Guest Reviews
- Valentyna (10/5): Overall, the stay was great. might stay again. - Excellent location, free parking, close to great restaurants at the waterfront, pets allowed, nice gas fireplace, big room, very comfy beds, the staff was super nice and friendly, Breakfast was basic, yogurt, fruits, pastries, tea, coffee, cocoa and apple cider packages, which was plenty for us. The breakfast room is cozy with fireplace and fresh tulips on the tables. Unfortunately, our window in the room on the first floor looked out to the road and the bus stop was right there. For one night was ok.
- Corinne (10/5): - Location is a block off the water, and much more quiet because not on the main tourist street. Staff very friendly, and we were very happy with the parking ability, and the large King room.
- Guest (8/5): -
- Neylân (8/5): Clean and beautiful in an understated way—just right. Decent breakfast. - Vault ceiling, gas fireplace, connected to Oyster & Thistle! Not waterfront but that is not a criticism.
- Danielle (7/5): na - Friendly staff
great location
first time here
will
one again na
- Carrie (10/5): We had a wonderful time and will be back. - The location was perfect. It was only a block from Main Street. The sheets were scratchy.
- KELLY (8/5): -
- Aiko (9/5): All the small things make us happy - Quiet, cozy, convenient, lovely deco
Feels like home
- Anna (10/5): great hospitality - location and friendly staff
- Jeri (10/5): -
- Megan (10/5): -
- Patty (10/5): It was so relaxing . I loved the fireplace in the room - it was wonderful . We felt so valued .We are coming back I loved everything
- Keith (9/5): - Great location and welcoming staff. Charming rooms with fireplaces. We booked two rooms but they put us on opposite sides of the building from each other. We were above the lobby and the noise from the lobby carried into the room but it didn’t go on late into evening which is fine.
- John (4/5): Okay but won’t go back. - Location and breakfast Rooms are very dated Beds need to be replaced.
- ktcrusher (9/5): - Breakfast was excellent: more than your average hotel breakfast and set in a lovely room with a fireplace. The toiletries smelled good. The room could have used more color, but that was more my own preference than a mark against the hotel. I do wish there were more than the wooden shutters to block the light.
- Ashley (10/5): Peaceful, beautiful, amazing - Location was absolutely perfect. Everything was amazing Everything was great
- Jessica (6/5): Cute place but missed the mark on a few things. - Breakfast limited but decent with healthy options. Cute little place with vibe we like. Kids liked the stock of board games inside and lawn games outside. Beds comfortable but small room. Ran out of main foods by 8am (breakfast supposed to run 7a-10a) and wouldn't make more. Wifi was terrible. Town is VERY sleepy, most everything closes by 6pm. Ran out of parking in lot and had to park down the street.
- Debra Cherney (7/5): Good Stay - Location, staff, room size, fureplace The bed was very hard.
The heater was very loud when cycling on and off.
I finally turned it completely off and just used the fireplace.
- Mandy (9/5): -
- Julie (10/5): -
- Rachel (10/5): All the comfort in the heart of the town! - Everything was available and cozy as can be! It would be fun to have a DVD player and classics in the lobby library. The place just screams cozy holiday movie, hot cocoa and cozying up in bed.
- Richard (9/5): -
- Pam (10/5): - Cute hotel, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, central location
- Ginger (9/5): - Very comfortable beds. Large, spacious room with seating, including table and chairs and fireplace.
Breakfast was good. Code locking doors. Bit of a slow process.
Lack of bathtub.
One outlet in the room was problematic.
- tina (2/5): - We had a very disappointing 3 day stay here. We booked the family room which apparently is over 2 rooms that they rent out for parties! It was soooo annoyingly loud and ran til 9:30 at night😆 This should have been noted before booking the room. The next morning we were planning on sleeping in but the commercial lawnmower woke us all up at 7:30 , You would think that a manager in the hospitality industry would be smart enough to schedule lawn mowing at mid day so people who expect R&R could get some!!!!!This was the worse experience and after expressing our dissatisfaction there was no recourse taken. 😭
- Ekaterina (10/5): - It's a quaint little town and the Inn is perfectly situated
- Michele (10/5): - A quaint room with a lovely gas fireplace made my stay so cosy and comfortable.
