- Steffanie (9/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - - Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn - Personal sehr freundlich und herzlich - die Anlage sehr schön und in einem sehr guten Zustand - Gym sehr gut ausgestattet - Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut ! Gerade die Auswahl am Genussbuffet - suuuper UND die Desserts beim Vegetarischen Menü waren eines meiner Highlights - die Tiere, die sich direkt nebenan befinden (Alpakas, Pferde, Ziegen …) - Conditioner und bodymilk gibt es nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Das steht auch auf der Seite des Hotels, aber es wäre schön, zumindestens am Anfang 1x das ganze Duschset zu erhalten und wenn man Nachschub benötigt, dann gerne an der Rezeption - Im Spabereich gab es einen Korb mit Äpfel. Schön wäre, wenn man vielleicht noch 1-2 mehr Sorten an Obst zu essen hätte und/oder Nüsse

Un grazie particolare ai signori Luigi e Cosimo, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Mi è dispiaciuto non poter usufruire della sauna in quanto per nudisti.

- Giulia (8/5): Parola d’ordine: Relax - Stanza top, pulizia delle migliori. Metratura molto abbondante delle camera con vista spettacolare dal balcone. Servizi fantastici. Abbiamo usufruito di tutte le piscine e dell’area SPA esperienza fantastica, relax é la parola d’ordine. Colazione molto ben fornita e personale molto attento a tutte le richieste. Camera deposito sci fornita di scaldascarponi e navetta molto comoda per le piste da sci.

- Martin (10/5): Dokonalý relax s dechberoucími výhledy - Hotel je na krásném místě s nádhernými výhledy do údolí. V podstatě všechny pokoje mají super výhled. Personál byl velmi milý a přátelský a svými úsměvy vám dokáže opravdu zpříjemnit den. Wellness a především bazén je dokonalý zážitek. Teplota vody parádní, dostatek prostoru pro relax i zábavu pro děti. Těšíme se až se sem opět vrátíme. Jediná sauna s párou má už své nejlepší roky za sebou🙂 Snesla by tedy rekonstrukci, ale to určitě majitelé ví.

Ausgezeichnet geführtes Hotel ; sehr aufmerksames und nettes Service-Personal - Sowohl Frühstück als auch das Abendessen (Halbpension) waren sensationell Die Lage des Hotels ist super - absolut ruhig, Aussicht vom Balkon über das Tal und Berge einfach wunderbar. Der Wellnessbereich ( Pool und Sauna ) super sauber, sehr modern und absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, hochwertig und eine gute Mischung aus Südtiroler Tradition und Moderne. Absolut keine Kritik

- Lisa (10/5): Alles in Allem eine 11/10! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Gerne wieder! - Die Zimmer sind groß, mit einer guten Sitzgelegenheit, alles top sauber und ein Balkon mit Talblick. Das Essen (Halbpension) war ebenso richtig gut. Jeden Abend gab es ein 4- Gängemenü was einfach immer herausragend geschmeckt hat! Das Frühstücksbuffet lies ebenso keine Wünsche offen! Das Personal war zuvorkommend und außerordentlich freundlich! Der Wellnessbereich war einfach nur toll, mit dem Infinitypol wo man einen atemberaubenden Talblick genießen kann. Der Saunabereich ist mit 3 Saunen (60-65 Grad, 70 Grad, 90 Grad) ausgestattet, es gibt ein Kalttauchbecken und einen großen Whirlpool ebenso mit Blick ins Tal. Alles modern und neu.

- Peter (10/5): Außerordentliches Hotel - Die Panoramalage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der SPA Bereich ist exzellent. Die Zimmer sind modern und ansprechend eingerichtet.
- Sara (10/5): Paesaggio da favola, cibo spettacolare, un sogno per adulti e bambini - Panorama da fiaba, su una vallata che sembra dipinta. La camera è molto accogliente, spaziosa, con terrazza e vista, letti comodi, ti forniscono accappatoi morbidosi, anche in formato bambini. La colazione è super ricca, varia, e puoi ordinare piatti sul momento come crepes e uova. La cena poi è super. C'è un buffet e poi tre portate più il dolce. Ogni mattina puoi scegliere fra diversi menù. Super appagante e decisamente saziante. Piscina a sfioro bellissima, con un dentro e un fuori più una piccola piscina dentro per bambini, con cascatella. Spa con diverse sauna e area relax e piscina bolle su vista mozzafiato. Area giochi con piccola fattoria con caprette adorabili. Hanno anche un servizio a pagamento per fare gite con i lama. Ogni giorno (almeno ad agosto) hanno un programma di attività offerte, fra cui yoga, la sauna aufguss (musica, essenze profumate e sauna "aumentata"), il mini giro con il pony, la serata pianobar, la colazione con l'arpa... Siamo stati molto bene. Niente in particolare. A parte i chili in più dopo tutte le cose buone che abbiamo mangiato!

