The room is large, comfortable and clean, and the mattress and pillow are very comfortable. Heating/air conditioning work well . I can open a small window for fresh air. Good lighting and a comfortable reading chair. Large mini-fridge with freezer space. Good hot and cold breakfast , nice breakfast room. First ; Booking.com write a wrong address ; southwest . The good address is northwest NOT southwest Bathroom fan is noisy and is on all the time

Something fell apart, this is the second time we have experienced this, so I always carry paper and email confirmation of booking, because hotel would be under no obligation to find us a room. The pictures in the room scared my children as they have warning signs and graffiti that say "watch your back" and "Help". We covered the pictures so the children could sleep.

We didn’t discover that the manager has ties to Borradaile until we were departing. We got the Expedia special, room on the ground floor, directly beside the lobby, on the hallway to the pool, king but no couch/fold out, just two chairs. We were only there one night, we got in late and left early, room wasn’t horrible, it was noisy when we arrived but quoted down shortly after and it was clean.

It took 4 - 5 days to clear up with self care at home. Topical antibiotic and Sudocrem. First time that has ever happened to me. Maybe they overfilled the washing machine and the towels never rinsed properly?

Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, quiet, beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the breakfast in the morning. Wasn’t enough food and ran out of utensils. I have shared my concern with the Pomeroy.
Carla (6/5): Let down - Have stayed here before and sadly felt let down this time. Was placed at the very end of the hall next to the stairs and asked to move but not accommodated. One chair in room was not straight, had to be exchanged for kitchen type straight backs. No housekeeping done between nights. Ran out of kleenex , toilet paper. Bed not tidied, garbage not emptied. Front desk frequently left unattended while staff did other duties. Rang for help at checkin, getting kleenex, etc. Coffee weak and tasteless at breakfast, not available after breakfast hours as lobby coffee( always empty). Bathroom vent flood on 2nd night. Constant running, then dripping, needed bucket and blocked toilet. Had to pack up and move rooms middle of the night. Pool ok, breakfast ok but not great
