Ayrıca oda hazır değilken, insan bekleyen müşterilerine çay-kahve-su ikram eder. Bunlar hiç sorulmadı. Vietnam halkının nezaketini bu otelde bulamadım. Danang çok güzel bir yer. Allah nasip ederse bir daha ziyaret edeceğim tekrar. Ama bu otelde bir daha kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

Starting with the room, they are very old, all the furniture is shabby, the walls are all dirty, all the plumbing is terrible. It is scary to touch everything. Today we went to breakfast and were generally horrified, there is nothing to eat, all the food is Asian only, there are not even pastries, not a croissant or anything, not a single juice, only lemonade and that is hot. You can’t even call the coffee coffee, the water is diluted, slightly tinted and cold. No choice of tea, not even basic green tea, no yogurts. There is nothing at all for Europeans to eat, we left just hungry. We are from Italy and are used to drinking good coffee with pastries in the morning, which you will definitely not find here. The hotel is not designed for people from Europe at all. If you do not want to ruin your vacation, I do not advise you to come here, the hotel is very old and dirty, and not customer-oriented. Not a single photo on the site corresponds to reality!!! The hotel is also far from the sea, about 10 minutes on foot.

Jacob Futtrup (8/5): Great location for a little tired hotel - Good hotel. But like everything on hotel portals, all images are photoshopped. The rooms are nice, good beds. A little worn down. We had an executive suite with a terrace. Terrace was completely trashed. Loose tiles and no furniture. Breakfast buffet is good and all staff are serviceminded. Please note that if you book a room for 4 people, they will not put in extra beds without a huge fee, so you will need to sleep 2 adults and 2 children in one kingsize bed. Hotel has a perfect location. 500meters from the beach and the area has a lot of restaurants and so on. Pool is ok but not heated.

The property is truly beautiful, with a well-maintained and stylish design. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and mine had an incredible view of the city that added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast offered a good variety, with options for everyone to enjoy, which was a fantastic way to start the day. While the WiFi could have been faster, it didn’t detract much from the experience. The only small downside was that the staff could have been a bit more welcoming. However, the beauty of the hotel and the amenities more than made up for it. I would recommend Royal Lotus for anyone looking to enjoy Da Nang in comfort and style!

There’s a full range of pool, gym, spa and a big buffet breakfast (Asian style) and the convenient location being its main catch. It’s close to the beach and many interesting restaurants are around. We booked it for the last few days of our trip. Perfect place to stay if the price offer is right. The breakfast buffet should be upgraded a bit, especially the coffee.

Masaki (10/5): - 今回で3回目の宿泊になります。以前にお世話になったスタッフさんからも声をかけられたり、笑顔をむけられ、とても嬉しい気持ちになりました。同じコメントになりますが、朝食の充実度、プールの広さ、海までの距離（途中のアイスクリーム屋さんの10Kのソフトが美味しい！）、周囲にレストランやコンビニが多い、、、コストパフォーマンスは本当に良いと思います。また次回も泊まります！よろしくお願いします！

Irina (10/5): Exceptional - I can’t give these guys anything less than 10 points. Their actions made me give them a perfect score. I have no choice! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the room is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is UNOBTRUSIVE. Everything is just great. But there’s one BUT, which I'll mention in the cons... Okay, I would go out to smoke sometimes (since you can only smoke outside there). I had to use the elevator, and probably because it was the peak season, I sometimes had to wait up to 10 minutes in line for the elevators when I returned. I often ended up getting caught in the crowd of package tourists arriving by bus, who would gather around the elevators.

Masaki (10/5): - This is my second time stay at Loyal Lotus Danang. I really had great stay again. I want to thank all the staff members for my comfortable stay. As I mentioned before, the breakfast is great, I especially enjoyed the variety of tropical fruits, such as lychee, passion fruit, dragon fruit, longan, pineapple, watermelon, etc.. They are not all served daily, but served as 3 or 4 kinds of fruits depending on the day. The chef will also cook eggs and serve Pho for you. Those are very tasty. As for the gym, the running machines, the bike, and some machines were changed to new ones. I will Definitely stay again at Loyal Lotus Danang and I’m looking forward to seeing you again!

JCFlash (6/5): Serviceable place to stay for Westerners - Did a four-night stay at the Royal Lotus Da Nang. I'd consider it a three-star hotel by western standards. My room didn't have any obvious standout qualities, but also no major faults...it's a serviceable hotel. Positives: - walking distance to the beach - decently priced within the region, and inexpensive compared to equivalent hotels in more developed Asian countries - covers all basic amenities, including a decent continental breakfast - friendly concierge - comfortable beds (relative to my hardness preference) Negatives: - thin walls. You'll definitely hear people talking or watching television in the room next to you - tiny bathrooms that are hard to move around in, even for skinny people. The shower is very narrow and not suitable for anyone over 6 feet tall. - the rooms are clean (e.g. sheets, bathroom, etc.), but they have a lot of wear and are in need of a renovation
Archana (9/5): Value for money stay with friendly staff - The hotel has very friendly and accommodating staff and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Though dated, everything worked well. The breakfast was great. There are many food options nearby. Everything is a short Grab ride away. My family truly enjoyed their stay here. The WiFi connection was literally zero in the room. It needs upgrading to a faster network as the staff simply say that when all guests use the system, it collapses, which is hardly an excuse in today's world. Also, it would be better to have more lighting in the bathroom but it still is manageable
Shahriman (9/5): Excellent stay for the price. Kudos to the staff. Keep up the good work. Recommended - Clean and comfy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Lots of shops around the area to explore. A bit further away from the beach but not a big issue.
Cat (10/5): Better than anything I expected. Fully recommended for anyone looking to visit DaNang. - Amazing location, central to everywhere. The staff are beautiful, so attentive, so clean, high quality of hygiene. Great speaking of English and so helpful. They did not rip us off when arranging taxi’s or tours. Offered us umbrellas and hats before we departed. This is a 5 ⭐️ hotel and all of the employees are also 5 🌟 We will return and stay there again. Fully recommend to all Nothing to dislike at all

I enthusiastically recommend that you try to experience staying here when you have the opportunity to come to this city. It's great, I will come back when the opportunity arises.

hanal631 (10/5): welcomed like family - This time I went with my family including my parents and my children. My first impression was that the staff were very friendly and they really liked children. I arrived quite early but the receptionist tried to assist me in checking in. Breakfast food is also quite diverse and suitable for taste. What I especially like here is that the location is quite quiet and also close to the sea.
Ambassador816891 (10/5): Memorable stay in a beautiful city! - A wonderful hotel with large well lit room along with an attached balcony with the city view. All the amenities were excellent and breakfast was extremely good with multiple choices. The beach was walking distance too. Centrally located and the staff was very friendly and congenial. Would love to go back to the beautiful city of DaNang and stay here again.

Anne-Mari (6/5): Slitet hotell som inte motsvarade bilderna. - Slitet hotell. Överensstämde inte alls med dom fina bilderna på Hotels. Inte särskilt trevlig personal. Dålig frukost. Inga utflykter. Inget varmvatten i duschen. Det positiva var att det var nära till stranden och att vi fick uppgraderat till en enkel svit.