- Calum (10/5): Staff were so helpful, location was great - we will be back!! - Location was great and the staff were phenomenal.
- Linda (10/5): - Just what we wear looking for
- Kerri (9/5): -
- Lorraine (8/5): -
- melissa (8/5): - Easy check in. Free breakfast. Room comfortable although aged. Plumbing needed some work (sink didn’t drain properly) and toilet was a slow iffy. Overall nice stay.
- Rosemary (10/5): - Cute, comfy inn and so close to downtown LaConner. Beautiful location.
- Aruny (8/5): -
- judy (10/5): - Reception was very friendly and helpful, offering referrals for dining nearby. The options are plentiful! The room was quite comfortable. The gas fireplace was a nice touch. The offer of cookies and tea in the library was very welcoming. An overall great experience!
- Aruny (10/5): - Great customer service at the front desk and staff, enjoyed our visit
- Belleville (10/5): - Front desk lady was super nice.
- Nima (6/5): - It’s in a good location close to local shops and restaurants, it is also very quiet. However, there were two issues.
The building is old without proper sound insulation and although the area is very quiet, but you can easily hear the guest next door sneezing or taking a shower at 6:00 AM
Breakfast was a total disappointment considering this is one of the top rated hotels in town . Peeled hard boiled eggs out of refrigerator, only on type of toast sliced and individually wrapped in food wrap probably because it’s been kept for days. Oatmeal , sliced Costco muffins and coffee out of a flask were examples of very few items available.
- judith (10/5): - The entire stay was very pleasurable. From checking in, we arrived a bit early, no problem. There were four of us on this trip and the room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a treat as well as the cookies in the evening. Perfect location, walking distance for everything.
- Monica (10/5): - Huge room, right behind Main Street. Very charming and comfortable.
- Sharon (10/5): Wonderful stay near ferry area - Great little inn right in town do you can walk to shops and dinner and to the water great breakfast and staff was so friendly Nothing
- Melanie (10/5): - Nice room. Quiet.
- Olivia (9/5): Très bien - Chambre familiale (4) très bien . Personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner
- kathy (8/5): Great stay - We had a nice stay at The La Conner Inn. We had a king suite and the room was really big. The bed was comfortable, A/C worked great and the shower was really hot with good pressure. The breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again next time we are in La Conner. FYI the city is a ghost town after 7:00 pm.
- Larry (10/5): - Super nice!
- Debra (10/5): Having stayed in LaConner 3 times in the last couple of months I finally found the perfect place. - Everything! The staff were brilliant and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect (within walking distance of everything). Everything was great.
- Linda (5/5): -
- Josie (10/5): - Cute little hotel in the heart of La Conner
- Robert (10/5): -
- Matt (10/5): Def stay here - The area was beautiful, the staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.
- Steven (8/5): - The Inn is well located and served as a decent place to spend the night. The town is wonderful.
- Judith (10/5): - Beautiful property! Quiet!!
- debra (10/5): - The room was spacious with Kierkeg, microwave and fridge. Comfy bed and Dish TV with many channels. Staff was friendly. Fresh fruits and bakery cereal yogurt coffee every morning. Fight in downtown la Conner lots of unique stores restaurants and a grocery. Right across from the river. Highly recommend.
- Ernesto (10/5): - Clean, walking distance to downtown and a variety of dining options.
- Lynda (10/5): - Loved our room! The fireplace and armchairs made it so cozy and comfortable! Also enjoyed the proximity to town! The staff was amazing! The young lady that checked us in was great and made it so we could grab breakfast super early before checking out. The morning young lady had breakfast all set out for us! So thoughtful!!! I ish we could have stayed longer!!
