- Erhan (9/5): - Absoluut premium ultra all inclusive! Alles klopt, over alles is nagedacht. Eten was zeer boven verwachting, heel veel variatie. Entertainment idem, ieder avond wordt weer uitgepakt. Privé strand, zwembaden, kermis (incl bots auto’s en reuzenrad!), kids club, spa / sauna, alles was uitstekend! Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug. De verwarmde zwembaden waren minder warm dan ik gewend ben. Dit was ook echt enige wat ik vond tegen vallen. Daarom een 9 ipv een 10.

Stuff is very nice. Loved the ice cream. We spent beautiful time and definitely we will be back. Quality of the wine. There is only one kind of white/red/sparkling wine. Medical staff aren’t professional.

- Mergim (8/5): War in Ordnung, aber ein zweites Mal vermeide ich lieber. - Essen rund um die Uhr, Getränke rund um die Uhr, Zimmer waren sauber, Pool war sauber. Rauchmelder im Zimmer blinkt die ganze Nacht. Für Leute mit empfindlichen Augen leider sehr nervig. Hinzu kommt, dass die Minibar alle 10 Minuten sich einschaltet und runter kühlt. Leider ist dies ziemlich laut und nervig.

Great food around the clock, huge pools and the beautiful beach made our stay unforgettable, highly recommended! Coffee. I mean the lack of a decent one. There’s only one place in entire reaort (patiseriet) where they have a decent espresso machine, but for some reason, staff tried to avoid using it. Only when we specifically asked for it AND stayd there looking that they actuallybuse that one, we could get a good cappuccino.

- Saiding (10/5): An Amazing End-of-Season Stay - I stayed for seven days at the beginning of November. Even though it was the end of the season, the hotel was still fully operating, and the experience was excellent. The pools are one of the highlights—beautiful, clean, and available in several options: adult-only, kids’ pools, and mixed areas. Since it was the end of the season, there weren’t many people, which made swimming even more enjoyable. The weather was perfect as well. The food is another major advantage. There are so many different varieties that it’s genuinely hard to choose. No matter what you like to eat, you will definitely find something. The desserts are especially impressive, with a special dessert offered every day. For me, the food and the pools are the best parts of the stay. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities for families and kids—play zone, game zone, bowling, luna park, water slides, and many other entertainment options for both children and adults. You’ll never run out of things to do. Dining options are plentiful. The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Two pool and beach restaurants offer lunch and late lunch. There’s another restaurant inside the building serving late breakfast, lunch, and late dinner. Plus, snacks are always available, and there are several bars, so finding food or drinks at any hour is easy. There is live music every night on the terrace and dance shows in the main hall, so the evenings are just as enjoyable as the days. Room cleaning is done daily if you want it. The only negative aspect is not the hotel but some guests. Some people don’t follow the rules—smoking in non-smoking areas, allowing kids to swim in adult-only pools, and wasting a lot of food. These behaviors can be annoying, but they are not the hotel’s fault. Overall, despite these issues caused by guests, the hotel itself deserves a 10/10. It’s a fantastic place to relax, enjoy great food, have fun, and make the most of your holiday. restaurants waiters can be little happier and smile

Действительно много развлечений для детей: интересные водные горки, детский клуб постоянно предлагает анимацию, вечером шоу и дискотека. Есть небольшой парк аттракционов. Номера чистые и удобные. Если у вас номер выходит на бассейн - будьте готовы к шуму музыки до 11 вечера. И это не фоновый шум, а прям очень громкая музыка. Кто рано ложится спать - выбирайте номер с видом на сад. Уберите уже навязчивых ребят которые зазывают в хамам и массаж. Кому надо, то найдёт как сходить в баню. Достаточно объявления. Анимации с детьми мало. Но понятно, что октябрь - не сезон. Чистка бассейна мне кажется под вопросом, как валялись на дне какие-то игрушки два дня.

- Moustafa (10/5): - Everything from A to Z, luxurious and majestic hotel, very clean thanks to their lovely housekeeping team , organized, friendly personals, very delicious and big variety of food, beach is within 250 m from hotel, you can reach it via a tunnel so you don't need to leave the building, if i will revisit Alanya, i will 100% be back there. They got also sauna and hamman (didn't use it), and they have massage room, so i had relaxation session and honestly my experience wasn't that great , but it could be the masseuse herself but my body seemed better before then after. From what i've noticed, all members of hotel are doing their best to meet people expectations, they are hardworkers with long hours shifts, in some places i've seen same personal for 9 days straight and were always smiling, they are amazing, lot of respect for them. Thank you all. -Definitely wi_fi, the signal strength isn't good+ you have to sign in every couple hours with very bad connection inside the room, but anyway i was enjoying the beach so it didn't matter a lot to me. The city itself is just a rip off, everyone was trying to get a piece of you, very very exaggerated prices, sky high, for what you get, i felt really bad but it has nothing to do with hotel.
- Paulina (5/5): Pobyt dobry, ale więcej nie wrócę. - Standard pokoi bardzo dobry, Panie dbające o czystość także bardzo się spisały. Jedzenie smaczne, drinki bardzo dobre. Ciągły hałas i brak stref relaksu bez hałasu z drogi szybkiego ruchu lub grającej muzyki. Rano jedynie przy śniadaniu grała delikatna muzyka, ale już od 10 jest głośno. Bardzo mało zieleni, a części wspólne wymagają już znacznie odświeżenia, szczególnie na plaży i basenach. Sama plaża także bez rewelacji, hotel jest duży, a na plaży jest mało miejsca vs ilość gości na dodatek plaża dzielona jest z innym hotelem i sportami wodnymi.

