• David A. (3/5): Bad Staff reception - The restaurant food in the lobby area is great. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The Hotel has a strict rule about Check-in. When I made the reservation, the hotel asked what time I would be arriving, and the hotel gave me a time to select. It doesn't matter what time you selected; your check-in was set to 1200 to 1300 because I had an activity starting at 1600. So I would arrive at the hotel and have time to be ready. That hasn't happened. My wife needs to start her preparation at 1400, so we will literally use the gazebo located in front of the Hotel to test the timing, because at 1600 we need to be in the activity. So I asked 1400 and 1430 to request early check-in for my wife to get a better space nd be ready for the activity. And they said the room is not ready yet. The hotel had 5 to 6 cars in the parking lot, which means it's impossible that the hotel is full. Also, they didn't change the check-in time. It doesn't matter that I let the staff know my wife was literally using the gazebo outside to start her preparations. When we arrived at the room, there was no AC because it was the season when the AC system doesn't work, so we had to open the windows to get air. The staff, not the air quality, is bad in Korea. Other things, we literally arrived late to the activity because of the time it takes to prepare for a luxurious activity. Finally, we arrived back at the hotel at 0200, and the room was warm. So we couldn't sleep in the hotel. My check-out was at 0230 am, and I left the hotel.

• Miran (8/5): Otherwise, it was pleasant stay. - Clean and nice I was told it was a non-smoking hotel and there was also a several notices that you could be fined with 200000 Korean Won, if you smoke in the hotel, but somehow I could smell smoke in the morning in the corridor. Also, it was hard to get a taxi.

• 흰살생선 (10/5): 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 호텔 - 깨끗하고 편안하게 쉴 수 있습니다. 일단 주차장이 무지 넓어요. 1층에 매점이 있지만 편의점이 가까이 있지 않은게 아쉽습니다만 크게 중요하진 않습니다.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 융건릉 아침산책에 좋은 곳 - 그동안 한번은 둘러보고 싶었던 수원화성여행차 1박을 수원에서 하게되었는데요 마침 겸하여 융견릉도 산책할 겸 융건릉 바로 길건너에 있는 푸르미르를 선택하였습니다. 수원화성은 말할것도 없고 융건릉 둘레길도 아주 좋았습니다. 주변에 다양한 음식점도 많더군요. 호텔은 대체로 양호했고 무엇보다 공간적 여유로움이 좋더군요. 주차시절이 너무 편안해서 좋았지만 지하 주차장에 좀 역겨운 냄새는 해결을 해야 할 것 같습니다. 조식은 호텔수준에 맞게 조금은 보강되어야 하지 않을까 싶네요.

Later that week the staff found her watch and called her to come pick it up. Thanks for the awesome service!!! I will stay here again next time.

• Jonathan (10/5): Nice hotel with big garden view. - It's little away from busy busy city like Suwon but it is quite and has traditional Korean garden with fish pond. Room is spacious and hotel has gym and aroma spa and jacuzzi on the weekend. Price is way cheaper than most of Suwon hotels. One little bad thing is that there is no easy access to public transportation. Only Airport bus from Inchun so you have to call taxi to get out.
