- Jennifer (4/5): I think the owners and staff are doing the best they can with an old motel in a depressed town. - Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Morning coffee in the hallway was decent. Affordable if you're on a tight budget. It was clean enough with no bed bug encounters. Building is old and has seen better days. Not a scenic location, and the town itself isn't much other than a truck stop with a Subway and a McDonald's. The whole town smelled like a dairy farm in the morning.

- Grace (8/5): - Location, staff is polite. There were a few bugs that were on our bed after we moved bedding to get into bed.
- Molly (7/5): - There is no breakfast.
- Amber (10/5): - Amazing customer service. Super helpful.
- Rick (10/5): -
- Carol (8/5): Not the fanciest hotel around, but Pleasant staff and very clean. It worked just great for us. - Centrally located, easy on and off the freeway.
- Claudia (4/5): - Parking was easy. Staff very pleasant. However, the room was not very clean and very few supplies in the bathroom.
- Jayne (8/5): - Likes :lovely big room, very clean, comfy bed. Good places to eat in nearby Hagerman.
Dislikes : very noisy railroad
- Cynthia (6/5): - Very old hotel, needs updates to several areas the outlets wouldn't hold my charger, they gave us a outlet extension that worked. No coffee maker in room but they had it ready for me at 5:30am.. also no tissues for my nose. Overall I think the management is trying to keep it going without a lot of overhead costs.
- Bob (1/5): -
- James (6/5): it was ok..... - clean room fair price bed was not very comfortable. little to no complimentary items coffee, soap etc)
Door to room had issues...hard to open
- Zigmond (10/5): -
- Steve (8/5): - It was good value for the price
- George (10/5): -
- Kent (8/5): - The hotel was 30 minutes from my job site, was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
- Beth (10/5): - I arrived at 1am after driving all day and Courtney checked me in and was incredible. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and she was fantastic. I do this drive a fair amount so I’ll absolutely be staying here again. It’s obviously an older building and not really updated, but the ac worked, the sheets and top blanket were pristine, and the coffee in the hallway in the morning was a legit good cup of coffee. I don’t care if a place is has that vintage feel tho, the service and cleanliness are what matters, so to me, this place is a diamond in the rough. Thanks Courtney!
- Marcos (2/5): Bad customer service - Tried calling the day of check in with questions and they didn’t answer the phone. Tried calling on the day of check out multiple times and they NEVER answered
The man at the hotel desk for check out was very rude! Too expensive for a run down cheap looking motel with bad customer service
- Greg (8/5): Comfortable and convenient - Location Older a bit worn.
- Susan (4/5): -
- KYLE MARK (6/5): - Aftermarket AC window unit thrown into window above original air-conditioner. Blows curtains around letting bright light flicker into room
- Cora (6/5): -
- Layne (8/5): - Very convenient for work purposes.
- Danielle (7/5): - Rooms were dated but clean and comfy. Easy location right off the freeway. Good place to stay for a cheap room. Nothing
- Karen (4/5): Road Trip - Was very disappointed in this place. Had to ring for setvice to checkin. The girl had to run down the hall to get the keys (old time keys). Took awile to check me in. Room was ok till we checked the bed, which was disgusting. They gave us another room and woke up by door slamming at midnight. Guest was chasing her dog down the hall. Just horrible. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and have to say this was the worse one we ever stayed in.
- Kathy (10/5): - The food options were limited but the one Mexican Restaurant was very good and the cost was reasonable. The room was clean, spacious and beds comfortable.
- Patricia (10/5): - I spent a comfortable night here. It’s a simple place, and no one should expect highly updated facilities; that’s not realistic at this price point. But my room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff helpful upon check-in.
Prospective customers should be aware that the place is a little hard to find after dark. The turnoff to the motel is rather dark and doesn’t feel like a real road. This should not dissuade anyone from staying here. Just be aware that if you arrive in the dark, you might have to circle once or twice before you find your way.
- Tyler (2/5): - The pillows were fantastic.
Burn everything else down and start over.
- Valden (6/5): Always Issues - The only reason we stay there is that there is not a lot of choices in that area. Last year the AC was not working, this year there was no hot water. There is always some problem. I think next time I will drive further and not stay there.
