Primero me dijeron que la habitacion no tenia agua, lo cual dije vale no hay problema, dormire igual. Luego me dijeron que ya habian alquilado la habitacion y no me dieron ninguna solucion, que me busque la vida. Sin dudas no lo recomiendo para que le pase a nadie mas. Excellent location, very close to the Blue Gate and the magnificent medina, which makes the city so magnetic! The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, some of them need replacing the furniture, but for a short stay the hotel is great. In the morning the restaurant serves a delicious breakfast, very close there is a wonderful restaurant for lunch, dinner and shops. Do not miss the evening to visit the Blue Gate and the wonderful market there, you will also find wonderful restaurants for dinner!
• vanderteles (2/5): Péssima estadia, foi a pior parte da viagem ao Marrocos! - Hello, I am writing to formally report a very unpleasant and distressing experience during my stay in Fez. I had a reservation at Riad Le Cèdre d’Argent. Upon arrival, Google Maps directed us to an unsafe and distant location, with no clear instructions provided by the riad on how to reach the property safely. As a result, we were approached by an unofficial guide who led us through uncomfortable and unsanitary alleys, creating a strong sense of insecurity. Due to this situation, we decided not to proceed with the stay at the riad. The same individual then took us to another hotel outside the medina, where we later discovered we were charged nearly double the regular nightly rate. The room conditions were unacceptable: extremely cold and humid, bathroom without proper shower enclosure, clogged drainage, and overall poor hygiene. When we expressed our intention to stay only one night and look for alternative accommodation the next day, the receptionist stated that we were forced to pay for all nights or none, which felt coercive and abusive. This sequence of events caused significant distress and financial loss and does not meet any reasonable standard of hospitality or consumer protection. I am requesting that this complaint be formally reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken, including reimbursement consideration. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Vander Teles

• Jihad (10/5): Très belle expérience - Hôtel traditionnel avec une décoration authentique qui reflète parfaitement le charme de Fès. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont très propres et bien entretenus. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider, avec un service de grande qualité. La nourriture est délicieuse, surtout le petit-déjeuner qui est varié et préparé avec des produits frais. L’ambiance est calme et agréable, idéale pour se reposer et profiter du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

• Herling (4/5): Not recommending - We chose the hotel beacuse it advertises free parking lots. No such thing, had to park on the street and paid to the locals. Admin asked 4€ for the city tax, that I paid with bigger banknote. Never got the exhange money back from her. She looked me in the eyes many times as I was passing her coming and going to/from hotel, nothing. When checking out she was simply missing. Breakfast was lacking of options and was very plain. Choose something else for Your stay.

Staff managed to keep a parking spot for our car right outside the hotel. Breakfast was rich, tasty and varied. No lift in the property (staff helped us carry the suitcases). In our room, the dresser drawers were broken. There was no safe in the room.

The service was disappointing; the man at the reception was not welcoming, and during breakfast, he served other guests first, even though I had arrived before them. L emplacement donnant sur une rue très bruyante! A fuir !!! publicité mensongère Les photos sur le site sont fausses! Pas de frigo dans la chambre alors qu il fait 39 degrés !!!! Vu l état de la chambre cela ne méritait pas le prix que j’ai payé !!! La chambre était sale à notre arrivée avec de la poussière sur la chaise et sur les tapis. Et la douche est un coin avec un robinet!!!

The linens were very old and ragged, the pillows dirty and flat, the bed hard as rock, no lamps. Breakfast was inedible and the restaurant menu was not appetizing; coffee had to be brought from another shop. There were no toiletries, only a small piece of soap. The bathroom had a very loud fan, had no robes, and no hand towels; bath towels were ragged. The shower didn't drain well and was not clean, there were no shower curtains or bath mats, and definitely no robes. The "terrace" was also very outdated. Positive things: the staff was kind and courteous, the room had a television and wifi access.

• 331jihadr (10/5): A Peaceful and Pleasant Stay in the Heart of Fes - I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blue Sky in Fes! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and great location close to the city’s main attractions. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the rooftop view, which was absolutely stunning. Everything was well-organized and made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone visiting Fes!

Everything was great. I am pretty sure if I would ask, I could get everything from the staff, to make our stay comfortable. But I didn’t ask and there were no kettle for tea and no cups, but I asked for the glasses and it was provided.

Air conditioning worked well. Wi-Fi is excellent. Not as advertised. On Booking.com it says that the hotel provides free toiletries, towels and a wardrobe. None of these were in the room or available. Also only about a third of a toilet roll and no more. Also very strangely the toilet roll holder is in the shower! Not even some hand soap provided, which I would consider absolutely basic. Toilet seat does not fit properly and the bed is the hardest I have ever come across.

• Takumi (10/5): - 1泊の予定が2泊することに。 メディナにとても近く、隣には美味しくて人気のCinema Cafe(tacosオススメ👍)、すぐ近くにはハヌート(小さい商店)があります。 タクシーはホテル前まで来ることは出来ますが、その先の道が細かったりするので、ホテルすぐ近くのロンポワンで降ろしてもらうとタクシーも嫌がりません。 メディナの中の宿に行くには車が入れないので、基本歩きです。道もボコボコなので特に大きなキャリーケースは移動が大変です。そういった経験があるので今回はブルースカイさんを選びました。 結果は大正解！とても便利な場所です。 また部屋にはエアコンがあるので夏でも超快適です。 各部屋にシャワーがあるので時間を気にせず入れますが、シャワールームの設計がよくないため水が変に溜まります(モロッコではよくあることなので、普通のことですが) スタッフは全員とても優しくて大満足でした！みんな働き者です。 次くる機会があったら、またここに泊まろうと思います。 agodaやbooking.comにするより、受付で支払う方が安かったです。

Most of their stuff had nuts and flies. I have never left a breakfast that quick in 27 countries that I’ve been too. They never cleaned my room. Room smelt of drain. No lighting in the room. Male Hotel receptionist is not friendly at all and is always moody. He responds to your questions in a rude manner. However Houda was great and always smiled!

It is very very close to the Medina. We did not have breakfast so can not comment on that. Wifi was great. It is very loud - you can hear outside and the neighbouring rooms like it is in your room. If you are a light sleeper it might be hard to sleep here.

Hotel also offers transportation, hammam service etc. For a fee. Toilet seat needed replacing but was not a big deal.
• Mats (8/5): very good for a stay of 4 nights or less - nice big and fresh breakfast, not a buffet but a set menu. There is a rooftop however it didn't look "open", no staff, no lights, etc.
