Персонал помогает и подсказывает - приятные и отзывчивые люди. Подсказали, как добраться до торговых центров, помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт. Все отлично!

- Daniel (6/5): A good place to stay and use as a base to explore Ho Chi Minh City. - The hotel is in a good location within the city and not far from many of the local landmarks you’ll want to go and visit, usually a short walk or taxi ride away. The staff are friendly and helpful. The noise level is fairly low considering how close the hotel is to some very busy areas and roads. The AC in my room was very good. There is a fridge, kettle and the usual amenities you’d expect. The mattress in my room was brutally hard and quite uncomfortable, I think the support was broken as well because the mattress seems to be a bit un-level and lumpy. This was in room 702, it may be time to repair the bed and get a new mattress.

Bad they promised a room with a bathroom and we did not have..the pictures show good quality but our room was not that clean, moisture on the roof, the bathroom losing water everywhere...we found a lizard and ants in the bathroom. - Tan (4/5): Disappointing - I had booked a superior queen room but was offered a room on the 7th floor (701) with the walls in unpainted condition. The other room offered was on the ground floor. When I declined the ground floor unit. I was given room 602 which I had to pay additional. 250k dong and taken as an upgrade. Both rooms were estimated not more then 150 sq ft in total. The TV in 602 was not working at all and is no larger then 24 ". Both rooms are definitely unlike in this photo in term of size, and facilities and comfort.

The only advantage of this place is its central location. Other than that, the room was terrible and nothing like the photos on Booking. It looked creepy. I think even Harry Potter’s cupboard under the stairs was better. The wallpaper was peeling everywhere, everything was messy, there were holes in the floor, no hot water, and the shower was directly above the toilet. I believe the price and quality do not match at all, and the place looks awful.

- Jasmine (1/5): Disappointed - The staff was friendly and kind enough to change the hotel for me. It’s dirty. I think I killed more than 5 cockroaches. And a few running around . Worst was one was on my bed. I don’t know how they clean their rooms or the premises . And the bed was so hard it was so uncomfortable. And the aircon was so hot . Worst experience. Not so value for money cause after that I change to a 4 star hotel that’s much bigger and cleaner and cheaper. Super disappointed, although the room was cute .

- Maurice (5/5): While the hotel is conveniently located and budget-friendly, the firm bed, lack of hot water, and need for repairs made - Hotel Review The Quy Hung hotel is conveniently located near most tourist attractions, with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. However, the bed in my room was extremely firm—practically solid. I can’t say if all the beds are this firm, but mine was quite uncomfortable. The room itself was clean and smelled fresh, but it was in need of some repairs (see attached photo). I stayed on the seventh floor, but the elevator only went up to the sixth floor, requiring me to navigate a steep set of stairs to reach my room. The bathroom was very clean, and I was provided with two clean towels. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was weak, and there was very little hot water—at least on the seventh floor. The Wi-Fi was decent, averaging around 35 Mbps, and the air conditioning was very powerful and effective. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Overall, you get what you pay for. At $24 per night, it’s affordable but comes with some drawbacks. Please see above

Reported issues to management. Did not extend my stay and went to another hotel. Very little difference in price.

We didn’t get the room we booked. Room we got was completely different from the one in picture. The water heater was not working.

- Ian (1/5): Hotel thefts, worse hotel in HCM - Nothing Staff stole money (210 USD) from room, they had security footage showing only the cleaner entered the room. When police arrive footage had been cut from security video. Refused to reimburse for theft. When storm arrive, it rained inside the room. Water fell onto bed from light fittings soaking both right and left sides of the bed. Aircon filters filthy. Had not been cleaned. Mould and rising damp in all rooms. Two out of 5 rooms had not been cleaned ready for arrival. In some rooms the architraves looked ready to fall down. Two room cards did not work. Would never recommend this hotel.

Someone tried to open our luggages - and we feel like they did cause the zippers were already broken. We can't lock it anymore using the luggages' lock - fortunately we have padlocks that we can used. We were really disappointed but didn't say something or report anything cause we were scared something more worse can happen especially that we are in a different country.

- Maisha (4/5): Average - Location was central. Bathtub was clean. Nothing great about the hotel, not even a tissue box provided. Towels provided were old with holes. Toilet was old. Pillow cases had marks. Staff were reluctant to provide an extra pillow when requested, only 2 pillows given in total for 2 guests.
