• Lemaire (8/5): Muy buena opción. Genial instalaciones. Pequeño problema en checkin. - Todo, menos un problema que me ocurrió en el check in. La manera del check in. Me explico, el método de autocheckin es muy bueno y cómodo. ¿Qué problema me encontré? Que la habitación se había reservado para dos personas, y viajaba yo solo. Cuando completé mis datos, no me dejaba obtener la tarjeta de la habitación, hasta no meter los datos de la segunda persona. No hay forma de saltar ese paso. Llame al número de teléfono, y sale una centralita que no me resolvió absolutamente nada. Solución… meter los datos de mi novia, que no viajo, ni se hospedó conmigo. No encontré otra forma, al no haber nadie en recepción, ni teléfono que te lo cogiera una persona física.

Le personnel a été très serviable et la chambre impeccable pendant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est varié. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et le point idéal pour visiter le nord et la côte ouest. Nous recommandons cet hôtel excellent rapport qualité /prix

• Andreas (2/5): Wenn die Fugen im Bad erst mal renoviert sind kann man das Hotel im Preis Leistungsvergleich echt gut empfehlen - Die Lage am Yachthafen ist sehr schön Wirklich sehr schön ruhig und dennoch ist man direkt am Boulevard/Geschäften und Restaurants 👍👍 Ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden Das Zimmer ist groß und hell Leider sind beide Matratzen sehr durchgelegen und man wacht definitiv mit Rückenschmerzen auf. Das Badezimmer insbesondere die Duschkabine muss dringend renoviert werden weil die Fugen sehr schimmelig sind. Dann gab es immer wieder Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung. Die Pumpe fällt wohl immer wieder aus und es gibt dann kein Wasser. Da war man sehr bemüht Abhilfe zu schaffen! I also booked this room as it has a hot tub. But, there was no privacy, as we were looking straight into an apartment building. I think the price was much too high. We stayed in some of the best hotels in the rest of Majorca for the same price
• Siwoń (3/5): - Die Personell war nett Wir haben ein Hotelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon gebucht. Leider befand sich das Zimmer direkt neben dem Serverraum, weshalb wir zwei Nächte lang nicht schlafen konnten. Danach wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer ohne Balkon und Meerblick, aber ohne Lärm, angeboten. Später hatten wir erneut ein Problem: Ein Granel ist in die Klimaanlage geflogen, was wieder zu einer schlaflosen Nacht führte. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Als Entschädigung dafür haben wir ein kostenloses Frühstück erhalten. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat versucht, uns zu helfen. Aber all diese Unannehmlichkeiten auf einmal können weder durch ein Frühstück noch durch eine freundliche Rezeptionistin wettgemacht werden.

• Katharina (10/5): Klein & fein, sehr zu empfehlen! - Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage ist direkt am Hafen, daher muss man ein paar Meter zum Strand ins Innere gehen. Der Strand ist nicht allzu breit. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, daher waren wir sehr flexibel. Kleines Hotel mit ca.20 Zimmer. Self-Checkin hat hervorragend geklappt, alles gut erklärt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit ganz viel Liebe zubereitet, sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich! Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, würde ich auch jedem empfehlen, da man sonst in ein Innenhof guckt. Ist zwar okay, aber nicht sehenswert. Keine Beanstandungen! Was uns jedoch gefehlt hat, ist ein Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon. Denn man hat immer nasse Handtücher oder Badesachen. Das hätte das ganze noch mehr aufgewertet, aber wirklich jemand auf dem Niveau.

• Krisztina (8/5): Schönes Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, tolle Aussicht. - Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, der Kaffee lecker, die Mitarbeiter aufmerksam und schauen, dass immer alles genügend vorhanden ist. Das Hotel hat viel Potenzial. Die Lage und die Aussicht auf die Bucht - ein Traum! Leider mangelt es an Sauberkeit. Auf dem Dach, neben dem Pool der Boden dreckig, auch im Flur teilweise. Schade. Der Pool ist zwar schön, aber nur 70 cm "tief", reicht gerade für eine kleine Abkühlung.

• Hannah (1/5): absoloute nightmare - bed missing,no bedding, door didnt shut or lock, no staff to help AVOID - we couldn't check in, nobody works at the hotel its just an atm machine, nobody picks up the emeregency contact number eventually a woman at the bar managed to help us get a room key, where we found the room which was damp, the door didnt close and there was only one bed not two and no bedding - noone to help or contact, we had to go get another additiional room elsewhere at 8pm on a Saturday evening ourselves. When I tried to complain the next day they didnot care or offer any kind of compensation. I also left an expensive item in the room which has apparently now disappeared. Terrible and upsetting service and experience

• Christian (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war klein aber frisch und lecker und die Ausstattung des Deluxe Zimemr mit Whirlpool etc war gut. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Matratzen waren etwas zu weich.
