- ite (7/5): Geen slingers, maar prima uitvalbasis voor een paar dagen. - Goede locatie, vlak bij het treinstation. Centraal gelegen in de stad Tainan. Ik heb vanaf het hotel veel gedaan te voet. Prima te doen als je gewend bent om stukken te wandelen. Kamers hebben hun beste tijd wel gehad. Vooral de badkamers waren wat klein en verouderd. Wel schoon. Ik (Nederlander) kon niet staan onder de douche. Bed was goed.

- 施育辰 (2/5): 客房服務極差 電視不能看也沒幫忙處理 櫃台叫一個高高老老的人處理 結果那人非常不耐煩 也沒處理好 下次應該不會訂了 即使早餐很好吃 然後第二天回來發現廁所有蟑螂 有點噁心 - 早餐種類很多 非常好吃 極度推薦 客房服務極差 電視不能看也沒幫忙處理 櫃台叫一個高高老老的人處理 結果那人非常不耐煩 也沒處理好 下次應該不會訂了 即使早餐很好吃 第二天回來發現廁所有蟑螂 有點噁心

- Caroline (7/5): Nice stay in a well located hotel with lots of breakfast options, friendly staff and great housekeeping! - Locates great, across the road from the train station and many bus stops. Very friendly staff, great breakfast The room had an odd smell initially. I didn’t mention it as my travel companion couldn’t smell it. The next day there was a small machine ? Dehumidifier in the room which we didn’t ask for but it was obviously deemed important and maybe the smell was musty due to moisture. Housekeeping is very proactive and smart. Well done as the smell disappeared!

- Luca (9/5): Buon hotel 4 stelle - Buon hotel 4 stelle, comodo se si è in viaggio e si deve trascorrere una notte in zona stazione dei treni di Tainan (treni locali o espressi. I treni ad alta velocità HSR partono da un'altra stazione). Colazione abbondante, camere pulite, letto comodo.

- 795954c1775e70438f1978020881ddbc (9/5): - 台南駅から徒歩すぐ コンビニもすぐに行ける ドアのそばにスタッフが常住していてなにかと助けてくれる（スーパーはどこ？の質問にも携帯で探して場所を案内してくれた）荷物が大きいと手伝ってくれたりととにかく親切 九時以降夜食をフロントで配ってくれる（数量限定） パンと小さな甘いお菓子で翌朝の朝ごはんにちょうどよかった 部屋の床がフローリングで清潔感がある 到着前荷物のデポジットや行き方等質問をすれば必ず答えてくれた。 一番奥の部屋で柱の具合かなにかで窓がとても小さかったがカーテンを開けると日差しがつよくずっとしめていた。

- 74333aa4a61f73cd50c392a7c27b5e5d (9/5): - 因入住的雙人房間有煙味，跟櫃台人員反映後，服務人員立馬拿了台清淨機來吸；但吸了半個多小時後，因還是聞得到煙味，且清淨機上的臭味燈還是出現橘色，遂再度反應；櫃檯主管就決定幫我們免費升級到家庭房（四人）~是原來房間的兩倍大，而且非常舒適乾淨，不僅有張大餐桌及梳妝檯書桌可運用，客廳還有全套沙發可與朋友促膝歡談，因而度過一個很開心的夜晚~謝謝旅館服務人員及主管的處理與決定
