- Yasani (5/5): - The property is centrally located and is easy to get to. Lot of restaurants around that you can walk to. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. This place like many hotels does not have heat which is expected. However, they also didnt have any space heaters in the room or any to offer when requested. Also the shower hot water in the shower was not hot enough. I stood in the shower trying to warm since it was called in the room, but was not able warm up. The front desk staff seemed like thye didnt wanna be there.

Yo viajo por negocios, el hotel está bien solo para viajeros que busquen solo dormir y el resto del tiempo a vacacionar, por el mismo precio hay otros hoteles con centro de negocios, salas para atender clientes, bar, restaurante, amenidades que son útiles a la hora de convocar reuniones que es a lo que voy a Ecuador, se tiene acceso por el hecho de estar alojado, en casa Q, me costaba 50 dólares una hora utilizar un salón para reunirme.

La ubicacion cercana a la estación del metro, parque la carolina, de restaurantes y de shoping de zona norte. La atencion del personal muy amables y cordiales todos. La limpieza, todos los dias realizaban la limpieza de la habitacion y cambio de toallas. El desayuno estubo muy rico, los huevos con tocino, para preparar variado, de todo un poco y sobre todo las frutas frescas nos encanto, realmente volveremos a halojarnos nuevamente si en otra oportunidad volvemos a Quito. La ducha es un poco pequeña, pero, no es nada a comparación de lo lindo y bien atendidos quw nos sentimos alojados en el hotel...

- Herr (9/5): Good value for simple hotel - Beautiful and simple hotel, cool first floor with art displaces and rooftop to chill and enjoy the view. Room was clean. Breakfast was good enough to get the day going. I love the fresh fruits and hot coffee everyday. There's a food court with plenty of food selections around the corner. Close to Metro and mall. There are also a few nice bars in the area. I was on the 4th floor, can hear some street noise when the window was opened.

- Ileana (10/5): Hotel Casa Q is a good option when staying in Quito. - Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The hotel is with close proximity to many restaurants. Staff is knowledgeable about area, polite and very helpful. Safe neighborhood. Easy ride to airport, i.e., better than if staying in Quito center.

- Rosemary (8/5): A good centrally positioned hotel but not English speaking. - A nicely positioned hotel for all our needs whilst visiting Quito. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The room was clean and very large with plenty of relaxing seating. This isn’t a complaint but something to make other travellers aware of…..We did have a bit of a language problem as they could not understand us and unfortunately we don’t speak their language. We booked via booking.com and had a couple of E mail exchanges with the hotel regarding an airport pick up and the responses from them were in perfect English so I was a bit surprised that we had so much trouble during our stay with language.

- Victor (5/5): Passable - Location was great. Walking distance to the old town areas. The bathroom shower was huge!!. The bed was comfortable and the noise outside wasn't a problem. I have no complaints.

The only thing that surprised me was that there is no heating in the rooms BUT, even on a chilly, rainy day, we were just fine. And the price was unbeatable!

- Alexandra (9/5): Avery comfortable, stylish and sympathic little hotel near Carolina Park with a nice view from the rooftop terrace. - From the very stylish entrance till the rooftop terrace and lounge area it is a very comfortable, sympathic little hotel near to Carolina Park. Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of fresh fruit, eggs, fruit juices, granola and more. The rooms very clean, modern, beautiful photgraphs of the most remarkable landscape highlights of Ecuador. A good choice of art objects, sculptures, wooden masks, pictures make a difference!!

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was also very clean, had plenty of hot water, and a window for fresh air. The rooftop deck is really lovely - very worth a visit. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of fresh bread/fruit/yogurt/eggs and the coffee was good. The lobby and little shop are charming. Keep in mind the neighborhood is not a bustling vibrant place, but there are restaurants very nearby, and its not far walking to some more vibrant neighborhoods. When we were there the staff didn't speak much english, so knowing some spanish was helpful. They don't keep self-serve water out available like some other places. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel is super nice, clean and it’s exactly what I wanted, not a huge chain hotel with tons of people. The only thing is that they don’t have a restaurant and/or mini fridge so you have to eat out or bring something back. There are a few restaurants nearby though. (I knew that when I booked, just describing). They do offer breakfast which was pretty good before a long day of touring. I would definitely stay there again! I truly enjoyed my experience there.
