Valentine (10/5): Tout pour se relaxer - Louisella est très accueillante, sympathique et disponible. La chambre est très bien préparée avec tout ce qu'il faut. La position du logement est au centre de la ville, donc très pratique. Le relais du Relax porte bien son nom: que du bonheur.

The parking spot in front of the house is perfect. Luisella, the host, is super friendly and accommodating. We will for sure come back 😊 Nothing. Everything was perfect 😊

Owen (10/5): Great location, well-kept comfortable place, experienced host, family-friendly. Would stay again. - The location is central, close to the main area of Aosta, to the bus station and to the Pila gondola station. It felt secure with an easily accessible gate and brief flight of steps up to our room that we could easily handle with the luggage. Luisella is an experienced and welcoming host who met us personally, treated us well and thoughtfully without being intrusive. Our room was large and included a large bathroom with a divider between sink alone and the shower + toilet, and a proper kitchen that even included a dishwasher. The place was beautifully warmed up for us, very very clean, looked great and smelt great. Linen and towels were fresh, the beds comfortable. TV worked perfectly with a large variety of channels.
Tamar (10/5): Wonderful place - We stayed in the apartment 4 nights, in the center of Aosta, a very quiet place and a nice apartment.. The host, Luisella is a wonderful person, so kind and willing to help. It is very rare to find such a person and we are thankfull for that.

Elaine (7/5): Character property - The property itself is old and interesting and in the centre of town within a short walk of restaurants (Girasole was very good) and shops. Access to the property would be challenging for large vehicles. The room was very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with soft linen and we had a lovely night's sleep. The host, Luisella, was super helpful. The room was recently decorated but typically dark. We had a problem with the shower drain blocking which has now been fixed.
