking elsewhere being cockroach infested. Good size apartment with everything you need inside it They are busy with construction right on top of us and next to our room. VERY VERY NOISY, we couldn't stay during the day through that noise so we left. Very pricy for such a huge inconvenience. A lot of rules were strict like fines for literally anything and everything. 1000 cash deposit that is needed but is not mentioned when booking

Both the sink and the bathtub were severely clogged, making them unusable and turning our first night into a very unpleasant experience, with water backing up until the issue was reported the following morning. In addition, the unit was clearly not thoroughly cleaned or properly inspected prior to our arrival.

- Elaine (9/5): Great space and views. - Amount of space was great for the penthouse. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. I appreciated having a washer and dryer as well as pots, pans, and a wonderful patio. Jaccuzzi was not clean and we had to ask for it to be drained. There were several minor issues with wear and tear (broken frig drawers, burn hole on dining chair, shelf in shower was needing repair) and general maintenance needed on windows / sliding doors from being weathered. One day we had no water which was an inconvenience but to be expected in a residential area.

Then there was no clear signage to reception area. The unit had a bad smell when we entered. Unit was smaller than the photo. It was fully equipped and neat. Fan was minimal in offering cold air. No one came on 2nd day to refresh (not sure if this is a service). I work in hotel industry, I don’t think the money we paid equaled the value.

Also the unit had a smell, perhaps someone smoked there before we arived. Maintenance needed in the unit and plugs did not worked from time to time and shorted out which tripped the power in the unit.

The gym could have been better maintained and didn’t seem to be regularly cleaned, and our shower did have a drainage issue that led to multiple days of fish and mold smell.

- Marije (1/5): Vreselijk - Z’n slechte ervaring aan dit verblijf. Bij aankomst konden ze onze boeking niet vinden, hierdoor kosten het veel tijd om in te checken. Vervolgens kregen we een grotere kamer wat beter zou zijn. De kamer was vies, in de badkamer was er veel schimmel. In de woonkamer bezeerde ik mijn vier aan scherven in een kleed. Na heel veel contact kwamen ze kijken, en noemde het vervelend voor ons te vinden. We konden een andere kamer krijgen. Deze echter stonk ontzettend naar rook. Toen hebben ze onze kamer schoongemaakt, maar de schimmel was zichtbaar nog steeds”.

- Joanne (8/5): Excellent location with friendly staff - Staff were very friendly - You must pay 1000R on arrival cash for deposit. Location is lovely as is the view Workmen were power washing balconies above us which meant we couldn't sit out as the paint had landed on our furniture and it was wet. The manager quickly came and told them to stop but it was too late for the furniture.
