Went to gym to work out with my daughter but only one treadmill was working. You can't control it, but rude people letting their doors slam.

- Jocelyn (9/5): Comfortable stay, would stay again! - The location was wonderful, and the staff at the front desk was helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was appreciated. The staff handling breakfast the next morning were quite upset about some spilled coffee they had to clean up and made a scene. The pillows are not my favourite because they were flat, but that's just a personal preference and not a criticism of the facility.

- Steelerfaned (4/5): Doesn’t live up to ratings - We stayed there for a couple nights after another Hampton Inn canceled our reservation. It had great ratings and looked good on line and we found none of it true.
The room was dirty and the bathroom floor was so bad I ended up cleaning it myself. The people working there all seemed to not care about anything and were not happy about being there. The gym had broken equipment and the equipment was old. This place looks old and in need of a face lift. I have stayed at Hiltons over 500 times in my life and this rankings right up there as one of the worst.

- Jennifer (4/5): Disappointing. - Location was convenient. Breakfast was good. The pool was tiny and we weren't able to use it due to amount of people there/in it already. The hotel walls were so thin we could hear people next to us and above us, and they were the most uncomfortable beds I think I've ever slept in. We actually thought they put the box spring on top of the mattress. Would be better to invest in nicer mattresses, we didn't get any sleep. Probably would not book here again unless the beds were upgraded. We stayed for our anniversary so it was pretty disappointing.

- danmJ1319BE (6/5): No thanks. - This place is what I would consider a mixed bag, some of the people here were awesome and others not so much. I stayed here because it was close to family and I am an honors member, but it sure didn’t feel that way while I stayed here. I got several text messages asking how my day was and when it started out, it was good, and maybe it’s the weekend staff I’m not 100% sure. The trouble started this morning when we went down for breakfast and around 9:30 they started to run out of things in the breakfast area and their response was well that’s all we have for today. Oh well thank you I was under the impression that breakfast was until 10 AM not 9:30-9:40 when apparently they start to run out of stuff and choose not to replace it. And how nice of them at 9:50 to start closing the door to that area letting us know that hey we’re about to be closed in 10 minutes. There was a point where you could barely fit through the door to get what you were looking for and that was at 9:55 which once again I’m under the impression when you say 6 to 10 you mean 10! The next issue we ran into was when we went to have family over in the lobby area or at least where the high table is we were told sorry that closed at 10 o’clock. Which is crazy because we were down there past 10 o’clock the night before and there didn’t seem to be a problem. I will say that there was a lack of courtesy on behalf of, at least half of the staff. There wasn’t the smile that I’ve gotten in the past, there wasn’t a thank youse and have a nice day and we appreciate you being here. It was more of a Hey that area is closed at 10 o’clock, or please leave your towels over there. This is just not what I’ve come to expect as an honors member. Next time I visit this area, I will either stay at a different hotel chain or I will stay in the city where we have stayed at the Hampton there and been treated like honors members.

- 495frequentt (4/5): - We've stayed here a few times before without any issue, but something has changed here. Maybe there's new management or a new franchise owner? This is our experience. There are no restaurants within walking distance. A convenience store and a car wash are the only close businesses. The property was clean, the internet worked well, the beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were not appealing. The HVAC had to run all the time or the room got really hot. Unfortunately, the HVAC smelled musty. The bathroom sink had very slow drainage. The toilet had to be flushed twice with EVERY use as the water pressure was poor. One of the lights in the room didn't work. Room darkening shades did not close completely so some light was always in the room. All those issues would be known by housekeeping, so presumably also known by management. If they won't keep up the Hilton standards, we won't stay here again.

Every day when I entered the room it was about 73 degrees and I would set the thermostat to 64, the room never got below 68 or 69. I also assume that the A/C knows if someone is in the room so it allowed the room to return to 73 while I was gone. I get trying to minimize energy usage but it takes your crappy little A/C forever to cool the room down from 73 degrees, there must be a better way!
PS Hampton... NO ONE LIKES THE MIDWESTERN "OMELET" or the Egg White one, they are simply gross.

- Ahang (1/5): Bad - Everything would have exceptional if it wasn't for the property not having water from 9 pm to 5 am. My mom (83 years old Parkinson's patient) and I arrived at 9:30 pm after an 8 hour drive. This is something that the property should have communicated with all concerned parties (i.e. Booking. com, all guests with reservations for that day). It was too late in the evening for me to search for another hotel. The fact that the water for the property was shut off and it was not communicated with me.

- Linda (10/5): Great stay, great value - What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Our room was great. Very nice design, I especially liked the shower design. Breakfast was fine, protein choices were egg white frittata and sausage patties. They also did have a waffle maker.

Extra small acccmodations but
same.cost as.other Hampton.Inns. No cups in bath room...come on...coild.not.get.replacement towels. No soap.in diah tray. Place.sucked.

- marysE2110OF (4/5): Hampton Inn Wexford/ Scwickley PA - I always stayed at Hampton Inns because they were consistent in their standards for comfort and quality . It seems the quality has gone down since the pandemic- this hotel in particular was disappointing. Our room was on the second floor overlooking a carwash.We had our dog with us so maybe that accounted for the room we were assigned. The curtain sheers had a tear,the orange cloth lounge chair needed cleaned and the toilet paper holder was busted so one prong was glued to the wall to hold it. Maid service was every other day yet we received only one towel per person.
The pet area was very tiny and next to a steep downhill - my brother found a tic on his arm that evening which probably came from the pet area
Bed was comfortable and food was as expected

- P8649YDtims (6/5): Not Horrible - This place isn’t horrible, though I hope for better than that when staying or going anywhere.
Could tell the room was cleaned, superficially at least. Furniture in good shape, bed comfortable. There must be a shortage of towels in Wexford, they seem to be rationing them. Was in a king room but still seemed to have no space to move. Definitely on the smaller side compared to other Hilton properties. Nothing horrible though.
Where they lost me is by not having a 24 hour fitness room. The guy at front desk wouldn’t open it before 6AM. If you’re going to have a limited use facility be up front and include that information on the app so I know before booking.
Then there was no shampoo in dispenser. Unfortunately this doesn’t get found out until standing in the shower.
I won’t ever stay here again, not horrible though. It was no surprise to find out this is not a Hilton owned property, it is owned by a franchisee. It’s clear that this particular franchisee isn’t up to the expected Hilton standards.
