• Jonatan (10/5): Riad en pleno centro, a dos pasos de todo y tranquilo - La ubicación es excelente, a dos pasos de la medina y en una calle muy amplia y tranquila, no está en callejones y eso también está bien. Pero quiero destacar la atención de todos los trabajadores especialmente de DALAL desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, con una sonrisa siempre y con atención al detalle, muchas gracias! La habitación de 10, con limpieza diaria y el desayuno correcto. Volveremos! Que las vacaciones se acaban y hay que volver a casa

Yamal nos atendió muy bien y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Incluso pudimos dejar las mochilas ahí una vez hecho el check out hasta la recogida del taxi para el aeropuerto. Algo más caro respecto a los otros Riads de la zona y no incluye el desayuno

Pendant la journée, Dalal s’occupe de vous avec beaucoup de dévouement et d’enthousiasme. Chaque fois qu’elle me voyait, elle me demandait si tout allait bien. Elle a même débouché le drain de la salle de bain avec ses propres mains à deux reprises, sans hésitation. La nuit, Jamal est également très serviable et toujours à mon écoute. The next day, Ms. Dalal kindly changed our room to another one on the rooftop, which was also clean and comfortable. However, there was still some noise coming from the nightclub. La habitación muy grande pero sucia, un bicho muerto en mi cama, mucho polvo, etc....las camas individuales parecían clavos los colchones, el baño la ducha una vergüenza. Pides toalla para la cara y secador y parece que le duele en el alma. La toalla que nos dió para la cara sucia como de aceite y olía a rancio. Tenía 3 noches y la última ya no dormimos allí. • García (9/5): Este sitio es maravilloso - Lo mejor fue el personal que además de ser muy serviciales, estaban atentos a que todo estuviese bien y estaban muy centrados en que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. Dalal que fue con el que más tiempo coincidimos nos ayudó con las maletas nada más llegar y se interesaba en sí la mañana siguiente íbamos a desayunar, prepararnos el desayuno a cualquier hora que tuviésemos que desayunar. Un desayuno que estaba muy rico. Además tengo que recalcar que la limpieza de la habitación fue muy buena y diariamente pasaban a limpiar la habitación sin falta. Lo que menos nos gusto fue que la ventana de nuestra habitación al llegar estuviese rota, aunque ese problema nos lo solucionaron el día siguiente.
• Noud (8/5): Prijs kwaliteit was echt de key en locatie was top! - De locatie was top en we hadden ook een koelkastje in de kamer. Dit was erg lekker. Tevens was Dalal ook erg vriendelijk en flexibel. Bij aankomst konden we de spullen even wegzetten en de Medina in en toen de inchecktijd er was konden we zo onze kamer in. Vroeg vertel was ook geen probleem, al met al een goede ervaring in deze Riad. Ps; Locatie was echt top! Misschien een belletje bij de receptie voor als er niemand is.

• carine moura (10/5): - Un hotel maravilloso con un auténtico y encantador patio marroquí. Nos alojamos en la habitación 5 durante diez días. La habitación se limpiaba a diario y las toallas se cambiaban con regularidad. El baño podría estar un poco más cuidado, pero en general, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable y acogedor, en gran parte gracias a la amabilidad del personal. Mención especial merece Dalal, que fue increíblemente amable y nos brindó valiosos consejos e información sobre todo lo que necesitábamos. Jamal también fue muy amable y servicial. Sinceramente, no sabía que los marroquíes fueran tan generosos y hospitalarios. Dalal nos causó una impresión muy positiva. Fue una experiencia fantástica y sin duda volveremos, quizás la próxima vez con nuestros hijos.

• Amal (7/5): Riad muy bonito y agradable pero con mejoras importantes - El Riad es precioso: la decoración muy bonita, la zona con buena ubicación y al lado de la medina y de la plaza Jamaa El Fna, y el personal muy amable. Tiene todos los servicios al rededor del Riad. El Baño tiene muchos desperfectos, el agua caliente se acaba muy rápido y la entrada huele a tuberías.

Вкусный завтрак, но за отдельную плату. В комнате было темно, в ванной необходимо закрепить сантехнику. В такую стоимость можно было включить завтрак.

Special thanks to Djamal and Dalal for taking care of everything I've needed during my stay. The place is nice and tidy. The location is perfect, as you're really close to the medina and so you have an easy access to the whole Marrakech experience within 50m. There's also an exchange and a non-stop grocery store nearby, perfect for the late nights' food & cash cravings. Nothing here.

The manager dalal pays attention to the smallest details and is always ready to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. She is also very flexible and can change your room upon request. The riad is clean, spacious, and offers a comfortable stay. The only downside is some noise, as it is located in front of a nightclub, so it is recommended to bring earplugs.

Camas super cómodas, limpio todo, agua caliente y calefacción o aire si se necesita Lo único que tuvimos que salir muy temprano para una excursión y no nos prepararon el desayuno ni dieron nada, creo que el chico que estaba no me entendió muy bien, en otros alojamientos parece que si pero aún así es lo de menos, nada es negativo son maravillosos y yo volvería de nuevo

Un po’ di rumore dato dalla mancanza di insonorizzazione, quello però dipende anche un po’ dalla gente che c’è in riad, credo fossero loro per lo più il problema.

The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout our stay. In particular, Dalal was exceptionally polite, attentive, and accommodating; she graciously fulfilled all our requests, including arranging breakfast at 7:30 AM. She consistently ensured that everything was satisfactory and that we were comfortable at all times. Additionally, she kindly provided us with clear directions using a map and offered us a complimentary one. • David Manuel (4/5): Vestigios de otra época - Se notaba que en su momento era un bonito riad y bien ubicado. Por decir algo bueno, la cama era bastante cómoda y el agua salia a presión y caliente. Patio bonito y terraza con vistas. La decadencia del lugar, bastante descuidado y pidiendo remodelación. Se escucha muy alta la música del restaurante de al lado hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Manchas y pelos en las sábanas. Baño bastante pequeño y toalla con mucho uso. Aire acondicionado no funciona en modo calor y hace frío por las noches. Recepción bastante lúgubre. Escaleras muy empinadas y estrechas.

• Claudia (7/5): Una soluzione economica, pulita, per poche pretese ma in ottima posizione. - Una buona posizione, vicino alla piazza e alla moschea della Koutubia. La colazione economica ma molto tipica e piacevole. Il personale gentile. Nel complesso c'è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. I letti comodissimi. La struttura è un po vetusta, c'erano dei rumorosi lavori di manutenzione, nei corridoi un po di odore.
• Mariana (8/5): Bueno. - Era muy céntrico, el desayuno que nos sirvió Dalal muy bueno, al estilo árabe, estaba muy limpio, muy buena relación ion calidad/precio. Por decir algo, hubo mala comunicación entre el personal, ya que contratamos tres desayunos al entrar, y la chica que estaba en la recepción no se lo comunicó a Dalal, con lo cual nos encontramos el segundo día sin desayuno. Otra cosa negativa es que te ponen un solo rollo de papel higiénico en el baño, y tienes que ir pidiéndolo a medida que se acaba.