- Mario (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Maranza - Hotel confortevole con vista panoramica sulle montagne e sulla valle. La infinity pool è molto grande e bellissima. Ottima la temperatura dell'acqua. Buona ma non eccezionale la SPA (bagno turco da rimodernare). Ottimo il buffet e la cena. Buono il servizio del ristorante. La camera non molto spaziosa ma pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bello il bagno. Materasso ottimo, abbiamo dormito benissimo! I bambini, pur avendo una loro piscina dedicata per giocare, sempre giocavano nell'infinity pool (pur essendo vietato ma nessuno ha mai controllato) rendendo difficile nuotare agli adulti. Lascerei l'infinity pool ai soli adulti. Presenza di molte mosche e mancanza di zanzariere nelle camere. Mosche anche in sala da pranzo e sui cibi del buffet (poco igienico).

- neftali (10/5): Una experiencia bastante placentera - La realidad es que es un hotel para estar en él mas que usarlo como base en las dolomitas, tiene un programa bastante extenso de actividades para todos los gustos, spa, sauna, caminatas alrededor, actividades para niños, etc. La atención es muy familiar, por lo que no sientes que estes en un hotel, tiene una ubicacion privilegiada pero un poco apartada de los trails importantes.

La piscine est vraiment top avec une parti dedans et une parti dehors avec une porte qui sépare les 2 parties. Le sauna est très grand et chauffe bien(90°c), il y a même un deuxième sauna (70°c) La salle de Fitness est très bien avec une vue magnifique Le seul bémol serait le prix des dinées, même si le menu est variés et bon, c'est quand même 60€ par personne et par jour..

- Shane (10/5): Best hotel I have ever stayed - The best hotel we have ever stayed! Everything was fantastic the food was amazing, the staff so friendly and the spa was out of this world! Walking distance to the slopes where there are some beautiful hikes! Great skiing and lots of mountain huts for refreshments! We enjoyed many treatments and relaxation! The sauna session is also a must! Thankyou so much we will definitely be back! The view from the room and pool was unbelievable! If there's anything to suggest it would be a smart tv in the room to enjoy some movies after a long day.

Everything was high quality and exceptionally good, tasty, and presentation of food was amazing too! They keep it to high standards. Facilities, spa and infinity pool were amazing as well! Highly recommend. We will stay here again and wish we would have done full week, not only 4 nights.

- Evgenii (8/5): The perfect cake with the icing and the cherry but the cherry needs to be sweeter. - Superb location, amazing view, panoramic pool and rooms, sublime service and excellent food. The detail to attention tells you that this hotel is the collective imagination and realisation of the whole family who owns it. For the money paid the smaller saunas need a revamp and better heating, the pool tiles need a little bit more cosmetic work and slippers should be supplied as standard.

The food, the pool and the staff. We had just completed 7 days of backpacking and this was the treat we needed. This is perfection nothing could be improved.

It has very good relaxing area with indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, training hall The outdoor smell coming from nearby farms is horrid :) We had breakfast and dinner. Dinner I would say is nothing special, 6/10. Breakfast was horrible, I would say 1/10. I never saw that small selection in a 5 star hotel. There were green eggs and you should boil them by yourself :) We were in a hurry, because wanted to visit some places and after we made some sandwiches by ourselfs, we were offered a omelette, but we haven't time to wait for it. By the way, from tools in the shower, there was only showel/gel

Even if you check out you still have the possibility to use the spa & pool until the evening. The pool is top. Overall, a unique experience :) Nothing i could think of.

There were guests with kids that didn't follow the clear rules (screaming, splashing and jumping in infinity pool not allowed use the kids pool) but that could have just been our bad luck with one family terrorising everyone with a brat. All the other kids and mine were ok. Would have been nice if the staff asked them to stop.. Also the set menu was very expensive and no alternatives.

Everything was just perfect. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. We would love to go back. This is a very special place, a real find. It would be nice to have a coffee/tea making facilities in the room to enjoy a cuppa on the balcony in the morning. Drink service at the pool would also be great. Despite that we still rate this place 11/10.