- Heather (4/5): Adequate but you get what you pay for - Comfortable beds, friendly service Odor, old facility, poor painting and maintenance, zero wall decor, unused tv stand still attached to wall, random tissue holder falling off bedroom wall
- Goodnight (6/5): -
- DEBORAH (6/5): A hot night in bliss Idaho - The air conditioner was VERY loud. It was like listening to a jet engine. We had to choose between the noise and the heat otherwise the room would have been comfortable.
- Alex (10/5): Spacious room - The room and bathroom are huge! It's an older property, but clean. The wifi signal is wea, and the railing is falling off the outer stairway. I appreciate being able to stay with my cats!
- Patricia (10/5): - Nice and quiet no frills homey place.
- Tammy Jo (6/5): - The woman that checked me in was very pleasant. As for the room the beds were not comfortable. The man above us stomped and banged most the night and there was a dog barking. Even after pounding on the wall to get him to stop it just continued throughout the night. I will not stay here again nor do I recommend it
- Anna (4/5): - The door to our room wouldn't shut without lifting door and forcing shut several times.
- Glenn (4/5): Don't trust ratings. - Nothing Cost, out dated decor and Fixtures, uncomfortable bed, pet allowed rooms are limited, only 1 stairwell to the second/ top floor, stairwell at rear access is dilapidated.
- Belinda (8/5): - Was a decent place for a quick overnight. Microwave did not work, but maintenance guy was quick to replace it. Definitely dated property.
Parking lot is gravel so beware if you are riding a motorcycle.
- Cody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (6/5): Room is tired but it was clean and the bed was so comfortable - The bed was AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE The AC in the room didn’t cool down until after the sun went down. We were sweltering
- Dorina (6/5): - Convenient clean
- Lisa (6/5): Clean with few frills - This is a completely adequate, clean hotel. The air conditioner was pretty loud but it worked. The mini fridge was a bonus.
- Cody (9/5): Superb -
- Chelsea (2/5): - I pulled up to this motel (two star, wasn’t expecting much just looking for a clean place to stay for the night) but there was a mattress and broken furniture outside, it looked bad and I didn’t feel safe staying there. I went on to the next town. I told the property this, I wasn’t rude and didn’t ask for a refund. I wasn’t going to write a review until I got the response from the manager criticizing me for not coming in: “You really should have stopped in. The mattress and couch were outside because we got a new couch for our apartment and a new bed for one of the rooms. The dumpster was completely full. The couch and mattress both were going to be broken up and thrown away when possible… The dog is our Chihuahua puppy. Since we live here, we let him run around. Why not?… Also, believe it or not, that was the first time since I've been there as manager that there has been a couch or mattress or any type of furniture just sitting outside like that.
You just happened to show up during two firsts of those situations. That's the honest truth.
We are only a 2 star hotel but we are friendly people and we have clean rooms and cold a.c.
You judged our book by our cover. And it wasn't our normal cover.
You will be charged for the room.”
I was going to let it go, but when a customer gives you honest feedback about not feeling safe staying at your property, spare them the criticism and blame next time—especially since the poor state of things was your fault, not mine.
- Mike (6/5): - Didn't find the coffee makers until we were leaving this morning, and no way in room to even make tea. Late to get checked in (they were late - must have had a busy night / full house, because at check-in time still many rooms undone. Otherwise decent enough to stay. No brekkie available...
- Romer (10/5): Amazing place - JESSE and his wife are AMAZING!
- Gubler (8/5): Very good -
- Debora (6/5): - This place has a lot of potential if the owner would put some money into it. Staff was very friendly and it was sold out the night we were there. Just had a lot of issues with not being well taken care of.
- Michelle (6/5): - It would seem that maybe it's still being renovated a bit? The room smelled musty and the carpet desperately needs to be cleaned. The toilet was way too small and super close to the floor. Designed more for small children than a grown adult. Room was advertised as having a queen bed, but it was actually closer to a full and placed so close to the wall that we had to crawl across it too get in. In my opinion, it was no where near worth paying $100 per night to stay there.
- Raymond (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): - The staff was friendly and checked me in right away. Easy on and off right by the highway.
