- Linda (10/5): - Not enough coffee Kleenex sugar cream
- Lois (10/5): Excellent stay! - Room was excellent! Bed was a little soft but that’s understandable as hard to satisfy all. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. Would have liked to see more fruit options as only apples. Overall I would definitely stay again.

- Tasia (5/5): - Terrible customer service to start. Did not give us an option for a credit card authorization form and tried telling us we NEED a physical card, after we were 3 hours away from home with no physical card on us. I tried explaining I can give credit card number for the incidentals etc, and they would not let me. Tried turning us away AFTER our room was already paid for before we arrived. Very very terrible customer service and will not be staying again and will be telling everyone I know not too.

- Nancy (10/5): A great get-away hotel - The location is great for attending a Saskatchewan Roughriders football game—stadium within walking distance. Our room was gorgeous. It was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. All the employees we interacted with were polite and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
- James (2/5): - I recently booked a room for six people here specifically choosing a room with two queens and one double bed to accommodate my family.
However, upon arrival, we were given a room designed for only three people — with one king-sized bed and a very uncomfortable pullout sofa.
When I explained to the front desk that this arrangement would force some of our group to sleep on the floor, I asked if there was an additional room available. I was told that the hotel was full, there were no extra rooms, and if we weren’t satisfied, we should leave and find another hotel.
At no point was an offer made to resolve the issue through an extra room or a refund or a discount. The price I paid didn’t change with the half sized room.
Later that evening, our key card stopped working, and the same staff member who had told us there were no available rooms then suggested we could move to an identical room across the hall — a room that, like the one we were initially given, was suitable for three people.
At this point, it became clear that the hotel had options to better accommodate us but chose not to act on them. As a result, my sons were left to sleep on the floor, which was incredibly disappointing.
This experience fell far below my expectations for a hotel that should prioritize guest satisfaction. IMO when the difference between what was promised and what was delivered is this significant, compensation should be provided. None was offered.
- Jane (10/5): - The breakfast is good!
- Roy (10/5): -
- Kristi (10/5): Great stay - lovely, spacious, clean accommodations with everything you need for a reasonable price. - Suite style room is spacious and bright and full kitchen is amazing. Loved that it was pet friendly and loved the breakfast with multiple options, friendly and helpful staff and all the facilities you could need - especially for cross-country travelers like us. Not thrilled with the busyness of the pool/hot tub. Hard to find even a few minutes without a million kids. Might be good to reserve 8 or 8:30 p.m. onward for ages 13 and up or limit the time to an hour per family? We love littles, but our kids are teens and couldn't cope with the number of bodies and noise level. We would have been thrilled to get just a half hour in. We are all used to "signing in" for a time slot from Covid. Not a bad system.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Cleanliness
- Jimmy (8/5): - Great service, clean facility and awesome breakfast menu
- Susanne (10/5): - Great room. Quiet during the night. Great breakfast options.
- Allyson (10/5): - Perfect room for our family, breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend.
- Tamara (8/5): - Close to game, kids like pool
- Bill (10/5): - Large space
- Nicholas (10/5): -
- Cynthia (9/5): - The room was comfortable. Poor wifi
- Colin (10/5): - Pretty standard stuff
- olanipekun (10/5): -
- James (5/5): - It was big and clean The pool was over packed with screaming kids and staff was rude
- Raymond (10/5): - Good clean hotel. Good breakfadt
- Ashley (10/5): Go to in Regina - Our go-to stay in Regina. So convenient! Will be back!
- Jenn (10/5): - Fabulous stay
- christopher (2/5): - My daughter woke up and felt something in her bed. She moved it to the side and went back to sleep. When she woke up in the morning. She found a dead mouse on the bed beside her. I immediately went to the front desk and showed them the picture she had me email it directly to her and told me the manager would reach out to me. I have not heard from them. Absolutely disgusting.
- Capt. Adewoye (10/5): - Everything about the room Nothing at all.
- Mohinder (10/5): - Staff were very helpful
- Jenna (10/5): - This hotel is perfect for anyone staying in Regina. It’s right across the street from the pasqua hospital should someone be staying there and family or friends needing a place to stay. It also has a full mini kitchen with fridge, stove, sink, microwave. Comes fully stocked with dishes as well. It’s quiet even being right across from the hospital. It’s a 5 min drive from the airport and really easy to hop onto the highways and ring roads in either direction. If coming for a rider game it’s the perfect location to stay and walk to the game.
The complimentary breakfast included is fantastic. It’s more than just your typical cereal and toast options. They had eggs, bacon, ham or sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes and waffles to name some of the items.
The pool is nice. The waterslide is fun. Sad it wasn’t running all the time as we liked going back early pm to swim and it didn’t seem to come on until 4.
The staff were all very nice and helpful. We would definitely come back and stay here.
- Andrew (4/5): No hot tub - "Oh , it will be open in the morning " was a statemant I heard Tuesday July 22nd to Thursday July 24th, regarding the hot tub. If the hot tub was going to be closed for an extended period, ot wouldve ben noce to know.
- Olubunmi (9/5): Superb -
- April (4/5): - Would have been nice to be notified of pool closure as it was one of the reasons for booking this hotel
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (8/5): - New, clean very nice property. Excellent breakfast. Accidently charged for a Market purchase, so double check your receipt at check out. Parking is also paid. Large room which was nice for our family.
- Raegan (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristie (8/5): Nice hotel, housekeeping mediocre - We were there for three nights and housekeeping did not come once. I had to ask for towels etc. I asked the housekeeper in hallway on second day if she was coming in and she said that she was. Came back hours later to see that no one had been there. Front desk tried to say that you have to ask for housekeeping. The door hanger says service not needed on one side and later on the other. Zero indication of having to ask for housekeeping. It would have been nice that for over $200/night to at least have towels and garbage taken out. Otherwise, the people were friendly, breakfast was good, and room was spacious. Hot tub and waterslide were closed in the afternoon when we wanted to use. When reopened, the hot tub was luke warm. Likley changed water. Don’t book for July 21,2025 if you are wanting a pool. It’s closed for cleaning.
- Ernst (8/5): Very good - Shower water pressure was very low. All else was very good. Front desk Staff were exceptional!
- Jeri (8/5): - The staff at the front desk wasnt overly friendly. Someone across the hall was smoking weed and the hallway smelled. Wifi didnt work. Used the wifi from the hospital acrosd the street. Pool area is fantastic! Lazy current, kids pool, waterslide and hot tub!
- Sheldon (10/5): - Everything was excellent, other than issues with the TV not working. Couldn't access some channels and others were frozen or did not have sound.
- Frederick (9/5): Superb -
- Amanda (7/5): its pricey - it was ok the bathroom could use a redo for the cost of the room per night
- Catherine Louise de la (10/5): - Just the immediate neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we felt safe in the hotel all the same. Only 10-15 min drive to everything you need, including the airport!
- Brooke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (10/5): - Really close to mosaic stadium which is why I was there
- Andrew (8/5): - Pool was closed , why ? No mention when I checked in
- Warren (6/5): - The sheets on the hide-a-bed were dirty and the water slide was only open from 6 to 9. Other than that, the room was decently clean and the breakfast was good.
- Jenn (8/5): - Easy check in. Very clean. Really nice suite with essentials in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and bright with excellent water pressure in the shower. Staff was very pleasant.
Breakfast was so so…not enough fruit options…but there were eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles and pancakes plus more. Coffee was decent.
Parking was $6.50 and could see the car out our window. Great location for event next door and easy to get to coming into the city…and easy to hit the road for home.
Would stay here again if in Regina.
- Ward (9/5): Superb -
- Stacey (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was real food made there, not microwave processed crap 👍 Kitchenette in rooms was great, very spacious rooms Pricey rates, not best part of town, next to hospital
- Jenna (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (4/5): - The Marriot did not have our reservation. They had to charge me for the room so you charged me and they charged me. I talked to you and we resolved the situation. But it was stressful and inconvenient.
I would appreciate some compensation,
Could I get $100 in Expedia points?
Thanks,
Sharon.
- Carla (6/5): Great if you need to be close to the pasqua hospital. - The size of the rooms. Having the beds and kitchen was useful The location want good for us. It's perfect if you need to be close to the pasqua hospital, but otherwise it is quite an inconvenient location
- Judie (10/5): - The rooms were terrific! They are very spacious and it was wonderful to have a kitchen in each room. Walking to the stadium was so easy and the staff were very courteous!
- Constance (9/5): Great stay in a large room with my own kitchen - Friendly staff and great location close to the airport Nothing!
- Daniel (8/5): - Front counter lady was very distracted while checking me in, I felt rushed...I will say they were hosting some sort of tournament so I understand the distraction. However I also payed money to stay here so I would have like abit better service. Also the people making the food at the continental breakfast where very grumpy, again I understand it was busy but thats food service for you, everyone is alot happier seeing a smile...Otherwise the room was very nice and accomodating for my 4 kids. The rooms coffee maker and water kettle had water still in them from the previous tenant..made me wonder how clean things really where. I will say everything else looked clean. Check out was smooth.
- Kelly (10/5): We enjoyed ourselves very much. - Loved the breakfast and the space. Also enjoyed the pool and the speedy elevators. Nothing

