Tive uma certa dificuldade para regular a água quente do chuveiro! Instruções mais claras de como usar facilitariam muito, porém nada que tenha afetado a viagem!!

Fui bem recepcionada, me senti livre e segura mesmo viajando sozinha. O lugar é lindo, o quarto muito fofinho e com decoração típica. Cama confortável, com bastante cobertor, não passei frio, dormi muito bem e teve água quente. Nada.
• Rudy et Eugenie (1/5): Accueil déplorable - Nous voyageons depuis longtemps en famille et c’est la première fois que nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger en arrivant dans un établissement. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions envoyé deux messages pour savoir s’il était possible de laisser notre véhicule pendant notre excursion au Machu Picchu. Nous n’avons jamais reçu de réponse à ce sujet, mais uniquement un message nous indiquant qu’après 21h, personne ne serait présent pour nous accueillir. Le jour de notre arrivée, la route était coupée, ce qui nous a obligés à faire un détour. Une fois dans le centre d’Ollantaytambo, plusieurs rues étaient bloquées, rendant l’accès à l’hôtel difficile. Nous avons dû manœuvrer dans des rues étroites pour nous rapprocher. Lorsque nous avons appelé pour prévenir que nous étions à proximité, la personne n’a pas pris le temps d’écouter et nous a immédiatement proposé d’annuler la réservation, alors que nous étions sur place avec des enfants. Une fois arrivés à 21h, elles nous ont fait changer 3 fois de place sur le parking. L’établissement a refusé de garder notre véhicule pendant notre absence (retour tardif le lendemain). De plus, les explications pour sortir à 4h du matin (train à 5h) ont été données de manière peu agréable, avec une certaine impatience lorsque nous avons demandé à confirmer. Désolée Madame mais nous sommes étrangers et je préfère être certaine de pouvoir sortir plutôt que de venir vous réveiller à 4h du matin et je pense que vous aussi ! Ce manque d’accueil, de flexibilité et de considération est très décevant, surtout dans une destination touristique où ce type de situation est fréquent. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

• Zoe (9/5): A tranquil, cozy place to come back to after exploring Ollantaytambo, perfect for those who want to relax without breaki - It’s located in a convenient spot, only a minute or two walking to the plaza. Additionally, it’s very peaceful and tranquil, with a beautiful garden. The running water is hot, and the owner gives you five blankets on the bed so luckily you’re not freezing! It was easy to hear people going in and out of their rooms and talking (though not necessarily being loud), as perhaps the walls are thin. Also, it might be a good option for the owner to include a cheap breakfast option

• Louise (8/5): Ce logement correspondait à nos attentes. - Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'établissement et le cadre. L'eau était chaude et de nombreuses couvertures étaient mises à disposition. La chambre était propre. La gérante a répondu à nos questions, ce qui nous a bien aidé pour notre séjour. Quelques petits aménagements seraient conseillés (lampe de chevet, fenêtre de la salle de bain).

No me gustaba que las duchas con agua caliente tuviesen un horario, ya que cuando uno viaja debe salir muy temprano y las duchas funcionan desde las 7, lo que me generó algunos inconvenientes. el pan añejo y que no existieran instalaciones de cocina para los huéspedes. No habia agua caliente para tomarse un té, ni tampoco servicios para poder prepararse una colacion para el día. Es importante dar cuenta de que somos viajeros que no siempre tenemos suficiente presupuesto para almorzar y comer todas las comidas del dia en reataurantes.

Vlakbij het grote plein en de Inca ruïne. Vriendelijke mensen. Enigszins gedateerde piepende en krakende accommodatie met lage plafonds en korte bedden voor lange mensen.

A hospedagem parou no tempo em termos de manutenção não dá muita segurança nas portas e o local em si precisa de uma boa reforma, mas se um dia eu voltar na cidade posso me hospedar lá novamente, café da manhã deixou a desejar,

O jardim e as flores sao lindos, a anfitriã (Noemi) foi muito gentil e disponivel, o chuveiro é otimo e há agua bem quente (nos horarios previstos). O quarto é aconchegante e há muitos cobertores. A pousada é muito bem localizada e silenciosa. Certamente voltaremos a ficar lá.

Se vale que los muros estén sucios y la habitación llena de polvo, se vale que la seguridad en el lugar no sea la mejor, se vale que no tenga agua caliente a las 4AM, se vale que la habitación y sus instalaciones sean viejas, se valen los bichos en todas partes; lo que NO se vale es que sean SUCIOS, es increíble que las cobijas de nuestra cama olieran literal a Mi**rd**a, parecía como que la noche anterior un habitante de calle había dormido en esa cama. Los muros de la ducha era Negros del moho y la suciedad. No me volvería a quedar aquí ni porque me regalaran la noche, NO pierdan su Dinero.
• TOMAS BUBU (8/5): - Die Lage- im Zentrum,nicht weit zum Zug nach Aquas Calientes, der Markt mit vielen billigen streetfood Ständen ist um die Ecke. Eine idyllische Einrichtung. 1) warmes Wasser gibt's nur 07.00-10.00 Uhr und 19.00- 22.00 Uhr.. 2) Frühstück - trotz Angebot für 5 Soles- man wollte es nicht und die Antwort war- hier gibt's viele Möglichkeiten in der Stadt. 3) keine Möglichkeit einen Wasserkocher auszuleihen