- Cindy (7/5): Good - Only thing in area
Clean but old Bed against wall no table on one side
- Kathy (4/5): - Sadly, I'm not impressed with the motel at all.... The initial welcome from staff was lovely, but I should have had a warning sign when I saw a loose dog wandering around the corridor.
Road noise was quite high even at the back of the motel and where more modern places have decent window glazing, this doesn't... you can even see fresh air around the A/C unit which was poorly fitted to say the least. The unit was filthy and with a dangerous plug socket, and incredibly noisy.
Heater radiator unit was absolutely thick and grimy with dirt and has obviously been cleaned for years.
Sad lumpy pillows greeted us, only 2 per queen bed.
And the plastic wrappers are still on the bed bases....
The bedside light switch is very twisted and difficult to turn on.
Add to that the extremely noisy and filthy extractor fan in bathroom had no seal around it, with cobwebs in the ceiling heat lamp.
There were stains on the side of one of the bed sheets. (They were clean, but obviously, stains hadn't come out)
The carpetted 'desk'? Was damp, and stuff left on it overnight was damp to the touch... also very unhygienic as it can't be cleaned or ironed on as the heat mark from a previous guest proves!
Add to that that room 7 backs onto 3 vending machines and the
Ice machine humming all night....
When we complained about the noise of the machines, the manager offered to get another room for us, but that it would take time to sort out, credit for that. But we'd unpacked and just wanted to sleep, a
- Joy (8/5): Very good - Furnishings were outdated. Not very hot water for shower. No morning coffee.
- Daric (6/5): - Very no frills and a very noisy AC
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (8/5): - It is clean. Provides the basics.
Price is amazingly affordable!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Smelled like rodents, was not a very quiet place to sleep and the bed felt like there was creepy crawlies. The guy at the front desk was very friendly though.
- Julie (4/5): Poor choice - Not a nice room. Very dated, damaged, extremely noisy
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Allen (5/5): Passable -
- Bonnie (8/5): - Love the staff. So very kind and more than helpful ❤️. However the outlets are all old and extremely lose. Our phone chargers and the fridge and microwave as well as tv area and bathroom will not stay stable enough and everything falls out. Our poor fridge and microwave wouldn’t stay in/on at all. Our phones couldn’t get a good charge as they couldn’t stay in all the way.
Also the bathroom towel rack was very very lose I was afraid our towels would fall off.
Other than that we absolutely love this place. 💕💕💕💕💕
- Wannette (10/5): - Quiet
- Nancy (4/5): Disappointing - Bathroom sink had no drain stopper. The liner around air conditioner unit was flimsy and you could stick your hand through it.
- Kristie (2/5): Very poor -
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Nice little place off the highway, enjoyed my stay.
- Susan (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. It is a no frills property, which was fine for our needs.
- Darla (8/5): - Price was good. Bed was a little soft. Breakfast was limited.
- Shelley (2/5): - No one would come to let us into a room. I tried several times and no such luck. We drove 40 minutes out of our way to stay and then had to drive the 40 minutes back to town to find another place to stay. It was 9:00 pm when we arrived. I was never given any information that we needed to arrive by a certain time. We were looking forward to a break being out of the car and ended getting back in and backtracking. It was very disappointing.
- Noyola (3/5): Poor -
- Beth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brenda (3/5): Very disappointed - I liked the location and that they accepted Cats. The room was in sad shape, missing baseboards. Burns marks in furniture. I know motels and hotels have rooms that are designated for pets. However, this one was so sad looking. I felt that I was being downgraded because of my pets. The carpets didn’t look clean. There was not enough lighting in the room I did not feel comfortable With the cleanliness, so I did not sleep well.
- Ismel (8/5): Very good -
- Jim (10/5): - 😴 clean and a place to sleep but very dated. Water buckets in hall when we left due to leaking roof.
- Dylan (8/5): Very good -
- Yeh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (6/5): - Extremely dirty!!
- Lori (8/5): Very good -
- Bonnie (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (3/5): It did not look anything like the pictures. - It was in a place we needed to stop for the day. No smoke alarm, door and locks were flimsy. Lot's of mold in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel needed some work.
