• Christophe (6/5): - Très bon accueil. Personnel disponible et très aimable. Chambre et salle de bains assez spacieux pour un couple - animal de compagnie bien reçu. Grand parking gratuit. Hotel bien situé, pas trop de bruit des voies routières sur côté nord de l’hotel. Restaurant Crocodile tout près. Musée Lens à 800m. Enfin ratio qualité/prix correcte - Client satisfait!
• Christophe (6/5): Basic stay. - Average hotel. Quite basic facilities. So so on cleanliness. Good mattress but didn’t sleep well. Location practical but difficult to find. Hotel stay one pensive at 70€ so quite basic.
• Michael (8/5): Bon séjour - Séjour sympa dans un bon hôtel. La propreté n'est pas à son maximum mais en même temps, vu le nombre de chambres qu'il y a. Le personnel est gentil. Le petit déjeuner continental pourrait être plus copieux. Hôtel bien situé.
• eric (10/5): Week end braderie Lille & Louvre Lens - Hotel confortable, avec personnel d accueil- petit déjeuner réactif et soucieux de la clientèle. Ce fut très appréciable. Hôtel proche du musée Louvre Lens, à ne pas rater, cadre champêtre, architecture et oeuvres superbement mis en valeur. Ter 40 min ds coeur de Lille, pour un weekend sans bouchon formidable.
• Benjamin (4/5): - No staff on site to do check in or address issues with constant noise from other guests and dogs through the early hours. Vending machine broken down, no tea or coffee in room. I wasn’t expecting much but got even less

• Mia (8/5): - All B&B hotels do exactly as they say on the tin - no fuss, basic.. Clean, tidy and sparse so its ok for a stopover. A bit of a walk into town which was practically deserted, where are all the people at 6pm on a lovely sunny day? Tv with no option for anything in English so for a solo traveler, a bit dissapointing
• Carl (6/5): OK but with a few issues - All Ok but one of the beds did not have a duvet cover on it. Not so much of a problem as the room was very hot and the fan/air conditioner... didn't. Just be aware that we were on an upper floor and there were no restrictions on opening the window and you could easily have climbed out to a 40 foot drop. If traveling with younger children that might be a concern (We were in a family room).

La chambre récupérée, la fenêtre était ouverte malgré la chaleur à l'extérieur et ma clim à l'intérieur. Énormément de mouche dans la chambre.

Other guests in thw corridor making noise and shouting all night. Hotel sent instructions to check in which were incorrect. Beside light broken and other side didnt work.

• Bernard (8/5): Un grand merci a elles - Arrives avant 14h00 nous avons pu obtenir une chambre via le systeme de reservation, mais la chambre attibuee n'etait pas prete. Le personnel croise au 1er etage a bien voulu la preparer pour nous permettre de nous changer pour honorer notre participation a un mariage a 15h00 a sainghin en weppes. Un grand merci a elles.
• Julien (10/5): - A mon arrivé bien accueilli par le personnel, la chambre à repondu à mes attentes . Je recommande pour le rapport qualité prix.
• Jenny-lee (6/5): Passable - La chambre est bien, la salle de bain est propre mais la moisissure au mur près des fenêtre à côté du lit n'est pas du tout convenable! Petit déjeuné au top et de qualité.

• michel (8/5): Bon séjour - Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits. Il y a eu un changement de drap après la 2ieme nuit. L accueil est agréable. Attention: la réservation faite par internet a généré un no de réservation non reconnue à notre arrivée, l accueil etant fermé, pour récupérer le code d ouverture de la porte et no de chambre. Il a fallu appeler la plate forme qui nous a donnun autre no de réservation. Un peu stressant après des heures de route et pourtant il etait 14h.
• angélique (8/5): Top - Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est bien sauf pour la douche où il manque un rideau car quand on prend sa douche on met de l’eau dans toute la salle de bain sinon le lit est confortable, le petit déjeuner au top, la propreté de la chambre est bien présente et le personnel professionnel et a disposition des clients

• Kennedy (6/5): - The check in process was really easy using the machine at the front. We got an email explaining how to use it if staff weren’t around. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast options were very limited. The rooms are very « bare bones », there is no hair dryer, or mini fridge, or little coffee station in the room. Limited supplies in the room, one small garbage can, and only a partial roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Overall, it’s a good option for one person or a short trip.

Hotel calme avec parking fermé et sécurisé. Micro-ondes à disposition, machine à boissons chaudes et snaking. Bon rapport qualité prix.
• Perry (10/5): - Took me a minute as I've never checked in with a hotel computer before but it was easy. They offered a breakfast with good choices as well. We enjoyed dinner both nights at the Au Bureau Pub, it was a close walk and had great food.

• Perry (10/5): - We enjoyed this hotel. We used it as it was close to the Canadian National Vimy Memorial, was easy to take an Uber to it from there. The hard part was trying to get a ride back, no taxis were available but eventually Uber came through. The area is a little less tourist oriented so the people don’t really speak a lot of English, so bring your translator app, that worked well for us. Everyone was nice and we had fun with it. It’s also just down the street from the Lens Louvre. Would stay again.