- Schell (8/5): -
- Lindsay (10/5): - The La Conner in is amazing! It’s spacious, clean, and the staff is wonderful. I will be back.
- Selena (10/5): Great option in La Conner - Clean, comfortable, and a close walk to everything in La Conner.
- Nourigat Mckay (8/5): - need hooks in the bathroom
- Simon (10/5): - Cozy, clean, safe
- Thomas (8/5): - Hotel was quaint and quiet.
- Catherine (10/5): Great place - Very nice inn super centrally located!
- Paige (7/5): Great staff, easy parking, relaxed aura. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, and eye mask. - The staff very helpful and the breakfast options yummy. The property is clean and well located. I love the small seating area and the games that were off of the parking lot. I found the bed area opposite the window to be bright in the morning. In the summertime that can be very early.
The bedsheets were average quality. Since the hotel was quiet, and the downtown is fairly quiet, earplugs were used just to keep out noise coming from the small refrigerator appliance.
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (8/5): La Connar - The Inn is older but updated with some amenities. The staff were fantastic! Breakfast was nice with homemade oatmeal and granola. The cable was an issue that took a Little while to resolve but the staff gamely kept trying. Nice people, nice place on the main drag
- Tonya (6/5): - Window was dangerously broken in our room. There were no outlets by bed to charge phones.
- George (8/5): Quiet and happy - Loved it Nothing
- Corinne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kari (9/5): Superb -
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (8/5): Perfect location for a short stay. We were on our way to see friends and wanted to return to La Conn - The location is right in town so we could walk to the shops, restaurants and the channel. The room was dark, perhaps because of the screen placed over the windows. The screen was probably there because the room looked out onto the wall of another building.
- Tracey (10/5): - Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel offers a good breakfast but the stand out for me was the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
- Julie (10/5): - They go the extra mile, with nibbles or cookies, games and fireplace. It was raining and they supplied umbrellas for us. Breakfast had a great range of options, crisp and tasty fruit and pastries.
- kathleen (10/5): - ------------------------------
- Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nathan (10/5): - The Inn was right in the heart of downtown near shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a step above typical continental breakfast fare. Enjoyed our short stay.
- Heidi (7/5): Good - The overall facility was nice, but they need new pillows.
- María (9/5): Superb - Great rooms, very comfortable for families. I think breakfast could improve a little.
- John (10/5): - The perfect place to stay!
- Lisa (10/5): Thumbs up Great place to stay. - We had a great stay. Friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are clean & roomy. The price was affordable. We definitely will recommend it to friends and family. Nothing
- Amanda (9/5): Superb -
- Jim (10/5): Great relaxing weekend in cozy inn near arts/business district. - Great location, large clean rooms, great breakfast in cozy fire-lit room. Staff was helpful and friendly. more toiletries in room - had to request soap, etc.
- De Anna (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful stay! Excellent service and great breakfast options. Very walkable town! Parked at hotel and walked everywhere during our stay. Memorable weekend! Thank you!
- Alan (8/5): consistently a good choice in laconner., - we have stayed at the inn a number of times over the years and it has been very consistent. clean and quiet. great location. room was spacious. we understand it was set up for disabled but would have liked a bit more furniture. there was a sofabed, an additional chair would have been nice. we will return. would have liked a more extensive breakfast.
- Paul (8/5): - The one downside is they do not service the rooms during you stay. It has a nice comfortable atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Albert (7/5): Good -
- WENDY (10/5): - The town is very sweet with lots to do and see. Rainbow bridge was amazing to photograph. The hotel was charming with a welcoming staff. We will stay again.
- Arnie (9/5): Superb -
- Janelle (10/5): - An adorable property and great breakfast!
- Hannah (10/5): - Great location in town. Would definitely stay here again. Large rooms, easy parking.
- Denise (9/5): Superb - The room was light, airy, and spacious. We also noticed how quiet and relaxing it was, which was the reason for our trip. A much needed space to unwind. Location was a plus also...close to shops and restaurants, no need to drive. Highly recommend this!little gem of a hotel...