- Janine (10/5): Great place to stay in - It was a good nice and quiet stay, the suite was beautiful and more than expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
- Lloyd (10/5): The room - Love the room and cleanliness of the hotel We found that the price is a little steep
- Jenelle (8/5): - Comfortable beds, clean rooms.
Quick check in.
- michellecV3476OI (2/5): Most disgusting hotel experience of my life!! - MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
Have you ever dreamed of getting to plunge a hotel toilet and shower, after they begin backing up on you while you are in the shower!! Residence Inn is the place for you!
Absolutely appalling situation with zero customer service. The third night of our stay. Getting ready for bed and the shower begins to back up with lord knows what. Not just water! The toilet is over flowing with what appears to just be water and sink is backing up. Turn everything off and call the front. They staff comes up and hands me a used plunger in a plastic bag and leaves! I make them come and see the flooding situation they have. They have no maintenance staff on so their answer is to let the customer deal with their faulty drainage system and simply walk away!
They claim they will see if there is another room.
So 40 minutes of plunging a backing up shower and toilet with water all over and standing in who knows what!! I have the water no longer over flowing. I call the front and the terrible staff member says I am making you a key card. Apparently this took her that long to find a room. Garbage! It is now 11:32 and my kid who has to be at the rink at 745 is asleep.
There is so many things that are wrong here. Staff should have been calling an emergency plumber in. But no lets let the guest deal with it! The staff had NO concern to the safety hazards for myself, my daughter and the tenants below! They were completely content with letting the downstairs guests to wake up to toilet water running down their walls!
I clean the water and use lysol wipes on myself as I have been standing in possible crap for the evening and can't risk taking another shower.
Next morning ask for a manager. Apparently managers and maintenance staff do not work weekends! I am told I will get a phone call. No call. I call them at 1. I am given one over priced night are fund! One night for being your emergency maintenance man or call out plumber to stand in crap and clean your hotel to prevent further damage!
The absolute worst staff one could imagine! How is handing a customer a plunger the appropriate response to a flood EVER!!!!
- Renata (8/5): - The parking was limited