• Jonathan (4/5): - Chambre propre, néanmoins en entrant dans la salle de bain, il y avait un forte odeur de cigarette. Ne fumant pas j’ai trouvé ça fort désagréable pour une chambre non fumeur. Ne pouvant joindre personne sur place, j’ai envoyé un mail. J’espère juste qu’on ne me facturera pas 80€ alors que je n’y suis pour rien.

• John (8/5): - This hotel is a bit off the beaten track, however, in this instance was just what we wanted as needed a quick start the following morning to head for our Ferry. Difficulty in signing in via electronic system meant had to wait for the mahager to open the reception and check-in person to person. Had an issue with the shower flooding the bathrom as water flowing quicker than the outlet could deal with. Didn't cause to much of an issue as the manager provided buck and mop along with lots of towels to dry floor. Whilst the hotel is iisolated in a commercial area there are a number of eateries in the vicinity.

Hôtel qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement Absence de papier hygiénique à l’arrivée, store fenêtre arraché. On demande trop ? Parking trop petit, les retardataires se garent sur la piste cyclable ! 86 euros avec petit déjeuner = beaucoup font mieux Vous êtes prévenu

• Daniel (6/5): Nice hotel few kilometers from Lens - Nice hotel with self check in. The room was nice and quite modern. One problem was that if you took a shower the water run out in the room insted of down the drain because it was blockage in the drain. The staff doesn't spoke any english. It wasn't possible to add the breakfast when check in.

• Howard (6/5): Unimpressed unfortunately - Hotel in area with no where to eat drink after 9 pm. Only a small double bed so no room to sleep comfortably. Weird decor in room pretending to be middle earth (they actually gave us a certificate to say we slept in middle earth) 🤔🤔 showers good and clean but wouldn’t stay again. Parking was free in station car park with ticket from hotel which was a bonus

• Martin (4/5): - Disappointing for a BB hotel. Just a grin and shrug when struggling with the Wi-Fi which requires SMS. Just a grin when hot breakfast ran out 2 hours before end of advertised time. Worst of all the shower tray drain was completely blocked which should have been noticeable when cleaning. This resulted in a messy flood. Expect better from this brand

De plus restaurant Crocodile tout près , accessible à pied . Personnel charmant et efficace . Bonne literie mais oreillers pas terribles !

• Nathalie (8/5): Assez bien - J'avais demandé 1 lit pour 2 personnes lorsque je suis arrivé il y avait 2 lits de 1 personne mais le lendemain matin ils sont rassemblés les deux lits et bien une seule couette. Demage qu'il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux.

• James (8/5): - The room was clean and secure. Checking in was fine through the machine however the parking was awful. There was no spaces so we had to park On a grass verge.

• Ben (8/5): Great basic place to stay - Great location, easy bike ride to Vimy Memorial, quick walk to the Louvre Lens museum. Crocodile Restaurant gives you 10% off if you tell them you are at the B&B hotel. Close to a laundromat, grocery store, tons of restaurants, shops, etc. Bed was usual European hotel, rather firm. Great shower. Nice little closet. Everything was very clean. Service was fantastic. Will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

• Vitali (6/5): Cheap but need some improvement. - Self service check in, as reception does not have 24/7 staff, carpet was not clean, had some spillages on it. WiFi was very poor. Broken soap dispenser and leaking shower, which flooded floor all over. The price is very reasonable, so can not complain too much, however for the same money we had better stay at another hotel network.

• Sacha (8/5): Family Stay - We liked the fact that both of our children had their own bed. Our only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was so strong, it flooded the bathroom floor when you had a shower. A door or shower curtain would have stopped this from happening.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Basic, simple, no frills. For what you paid you get a tiny, clean room with nice beds and a bathroom. And that's it. Great for a quick stop and sleep. Breakfast was pretty good and a nice bonus.

• R Roper (6/5): No secure place to store bicycles. - Staff were not very helpful in trying to accommodate our bicycles. Bathroom floor floods from poor design of showers. OK breakfast and location is close to the Louvre-Lens.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Check in was no good. They made me pay again even though I had pre-paid. Hotels.com was great and credited my first payment. The vending machine took my money and when I let the desk know they told me to call and ask the technician for my money back. Staff just wasn't friendly. Will not use again.
• elisabeth (6/5): Overnighter in Lens - It was a bit of a problem actually getting in to the hotel, as it appears I hadn't booking in prior to arriving & its was all automatic, there was no one there, we couldn't get passed the automatic doors to reception anyway. But ..... we pressed the button & a friendly voice helped. The room was small, perhaps because we wanted a twin bedded room, I think my husband only had about a foot between him & the window wall! Breakfast was very good. We visited the amazing Vimy war memorial, very moving. Many of the local houses were flying the Canadian flag in respect.
• Norman (8/5): Convenient, secure and Clean - The location was very convenient for our activities. We were able to walk to most locations we wanted to visit. Room was tiny but provided a clean comfortable place to sleep. Does not have a lot of amenities but it satisfied or needs. WiFi reception was spotty in the room but worked better in guest cafeteria