Aynı boyda olan çocukların bazılarına kaydıraktan salınmak için izin verdiler bazılarına vermediler. Müdürü devreye sokmak zorunda kaldık. Dışarıdaki barların bardakları çok eskiydi. Mini club eğlence açısından çok zayıftı. Çocuklara eğelenecek pek birşey yoktu.

У нас был дуплекс . Вкусная разнообразная еда . Вежливый персонал . В номере плохо работала душ . Подача воды иногда была ооочень слабая и иногда появлялся запах канализации из душа . Так же не понравилась анимации для детей, слабенько очень . До этого отеля были в другом отеле , там анимация для детей была просто супер , детям даже бассейн не нужен был , так как они все время проводили с аниматорами . Немного скучновато по вечерам . Вроде и есть программа , но совсем неинтересно . Пенная вечеринка тоже никакая , была вечеринка апельсиновая с пенной но, тоже ни о чем . Раздавали апельсиновые коктейли и если ты сразу не успел взять коктейль, то их больше не делали , странно, вечеринка не закончилась а коктейли уже не давали . Но в целом отель хороший для спокойного отдыха . Есть горки и для малышей и для детей постарше .есть проблема с шезлонгами. Все время приходиться занимать шезлонг рано утром, иначе потом невозможно будет взять шезлонг. Еще проблема в том, что если семья из 5-6 человек занимает 5-6 шезлонгов , то они их не используют так как все время находятся в воде и эти шезлонги просто пустые стоят накрытые полотенцем. Нас было 5 человек и мы всегда занимали 1-2 шезлонга для вещей и для одного из родителей кто загорал так как дети все время были в воде . Но другие так не делали . Нужно решать эту проблему с шезлонгами . Коктейли тоже плохо делают , не вкусные совсем . Мохито совсем не мохито , апероль совсем не то что должно бать и так со всеми напитками .

- SARAH (10/5): Full mark - A luxurious resort in all aspects. The rooms are wonderful. The restaurants are varied and delicious. The activities are fantastic. The only drawback of the hotel is its distance from Antalya Airport.

- Nazreen (10/5): Family friendly. I would return. - The place is set up for families with kids. My 3 and 8yo children had the best time. Different swimming pools to choose from, great food options even for my fussy eater (plain pasta, boiled chicken…) but delicious option for the rest of us. Close to the beach. Arcade on site. Funfair. Mega water slides. Family rooms were amazing. Lots of activities/shows/parties. We stayed 7 nights and didn’t leave once. It’s a bit far from the airport which is a shame. There were not enough floating rings for the water slides - people hogged the rings rather than take turns. Even this 5* hotel didn’t escape the sun-bed wars. People saved sun beds with towels so despite needing space around the baby/toddler pool and most seats empty during the day except for a towel, I was unable to get a space near that pool sometimes. I wish this was policed better. Someone stole my son’s big water gun from around the pool 🙃 Wasn’t sure about tipping until I returned to the UK and read the FB page. It didn’t seem expected but we did. The room fridge wasn’t topped up with drinks daily as promised, probably because we didn’t leave a tip in the fridge? I’m not sure why. Easily sorted when I called reception.
- mouna (7/5): - La variété de la nourriture Le kids club et équipements pour enfants Le personnel est rarement souriant (serveuses à la cafétéria, femme de chambre ...ne disent pas bonjour et répondent à peine au Salut..) En arrivant à 5h du matin avec des enfants en bas âge,un des bagagiste qui était à son shift de nuit s'est permis de mal réagir avec nous ,n'ayant pas apprécié le montant d'argent qu'on lui avait remis !! (il voulait+) Insolent et impoli. On était hors de nous de son audace. On l'a remis à sa place et on a prévenu l'administration le lendemain (guest relation) Qui s'est confondu en excuses et a promis de transmettre aux supérieurs...et qq jours après on l'a croisé à son poste comme si que de rien n'était. On a estimé que la moindre des choses aurait été qu'il se présente pour s'excuser si réellement la direction de l'hôtel en a été informée. Pour les chambres sur le site Booking elles sont plus belles et plus spacieuse qu'en réalité. Il ya un autre point important que personne n'a signaler, la présence d'une forme de rivière à côté l'hôtel qui dégage pas mal de moustiques c'était pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres ou le balcon sans en être piqués. Et même en étant en bord de mer ou de piscine. C'était désagréable (pour un 5 étoiles).

