Location was great for exploring the whole reserve. We really liked that it was a small lodge - only 7 rooms, and we barely saw the other people staying there. Pool table was fun for entertainment, and having a portable braai right by our room was very helpful. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great value for money - we'd love to visit again No complaints!

Dogs constantly roaming around even when I explicitly requested that for the duration of our entire stay they are kept elsewhere. facility was not the bad however the toilets, shower and bath tub are in shocking condition and the rooms need some to be upkept a little better. Cleanliness overall i would rate 5/10

• Elzette Fourie (10/5): Amazing, from start to finish. - My mother, had a knee operation done... So I booked the stay for her at Foreva Wild to try and make the recovery process as pleasant as it can be. I messaged Foreva Wild prior to her arrival, raising my concerns that my mother would need special care, as she struggled to walk etc... Wow wow wow... Did they go above and beyond. The way they cared for my mother, was next level. It really felt, like leaving my mom with family, as they took care of her only the way family and their love for each other could. I would lile to thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the amazing level of service rendered by you and your team... You are amazing people!!!! As for the stay itself: Beautifulllll!!!! The entire place is very well kept, and the scenery is just breathtaking, and the joy you experience whilst staying here is next level. If you need a break, and need that extra fuel for your soul, this is the exact place to be. 11/10 Awesomely done guys Not a single thing... Keep up the good work

The only thing I could possibly complain about is that the there were a few things that needed replacing ie the toilet paper holder. But if that is all I can "complain about you know its a good spot!

It’s the perfect place for a refreshing reset. I loved the breakfast and the charming little library. The sense of solitude is truly special, and I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay as a solo female traveler.

• Gary (7/5): Nice and peaceful. - Room was generally comfortable and quiet. beautiful decore in loby and breakfast was well prepared and tasty. Friendly staff and a convenient location. All in all a good experience and stay and I would recommend it. As like most places it would be a good idea for owners to spend a night in the rooms they offer guests, just to experience the little niggly things. Not any major issues, but some things are very impractical for example kettle plugs into socket behind fridge and if you need to fill, you need to scratch around at the back of the fridge to unplug and plug in. Taps in bath situated in a possition that can burn you if you want to add hot water while bathing. Again not big things but can be improved.

Das war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis, das wir dringend empfehlen können! :) Das Frühstück war gut, sogar mit vegetarischer Option. Die Katze war sehr süß. Leider war der Geruch im Zimmer unerträglich, chemischer stechender Geruch eines sehr starken Reinigungsmittels? Unsere gesamte Kleidung hat den Geruch nachhaltig angenommen. Das Klopapier war 1/4lagig, wahrscheinlich ist das Buschklopapier, das wir auf Safari gezeigt bekommen haben weicher. Die Kloschüssel ist beim ersten Klogang auseinander gefallen.

Was there for son's soccer camp at Camp Discovery & don't regret choosing Foreva Wild. Will be there for next year's camp! Jacelyn is a great host. Needed food & was directed to closest restaurant but place wasn't what i expected - Loud & noisy & music in the place wasn't in either English or any of the venacular languages. Swimming pool small for family & longer stays.

• Amy (10/5): We had such a lovely stay! Jazz, Margaret and Graham were absolutely amazing. - The breakfast was amazing! We were given options at the end of the day and were given the most incredible breakfast the next morning. The staff were absolutely wonderful!! N/A. Everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing and we were greeted with a smile everyday!

• Risuna SuNay (6/5): Our stay at the lodge was just fair - I really like the staff so accommodating and very friendly The fact that the host, was able to change my date within a short notice there was a wifi problem on the day we arrived (Friday 3 October), we called to complain about it the next morning, of which the host was a bit defensive at the beginning, but later on got it fixed. After it got fixed, she did not care to ask wether the wifi was okay or not she just kept quiet Hot water at the shower was on and off, had to use the bath instead The host seems to prefer some guests more than ours, on our last day when we were having breakfast, we were the first ones to go to the dining area, of which we found her there, she was not talking to us, but immediately when other guests came, she started having conversations with them and even went to their tables, demonstrating that she prefers others more Her overall service was not good, she would always see us on the corridors but never asked if we had problems, or if we needed anything.

Department of road works can definitely fix the road leading to the accomodation, however staff warned us about the road prior to travelling.

My complaint with regard to the wifi which was not working in the rooms was sorted out the following day. The owner got someone to address it.

The place is old, not maintained as in the pictures. They could find the backdoor key and said its okay to stay like that, I then asked to change rooms. Which we did. Coffee is cheap stuff for what we paid for the night. Water was not hot for shower or bath, due to gas heating of the water. And it is winter so that did not work well for me. Everything in the place is old. Bath towels are small, not bath sheets.

• Ishan (9/5): Hospitable and comfortable stay - We were met and care for with amazing hospitality. Everyone were so friendly and accommodating. The general facilities and upkeep were very good, neat and clean. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, even during the chilly evenings. The bed was extremely spacious and super comfortable - we had an amazing sleep after a long day. The evening was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was hearty, generous and delicious; and very well organized. The wifi was very slow and limited to inside of the room. The wifi signal disappeared on the patio of the room. The filter coffee was disappointing at breakfast as it was very weak as if instant coffee and water were mixed and added to the filter pots. The dirt road getting to and from the property was a disaster though and made for a very uncomfortable and slow drive. We have a mini SUV but felt like we needed a 4x4 to cope with the extremely rough and bumpy ride from the consistent ridges on the surface. Though this is not a reflection of the accommodation as this is out of their control.
