Guest Reviews
- Tim (4/5): No WiFi - Room was clean. Breakfast normal for this class of lodging. NO WiFi in room 115
- Brenda (2/5): - Expensive room for a run down place. They advertised breakfast, which was a bucket of boiled eggs in water.
- Jennifer (8/5): Expensive and dated, but okay - I stayed here one night for a work trip. The front desk staff was very friendly and since I booked online, it was a pretty smooth transaction. The lock to the room had to be jiggled to get the key to work and everything was pretty dated - no frills, that’s for sure. There was no hair dryer, so pack your own. Nice fridge, which was great since I brought food with me. No coffee pot but there was coffee in the lobby. No continental breakfast was served. It seemed expensive for what it was - I paid $164 and it should have been half that.
- Elinor (6/5): - The room was clean. The continental breakfast did not have much to offer, coffee was not available at all time, and the seating area was very small.
- Kyle (6/5): Just okay - Just okay.
- Chad (8/5): - Older, basic property but well maintained and clean.
- Bobbie (2/5): - The room wasn't even clean. The beds weren't made. Thw bathroom had used towels all over the hair and pubic hair on the floor. The room was disgusting!!!
- Chad (8/5): - Decent
- Patty (4/5): - Holes in walls and blankets. No breakfast. Carpets needs stretched are replaced.
- Robin (6/5): - It was okay. Not the newest. Breakfast is not good toast and coffee
- John (8/5): - Only negatives were stale smoke smell in room and hallway noises easily heard in rooms.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable stay. Good price. - Friendly owner and staff. Clean room. Simple but good breakfast. I'm fussy about a soft bed, so didn't sleep the best, but my husband had no complaints. Nice stay.
- Stan (10/5): A step back in time! - Great place to stay, very clean and with everything you need!
- Geralyn (10/5): - This hotel is super clean with a friendly staff
- Yvonne (10/5): Cozy hotel with great customer service. - It is a simple hotel without all the unnecessary frills, but it was quiet and service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Price was good. Air conditioner worked well. We will be going back.
- Kathy (10/5): - The proprietor was friendly and knowledgable about the area. Both the coffee and continental breakfast were great.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again when in the area. A very good deal for the money.
- Mary (10/5): - Lovely hotel run by an extremely friendly host called Mark. Clean and comfy beds, and enjoyed the breakfast too!. Will stay again.
Not too many choices for dinner in the town.
- Scot (10/5): - All of it!
- Colleen (8/5): - It was easy to find and close to the Missouri River. And close to fast food and other options for dining. They had more than adequate continental breakfast with real, hard cooked eggs, english muffins, oj, coffee and decaf. And best of all was large blueberry/banana muffins. Also bananas and bread, butter/PB. We were well cared for.
- Eric (10/5): - It was a nice hotel.
- Dave (10/5): - Friendly staff clean room reasonable price everything I wanted
- Leander (10/5): - Daily refreshed, new towels etc.
- Steven (10/5): Awesome Hotel - The hotel was very nice and we decided to stay an extra night. The owner was super nice and very friendly 😊 ☺️
- Cheryl (10/5): - This facility was clean. Towels and bedding were clean. No dust bunnies and best of all no bugs! Staff was efficient and friendly.
- Benita (10/5): - The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Love the wild life mounts, they give alot of personality.

- theresa (10/5): - I was impressed with the hotel and owner.
- Greg (10/5): - The rm was very clean and we especially appreciated a fridge with a seperate freezer.
- Ruth (8/5): - Doesn't work directly with Orbitz, doesn't yield points. Breakfast is basic. Shower knobs need updating. Nice large room.
- Samuel (10/5): Great stay! - Staff were very friendly, helped us adjust to our stay. Would stay again!
- Katelynn (10/5): - Extremely friendly staff!
- Jeff (10/5): - Great! You won’t be disappointed. Old time classy.

