Réponse du service client : la réglementation thermique nous impose un décalage de 7 degrés maximum par rapport à l’extérieur donc par 37 degrés dehors il fait 30 degrés dans la chambre… Autant afficher clairement pas de climatisation !!!

• Keith (10/5): Great value in suburban location - I was impressed by the value for the price at B & B and would stay in one again. It’s not the ideal location for tourists without a car but if you do have a car there’s free parking that is ideal in France and can drive into the city for a visit and to eat out. There is a little road noise but it didn’t bother me, I’m use to it.

• Wendy (6/5): Average - We had to spend an unexpected night in France, which unfortunately fell during a period of lockdown. The room was rather small - we had to squeeze around the bottom of the bed taking care not to hit our heads on the wall-mounted TV. Although a room for 2, there was only one chair. As we were confined to the room from 6pm and had to eat a takeaway dinner there, we asked for another chair - only to be told that it was not possible to move furniture. We know that the hotel was not full and we could see that around 20 chairs had been moved out of the cafeteria area, so didn't see would pose a problem. The staff were pleasant.

• Martine (6/5): Insécurité - Hôtel où je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Arrivée à la réception sans personnel j'ai récupéré ma chambre mais la porte du hall était ouverte et n'importe qui pouvait rentrer dans l'hôtel.

• DANIEL (6/5): - Hôtel correct entrée parking avec un gros trou dans le bitume personnel très accueillant hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale pratique pour déjeuner ou dîner. Hôtel très calme un point important pour une bonne nuit séjourné 2 nuit pour visiter les châteaux. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un petit frigo dans les chambres . Aucun regret sur le choix de cet hôtel

I was able to get into central Tours easily because the tram station is a 15 minute walk away. • Alan (8/5): An excellent example of this chain of hotels - We were very happy with our stay at this B&B hotel. This chain of hotels in France is very consistent with its quality and efficiency. We particularly like the excellent firm beds and quality linen. The rooms are invariably spotlessly clean. Rooms are on the small size but certainly suitable for a few nights. Another plus is the free Wifi which is strong enough for streaming video. Parking is free. Breakfast is also good value. Very happy to recommend.

• Frank (6/5): A bit expensive for what it was. - Being a very large guy, I found the room very small. The bed was not very comfortable, with just a thin mattress on a board. To gain access when reception was closed, I found it very complicated, especially as there was no English instructions. But it was very clean, and the staff were friendly.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - The front desk rep at night was very inconsiderate and rude but the property manager in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Some guest were smoking in the building hallways and the smoke was leaking in the room. When asked the front desk rep to change the room, he gave us the room on the same floor; few doors down. He would not give us a room on a different floor. Also, the carpet in the room feels very cheap and unclean. I did not feel comfortable walking bare foot in the room.
