ŠKRABAR Andrej (7/5): - Lokacija hotela je zelo dobra za raziskovanje okolice. Do nakupovalnega centra - Beachwalk shopping centra je cca 15 minut hoje. Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo, razen v enem primeru. V sobi ni bilo "visokega" premičnega stojala na katerem bi lahko sušil oprane majice. Receptorka, kljub dodatnem zaprosilu in pojasnilu, ni izročila dodatne "kartice - digitalnega ključa", ki bi bila nujno potrebna za delovanje klimatske naprave, za vzdrževanje primerne temperature (24 stopinj C) v sobi, ko sem bil odsoten. V času moje odsotnosti, se je soba preveč ogrela, ker klimatska naprava ni delovala. (Posledično je bila zagotovo večja poraba električne energije za delovanje klimatske naprave pri pri povečani obremenitvi - delovanju na 18 stopinj C in vključenem ventilatorju na največji jakosti, da se je v sobi čimprej dosegla primerna temperatura.) Čakanje na primerno temperaturo v sobi ni bilo prijetno, saj sem bil izpostavljen močnemu pihanju mrzlega zraka.

Le petit déjeuner était correct, c'était un buffet varié. Que ce soit le prix de la nuit avec le petit déjeuner ou les prix sur le menu, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent! L'hôtel est proche de la plage et proche de boutiques. Nous recommandons +++ Nous y avons passé 2 nuits, à refaire, nous serions restés 4 - 5 nuits pour profiter.

Bij aankomst heerlijke lunch op de kamer, goed Indonesisch ontbijt. Vriendelijke bediening. Aangename rustige sfeer. Bij vroeg vertrek heerlijke ontbijtbox meegekregen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ik kan even niks verzinnen.

Pascale (7/5): Fijn hotel dicht bij het vliegveld - Goede locatie, dicht bij het vliegveld. Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden. Opslag koffers geen probleem na uitchecken. Afzuiging in de badkamer maakte de eerste paar minuten een behoorlijk geluid. Dit verdween ook weer.

Shirley (7/5): De kamers waren prima en voldeden aan de basis voor een comfortabel verblijf. - Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel, mede dankzij het zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Of we nu in het restaurant waren, bij de receptie of zwembad, overal werden we gastvrij en professioneel geholpen. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed verzorgd en ruim voldoende. Er was een eibar aanwezig waar je bijvoorbeeld een spiegelei of omelet kon laten bereiden, wat een fijne toevoeging was. Ook overdag kun je in het restaurant terecht voor een maaltijd tegen een kleine prijs, met voldoende keuze. De kamers waren oké en voldeden aan de basisbehoeften voor een comfortabel verblijf. Het zwembad was genoeg om heerlijk een uurtje te zwemmen. Je hebt een bar bij het zwembad waar je eten en drinken kan kopen. De locatie is daarnaast erg praktisch. Direct tegenover het hotel bevindt zich een betrouwbaar geldwisselkantoor en een kleine supermarkt. Op loopafstand vind je een grote straat met diverse restaurants en winkels, en ook het strand is dichtbij. Het hotel bestaat sinds 2015 en dat is inmiddels wel zichtbaar. Helaas is er sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Zo was er schimmel aanwezig in de badkamer en waren de randen van het bed en bureau beschadigd, wat een minder verzorgde indruk geeft. Ook de stoelen en tafel op het balkon zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Daarnaast ligt het hotel direct aan een drukke straat . Ondanks dat wij een kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad hadden en drie hoog zaten was het geluid van buiten duidelijk hoorbaar. Ook de prijsstelling verliep onduidelijk. We hebben de kamer 2 maanden van te voren geboekt bij Booking.com Tijdens de boeking stond de prijs in euro’s vermeld, maar enkele dagen later werd deze ineens weergegeven in Indonesische roepia. Toen wij in het hotel wilden betalen, bleek het bedrag bijna €100 hoger uit te vallen. Uiteindelijk hebben we via de website van Booking.com betaald, waarbij het bedrag nog steeds €35 hoger was dan de oorspronkelijke prijs. Al met al heeft het hotel potentie, maar er is zeker verbetering nodig op het gebied van onderhoud en geluidsisolatie.