- John (10/5): - Nicely furnished room. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Great parking and convenient for what we were doing.
- Peggy (10/5): Give me coffee 😊 - Friendly gentleman. Room ok. I suggest upgrading to the coffee makers most chain hotels have. Fresh coffee at all times. 😇
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Was sorry that I had to cancel my visit to Mobridge, but I would have to say the staff and Management were great about processing reservation cancelation. Talk to the property directly not expedia.
Expedia was confusing, agent difficult to understand at times.
- MICHAEL (10/5): - Liked the African wild game mounts. "Breakfast" was minimal.
- Mary (10/5): - Very kind and helpful front desk staff. Room clean and nice if a little worn. Location very convenient for travelers. I think they were full but it never seemed crowded.
- David (10/5): 5 stars! - Wonderful lodging in a beautiful town. Talked with other guests who stay there each year, and I would do the same if I get through there again. Highly recommend!
- garland (8/5): - friendly, welcoming
- Eric (6/5): - Bedding is new but looks like it's from the 1970s. Showers are great if you're under 5'3. And there's no curved curtain rods so you get the fun of taking a shower with 2.5 inches of space to clean up in before you get a cold shower curtain that 1000 other people have showered in that clings and sticks to you. Not sure why this is rated higher than the Wrangler Inn.
- Lorie (10/5): - Very friendly operator.
- REX (8/5): - Friendly staff.Quite room
- Diana (10/5): - This hotel was spotless clean! We’ve stayed at many hotels in different trips at different places and this was simply amazing in every aspect, though it’s a small and perhaps not fancy or with a swimming pool, we felt so comfortable knowing how clean it was, the continental breakfast they had was just perfect, French toast, boiled eggs and fresh coffee were just enough to get a starting morning. The staff was super friendly and kind too! We will definitely stay at this place if we ever need it again in the future and will highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a good clean place in Mobridge!
- Fereidoon (10/5): - The location is excellent and people who run the facility are great.
- Timothy (10/5): - Super nice and accommodating staff.
- Tim (10/5): Nice Clean Hotel - The hotel is in very good shape for its age. Very clean with a friendly staff. I stayed for a week in business and would stay there again.
- Chad (8/5): - Clean and well maintained.
- David (10/5): - The Kountry Inn is a wonderful motel. The staff are attentive to the needs of their customers in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. They went out of their way to make certain that my stay was a guest positive experience!
- SUSAN (10/5): - This is a clean, well managed, comfortable motel.
- Victoria (10/5): - This property is dated BUT, the owner/staff make it easy to over look that. The room and hotel are clean and comfortable. Its pricey for what you get but if you compare it to others in the area it comes in tops for us. The manager was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful❤️. We would stay there again, if we are in the area. 😊
- David (10/5): - Friendly owner. Clean well maintained facility.
- jefferson (10/5): - Old-fashioned (a good thing); clean, cozy and friendly.
- Aimee (6/5): Ugh - Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom was small.
- Robert (8/5): - Nothing fancy here folks but considering the price of other motels this is a good deal.
- Ronald (8/5): - Very nice place. Older hotel but nice. Staff very friendly and happy.
- Dale (8/5): - Our room was clean and comfortable, but looking at the floors throughout, it appears the owners were doing the work themselves. Entry doors to some of the room were in need of being replace as new paint or stain will no longer bring them into a reasonable appearance.
- Haley (8/5): - Very clean. The interior design was pretty outdated, but I imagine it appeals to the hunters that the area caters to. The bed was very comfortable & in excellent condition. The building & room smelled very clean. The Man working the desk was very nice. Overall, I’m impressed & would definitely stay here again.
- Carolyn (8/5): - Pet friendly
- Jean (10/5): - This is a great value--Owner extremely helpful offered advice where to fish from shore. directions to nearby landmarks. Property and room were upscale based on economy pricing. breakfast was basic but again fresh orange juice big gourmet muffins. This is like a typical super 8 or motel 6 except everything is super clean. Bed comfortable even toilet paper was just like home no cheap stuff here.
- Leroy (8/5): - Very friendly staff
- James (8/5): - Clean and quiet.
- Sheryl (8/5): - Nice quiet hotel. Clean, nice staff. No plug for bathtub or coffee maker in the room.
- Tamara (10/5): - We liked the friendliest if the people, everything was clean and neat. Would stay here again.
- Pam (10/5): - It was an older property but taken care of and very clean. Man who runs it was very nice

- Joshua (10/5): - This place was fantastic! The front desk worker/owner was very kind to us and let us call ahead when we were cutting it close on check in. Comfy beds and nice rooms…not a bad combo! Highly recommend for the Mobridge area!
- Jodie (8/5): - Staff was very nice...room temperature was too hot...water faucets didnt work well...sink faucet only had cold water..shower only hot.
- Michael (8/5): We will stay here again - The staff from the beginning was great, even called us on our way in to see if we were ok due to the blizzard. while we were there, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. really appreciate the snow being scooped all the way to the car door. My mom really appreciated the extra effort.
