• Au (5/5): Passable - It had hot water, the air con was great. Lady at check was very nice. The bed for me was like sleeping on a rock . Room is a bit dated I had the 5th floor carrying 25 kg if bags .

• Mohsen (3/5): Poor - Just staff,madam is very kind The twin bed room was very old, the walls were dirty, there was no tea and coffee in the room, there were many ants, the bathroom door was broken, the toilet hose made a terrible sound, there was a strong smell of trachea in the room, the air conditioning did not work properly, there was no elevator, 12 nights later There was no reception there and it was not clear who to tell if you have a problem in the middle of the night, but it's not bad if you just want to sleep there.

• Jay_83 (9/5): Outstanding experience at Holidays Home! - I love the location, professionalism and friendly service of all staff including cleaners and receptionists. I had an issue with my room on arrival, but this was resolved within 24 hours. I also love that the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh water is provided free of charge. Everything is located around this hotel within 7 minutes walk, including food, transport, mini mall, and bars. I can not express how good the location is for the price. I would also recommend getting the double room with shower included, even if you're a solo traveller. Absolutely fantastic experience! The room was spotless, the staff incredibly attentive to my needs. It is also a guest friendly hotel. I will definitely return for another stay in the future. No issues really. However, there is no balcony and lift at this hotel.
• Jane (8/5): Very good - Great location and great staff. They've assisted us throughout our stay. They cleaned our room everyday and there was a free bottled water. Food outlets are abundant around the area too and few tourist attractions nearby. The room is not sound proof. We can literally hear the sounds from the other rooms and from the hallway. There is a coffee maker in the room but there was no coffee nor tea.
