(eine Tablette lag unter dem Schreibtisch 7 Tage lang) Akzeptables Gym, aber es fehlen 2 Geräte für Beintraining ; Beinstrecker & Beinbeuger

Camera curată, destul de spațioasă, baie bine dotată și curată, moderna; zona foarte liniștită- izolare fonică foarte bună a camerei; magazine în apropierea hotelului, aproape de stația de metrou, autobuz; parcare în fața hotelului; mic dejun generos- pentru toate gusturile; personal amabil! -

• GBCheesehead (10/5): Great Hotel Great Staff - I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for five nights this week. The location is great, being in a residential neighborhood it was very quiet. Right out the front door was a small mall with many restaurants and shops available. The staff here went above and beyond to make my stay a great one! The manager, Adem, was incredible! When I had difficulty making change at the ATM or the bank, he personally took me to the bank and helped me make the transaction. The team here should be commended for making guests feel very much at home. Awesome thorough breakfast every morning! Comfortable rooms. I would encourage anyone to stay here!

• CraigW9 (8/5): What you would expect for a Hampton by Hilton - The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. It was a good location to be able to get a 15-20 minute taxi ride into the main city and only 10 minutes to the trade fair centre. Staff polite enough at check in, rooms available for check in from 3pm. There’s a bar area that’s sells drinks and snacks although there are shops next door which charge half the price so I used them instead. A good enough fitness room with treadmills etc on site. Rooms are what you would expect for a Hampton. Comfortable and clean. Decent enough bathroom if slightly dated. All in all it’s good value for money at £185 for 3 nights.

• Романова (10/5): - Отличный отель с очень удобным расположением. Рядом есть магазины, кафе и рестораны — всё необходимое буквально в шаговой доступности. До моря идти недалеко, прогулка приятная. Персонал просто супер — внимательные, доброжелательные, всегда готовы помочь. В отеле чисто, аккуратно и очень уютно, по-домашнему комфортно. Остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё.

• STERGIOS (10/5): Πολυ καλη - Απο τα καλυτερα πρωινα στην Πολη και η τοποθεσια γενικα σε καλο μερος 20 λεπτα προς το κεντρο (Eminonou) με το αυτοκινητο και σχετικα κοντα σε σιδηροδρομο και metrobus. Παρα πολυ ησυχο μερος , δεν ενοχλει καθολου η κινηση της πολης , ουτε την καταλαβαινει κανεις. Οποιος επιλεγει ευρωπαικη τουρκια και το παραλιακο ευρωπαικο κομματι του Μαρμαρα μπορει αφοβα να επιλεξει το συγκεκριμενο ξενοδοχειο. Καλυτερη τιμη δωματιων,

• 692anyas (2/5): THE WORST service EVER - My family and I wanted to book 2 rooms with TWO people in each room. When we confirmed the booking, we received a notification that 2 rooms had been booked and that only ONE person could stay in each room. When we contacted the manager, NOTHING changed. We continued to receive messages stating that they would resolve the issue soon, but they constantly transferred our contact to other managers who were NOT interested in solving the problem and kept asking the SAME questions. Instead of resolving the issue, we were IGNORED. We strongly advise AGAINST booking rooms at this hotel. You will WASTE both your MONEY and your NERVES. HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING!
• C8361WR_ (2/5): i'm crying - Short and honest — I do not recommend this hotel. The booking process is confusing and unclear. They promise a room and take payment, but at check in there are errors in their system that staff refuse to correct. My money was taken and I ended up with nothing. There was no apology and no effort to resolve the situation. Based on my experience the service and accountability are non existent.
• Voyager63396998442 (2/5): Terrible Experience – Wrong Booking Confirmation and Poor Customer Service - I booked **two rooms for four people** for two nights via Trip.com, but the hotel sent a confirmation for **two rooms for only one person each**. Despite providing proof of payment and the correct booking details, the hotel refuses to acknowledge the mistake and insists that only two people can stay. This is completely unacceptable. The reservation was clearly made for four guests, and the payment reflects that. The hotel's unwillingness to fix their error has caused unnecessary stress and could ruin our trip. **Avoid this place** if you want reliable service. I will never book here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay. I will definitely come back! I honestly can't think of a single thing I didn't like – the entire experience was exceptional.

I was promised a refund for the unused nights, but more than 2 months later, I have not received anything. Multiple messages were ignored, and hotel staff were rude and unprofessional when contacted by phone. As a loyal Hilton guest, I’m very disappointed with how this was handled.

Despite numerous follow-ups, including phone calls and a detailed email sent two weeks ago, I received no response. Additionally, I had outlined specific requests for my check-in, but unfortunately, these were completely ignored, showcasing a lack of professionalism and respect.