- Haddar (8/5): - Mon ami a payé 580 euros pour 04 points de sutures de son fils qui est tombé dans un toboggan pour enfants qui n'était pas bien surveillé, on nous a envoyé une voiture pour nous prendre dans un hôpital privé qui avait une petite infirmerie dans l'hôtel ; et on nous a pas conseillé un hôpital public beaucoup moins cher. Bref on nous a volé avec la complicité de l'hôtel... c'est leurs politiques : arnaquer les touristes dans leurs malheur. La plage a plein d'algues La nourriture est bonne variée mais répétitif. Tout le reste est excellent (chambre, piscine, activités, personnels....)

- SURAN AZEEZ (1/5): Very expensive , poor services , bad management , very bad and dirty sea full of rubbish . - Nothing good about this hotel but very disappointing in general , this is no star hotel and they relay on overcharging guests . The hotel experience was extremely disappointing for several reasons. • The car park was completely full, so staff parked my car out on the main road in a very busy area, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. • There is no proper medical care in the hotel—only a private clinic that charges outrageous prices. My young son slipped in the dining area because the floor was wet. We requested a doctor’s check, which took no more than five minutes, yet we were charged €720 without being informed of the cost beforehand. This is ten times more expensive than in the UK or most other European countries. • When we complained to the front desk and management, they showed no concern. It was clear they were complicit in this overcharging. A hotel should protect and support its guests, not exploit them. We didn’t even claim liability for the wet floor where my child fell—we only wanted basic medical attention. Instead, we were overcharged and ignored. After paying a large amount for our stay, this kind of treatment was unacceptable. I will never return to this hotel, nor to Turkey, given the unreasonable prices and lack of fair service. - the sea was very dirty and full of rubbish . Warning to others: stay away from this hotel and its service providers—they will charge you extremely high amounts for the smallest things.

- Taqyuldeen (8/5): Overall, our stay was wonderful. The children had a great time, and food was available at all times. The main restaurant - Kid club.amenities such as the pools, children’s slides, the bar, the main restaurant, and the friendly staff. During our three-night stay, the room was cleaned only once. The floor and bathrooms were not cleaned, and the room was not tidied up. I have a small child who smeared chocolate on the wardrobe mirror, and that was not cleaned either.

- Sefa (8/5): Un énorme potentiel et globalement satisfait - -La nourriture est bluffante, exceptionnelle et variée -Absolument tout est inclut -C'est simple il y a toujours à manger constamment dans cet hôtel soyez vraiment tranquille de ce côté même pour les lèves tard -La piscine est très large et celle du haut est super belle -Beaucoup de bars -Les animateurs sont très sympa et les animations sont plutôt cool -Le service et la considération sont au rendez-vous -La vue de notre chambre était splendide et la chambre très large (surclassement) -L'hôtel est très grand, bien équipé, idéal pour les familles avec enfants -La clim des chambres est superbe -Le personnel est serviable -Réveil tous les matins a 5h45 pour être sûr d'avoir un transat (déjà des personnes de présentes) -Les couloirs sont bruyants et mal isolés -Les enfants peuvent vite vous agacer si vous êtes un couple sans enfants comme nous -Les sauts à répétition dans la piscine vous mouilles même sur votre transat -Le mois d'août est très chargé en famille avec enfants mais c'est normal c'est un hôtel familial ne vous attendez pas à un calme constant -La plage est bien une plage de sable cependant la mer rejette beaucoup de saletés et d'algues malheureusement elle n'était pas propre pendant notre séjour -Aux buffets et bars il peut y avoir du monde en fonction de la période estivale ce qui engendre de l'attente mais ça reste convenable -Les parents laisse les enfants se servir seul ce qui peut provoquer des soucis d'hygiène pour les personnes maniaques -Il fait très chaud à l'amphithéâtre prévoir un éventail -Il faut être à l'heure aux événements pour avoir sa place car au mois d'août ça va très vite -Les chambres sont sombres -Le karaoke devrait être fait sur la terasse pour attirer plus de monde à la place des groupes de musiques car leurs chansons sont répétives

- Alexandra (10/5): Avis Août 2025 - • L'architecture de l'hôtel et l'intérieur : c'est très beau • Vous avez tout sur place : spa, magasin, jeu d'arcade, manège, plage, toboggan, photographe... Je dois en oublier. Et sur la plage il y a des prestataires qui vous proposent des sports nautiques. • La nourriture : déjà c'est très variés, de qualité, et la nourriture turque est incroyable • Le personnel est agreable et gentil • Le monde... ça fait parti du jeu mais l'hôtel est immense, c'est une usine, nous sommes en pleine été... Je vous laisse imaginer. Si le matin vous ne mettez pas direct vos serviettes sur un transat à la piscine, vous aurez vraiment les miettes. J'ai fait plusieurs hôtel, c'est comme ça partout, mais il y a VRAIMENT beaucoup de monde, donc préparez vous. On a esquivé grâce à la plage.
