Amy (9/5): - I loved everything about the apartment except for the key app. It reset on us twice meaning we lost access to entering our apartment and building out of the blue. This was corrected quickly but still a stressful situation. Additionally, having just arrived from America, having to use an app meant my partner had to use his US phone plan to access his key until he organized a local phone service which was expensive and inconvenient. It would be great to have the option of a physical key instead. Otherwise the apartment and staff were fantastic!

Fiona (8/5): - The location and general quality of the apartment was great and it was quiet with good sound proofing, which I appreciate in that part of the city. Off street parking. Responsive staff on phone and via email with queries. In one apartment, there was no clothes horse, in another, the block out blind in the bedroom did not go up, so the bedroom didn't get any natural light. I didn't really like the digital key and found it a bit clumsy and required several attempts to enter the main door and apartment as the WiFi signal in the building corridor was poor. I would prefer being given the option of a digital or hard key/fob at the beginning rather than having to specially arrange.

Simone (6/5): Very comfy stay but the issue with the code spoilt the overall feel of the time. - Great location and very clean. It was close to Brunswick St and public transport but was quiet and peaceful. Our key code did not work on the first night after returning from dinner. We were unable to access our floor from the lift or the stairs. There were two other guests who this happened too as well. The staff on the phone were helpful, however we ended up standing outside in the rain for a long time trying to access keys and swipes from the outdoor drop box in the laneway.

Eric (10/5): Great location and amenities and would definitely stay here again. - Great location. Clean, spacious apartment. Nice bathroom and having laundry was a plus. The only slight downside was that the AC didn’t reach the bedroom so we just had to turn on the ceiling fan.
Madeleine (8/5): Lovely apartment in an Incredible location. - The apartment was really beautiful and in the best location! So close to good shops and cafes and very close to public transport! There was only one air conditioner in the whole apartment. Fine if you leave it on super cold and open the bedroom doors but got a bit stuffy in the bedrooms. Keeping in mind it was quite hot so perhaps not an issue outside of hot weeks in summer :)

Ben (9/5): Great spot for any length of stay in Melbourne! - The property was in great condition, bedding was firm and clean. An absolutely incredible location; a very short walk to some excellent bakeries and restaurants, and a tram stop 5 minutes away to get into town. We had an issue getting into the car stacker on arrival, but Fiona from the property managers was extremely helpful in getting it resolved quickly and painlessly.

Jun Wu (7/5): Good sized apartment and good value. However, there's trade offs. - Large apartment for the price. Location is not bad as it is quite near a tram station (~6 mins walk). Walking distance (5-6 mins walk) to supermarket. The bed's edge feels like you are falling off the bed. So you have to sleep close to the middle of the bed, which makes the queen bed even smaller. Cleanliness was the main issue. We dropped some food on the floor and used wet wipes to wipe the floor. The wet wipe was black. High chair was provided but was also dirty. The water does not flow well in the toilet sink, and it is because the stopper was fill of hair left by previous stayers. Check in was not easy. We had to provide a credit card detail which was not safe (I have been advised by Booking.com to never provide credit card details to providers). We did not get our access at 2PM, hence was stuck outside the apartment for 20 minutes while waiting.

Handy to tram stoos on either Brunswick Rd and Smith Street. The property lacked basic cleaning materials. No broom, vacuum, or kitchen/bathroom cleaner. Not even toilet duck. Nor was it the clean standard I would expect at this tariff level, for a stay of several nights. It lacked freshness typically found at this location and price point.
David (6/5): Promised so much but disappointing - Great location and value App based lock system continually messed up over first 2 days of our stay before being resolved. impractical carparking onsite only useful for tiny cars given narrow laneway, carpark entry and car stackers. Floors above flooded apparently due to idiot flooding their bathroom on a higher floors so our family group on floors 3 and 2 below had to endure 24/7 industrial fans in their corridors attempting to dry carpets for 5 days
Line (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay - Great location and beautiful apartment. Everything worked well. The construction in the hallway had a loud fan going from early hours till late, made quite some noise in the apartment. Wasn’t completely clean with moths flying around in the bathroom and quite a bit of hair/dust too.

Just needed some blankets and a rug and the windows cl - Great location and large apartment with two bathrooms and comfy beds. Windows were very dirty which made it quite depressing as very blurred like someone had rubbed them with a dirty cloth. Was very cold while we were there and the apartment needed some cushions and a rug to cosy it up and the blankets were crocheted cotton and not warm. I was cold in bed so thicker blankets would have been nice and could have used them to sit on the cold sofa as well.

Brigita (10/5): Great location in a great city! - The location was excellent. Loved the area and close to all bars, pubs and lots of great restaurants. On a tram line so easy to get around the city. Apartment was perfect for us and we would defininetly stay there again. We were travelling with friends and only one of us could have the code and app for access to the keyless apartment so that was a little painful. If you could have multiple people using the app that would be better.

No outlook with high barred windows only. Tiny, dirty barred courtyard. Noisy from street traffic. Rooms smelt of stale cigarette. Kitchen poorly equipped. Tiny bathroom for 3 people and shower leaked across floor.

Leo (6/5): I will not stay there again. - Location to restaurants, bars and retail. No winter blankets provided. One light summer blanket for two beds-do the math. This was an issue for people coming from warm climates. Yes there was an air conditioner however, we prefer blankets than waking with dry eyes and throat after aircon use overnight. The rooms require a deep clean especially the windows, window dressing, window sills and door sills. The apartment is sterile and unwelcoming. I understand this is because it is a rental so the owner choose not to create a warm inviting atmosphere.

(Just don’t stay here if you’re not tech savvy) - Incredible view of the city, huge apartment & balcony, great layout & amenities Our boys still rave about how amazing it was! Floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a considerable amount of time (many many personal hairs in bathrooms 🤢 ) and sticky/marked floors in main dining room area. The team were quick to rectify though! The key system was infuriating and I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for those who are not as tech savvy - all access from road to the room is via an app which decides to reset when you’re mid journey adding stress and complication to complete all the verifications needed so you’re not stuck in the lift etc. particularly challenging if there’s more than one of you doing different things as only one mobile number can be used to verify (yes my husband got stranded for a bit as I wasn’t near my phone)… made us very nervous not to run out of battery or worried if we weren’t able to get network (as we live overseas)
