Sandrine (4/5): - Image mensongère sur la chambre, se sont retrouvés dans une chambre 3 lits d'une personne dont un suspendu au lieu d'un lit double et un lit une personne. Ne pouvant se tourner dans la chambre. Par contre hygiène parfait. Et la dame du matin très agréable.
Claudie (6/5): Décevant - Pas de chauffage en arrivant dans la chambre : nécessité de consigner 26°C au moins sur le convecteur pou r que la pièce se réchauffe. Et il faisait très froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Le système de vidange du lavabo de la salle d'eau était cassé

Vanessa (10/5): Une nuit au top 👌 - Nous avons très apprécier l'accueil de la réceptionniste et surtout le service qu'elle nous a rendu. La chambre était top, seul petit bémol la douche avait le joint un peu fatigué ce qui provoqué une fuite. Mais nous avons très bien dormis.

David (8/5): - The interior has been gone through so dont let the outside fool you. A basic hotel. Clean safe staff was great.
Claude (2/5): Crouy - Very decayed on the outside No air cond and no aeration ( a small grid which is a joke)which means that in summer you have to open the window And it’s very noisy outside , the hotel is badly situated near a quite busy road . I had a Small bedroom which was really small that’s ok but the problem was the bed : too short ( and I’m only 173 cm!) and the pillows were bad + a very hard mattress. On the sunny side it’s clean enough and the staff are incredibly nice and they really try their best but the location of the hotel is really a problem
Verified traveler (6/5): Hôtel bruyant et mal isolé. - Il y a une espèce de gros transformateur à proximité de l’hôtel qui fait un bruit de fond assez désagréable. La salle de bain est impeccable et neuve mais pas de sèche cheveu. Pas de serviette à main. Le strict minimum. Pas de table de chevet d’un côté du lit, une table à moitié montée de l’autre. Et surtout très mauvaise isolation phonique (inexistante) de la porte: elle laisse passer la lumière du couloir et on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur. Par ailleurs une personne avait dû fumer devant l’hôtel. L’odeur a remplit toute l’aération de l’hôtel. C’est fantastique. Le personnel est sympathique malgré tout.
