- Steve (8/5): Wedding stay - The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was sketchy. It jerked a lot and made a loud clanging noise at the top floor. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but no worse than most hotels. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
- Rhonda (10/5): - The staff was very nice. Water was given upon our arrival. The only problem was that the elevator was down and we were on the 2nd floor with lots of luggage.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - Absolutely horrible.. after being on the road for hours we were looking forward to enjoying the hotel and relaxing for the night… the front desk was not welcoming and the elevators did not work, they put us on the second floor and so we had to walk everything up the stairs with 5 kids. the jacuzzi was not working for the jets and pool was having problems with the filter.. we were not advised of either and only noticed when we realized how dirty the water was. Trash and hair everywhere.. the front desk made not attempt in making our stay better.. the pull out couch did not have sheets so when I called to request them they wanted me to go down and get them.. she made a complaint when I asked her to bring them up and said I’d have to wait for her co worker… the side door was not working either so either you go to the other side of the building or the front… worst experience ever… the toilet was also dirty and had a pubic hair on it..
- Deborah (10/5): - The person who checked us in was friendly and informative. Check in was a breeze. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices. I will stay again.

- Tom (10/5): - The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of choices.
The facility is very clean and up-to-date. Staff were all very personable and responsive. We had a bathroom sink that was backed up but was promptly repaired after I called management's attention to it.
ONE negative - in spite of a clean and modern facility, the one chair at the desk was in terrible shape. It is peeling and leaves a negative feeling. Could have used a second chair since it has two desks.
- Larry (10/5): - I love the breakfast items in the morning. Several different options to please everyone. This is the nicest hotel in my hometown & im so happy its there!.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Excellent hotel!! Exceeded expectations!! - Very nice hotel!! Exceeded expectations. Very clean and classy looking. Loved the breakfast with made to order omelets. Special thumbs up to Estela who did the cooking in the morning.
- Cheryl (7/5): Good - It was a very nice clean room. Very comfy beds and bedding. Quiet and peaceful at night! The coffee machine quit working so no coffee with breakfast. Lots of people working the breakfast area but not many doing anything! Didn't seem concerned with getting the coffee machine fixed.
- James (10/5): - Very clean, good value for the money.
- Amanda (8/5): - Was a nice place to stay especially considering there aren’t many options in the area. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Only complaint was the breakfast- not that I was expecting a gourmet meal, but I couldn’t even finish it.
- Crystal (10/5): - It was a beautiful room
- Maureen (10/5): - This was a wonderful stay. While the property was under construction in the lobby the rooms were superb. The only complaint was thin walls, could hear loud tv from neighbor.
- Erin (10/5): Diamond in the rough - Very clean and good price. The shower could use a bigger soap tray or second small shelf to hold shampoo and conditioner bottles. Truly a minor issue.
- James (10/5): - The desk person was very nice and friendly. Her name was Angie, both times checking in and checking out.
- Cynthia (2/5): - Last time we stay at a Best Western

- Randy (9/5): Good stay - Excellent Ran out of tissues. Sink was very slow to drain.
- Rachel (10/5): AMAZING - My husband and kids stopped here for the night on our way back home, continently located just off our route. This was the best hotel we had stayed in the entire trip. beds were comfy, rooms were nice and clean. the breakfast blew us out of the water and was the best hotel breakfast we have ever come across. Staff was amazing and helpful. We talked about it for days after.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, just nice which is perfect after a long day on the road.
- Kayla (8/5): Very good - Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Water pressure was low and showers were lukewarm on the hottest setting.
- Paul (9/5): Since I had never been to Hugoton, I didn’t know what to expect and I was a little hesitant, but any apprehension I had - It was well maintained, clean, and welcoming. Nothing

- Helena (10/5): - It was very good

- Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Klassen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (6/5): - The first room we got had a few dead bugs and lots of gnats around the room window. We asked for a different room. The person working the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He set us up in another room and apologized for the inconvenience. We tried the breakfast that was included with the room. Most of the food set up in warmers was less than warm. The food taste was not very good. The only thing that tasted good was the fresh made omelet and the juice from the beverage dispenser. The was several pop and beer cans in the front parking lot. We were not happy.
- Phil (10/5): - Breakfast is Awesome!
- Michelle (10/5): - For a small town, this was one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at! Front Desk ladies were amazing! Greeted us and nothing but smiles!!! Breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff would prepare omelets to order and they had a good variety of food. Several pheasant hunters were there along with our very large group of wedding attendees and family. Never heard any doors slamming nor loud voices, slept like a champ!!! Not much to do in Hugoton KS, but the wedding venue used was Wild Sage Ranch, about 10 miles from this hotel. Highly recommend!!!
- Irene (8/5): - Rooms are very nice
- Evee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jerry (10/5): - Everything was clean. Breakfast was a plus
- Yuritzi (10/5): - I like the nice look and clean hotel. What i disliked is the tub being clogged and it was hard to find the light switch
- Patrick (8/5): - The room was roomy and comfortable. The A/C worked very well.
The tub/shower was very small/narrow and the floor was really slippery. I was very nervous about slipping and falling because it was such an uncomfortable situation.
- Michael (10/5): - Very great service and clean room!
- Roger (8/5): Very good -
- Haley (2/5): - W
- Kendall (10/5): - It was very clean and the rooms were not run down. Every staff member we met was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. They even have someone making omelets. We highly recommend staying here.
