• Malloree (10/5): I would 100% stay here again! - Helpful kind clean and comfortable beds! Not a dislike per say but I am curious as to why hallways and lobby areas near elevators are very hot/muggy but rooms are very cool and pleasant
• Lindsey (9/5): Would stay and enjoy the beds and breakfast again! - Breakfast was great (extra points for real silverware and plates instead of paper!), staff were friendly, beds were very comfy, window shade actually covered the whole window and blocked out the sun, which is a big plus for me as a light sleeper. Room was quiet. Bathrooms (at least the one in my room) very small and cramped. WiFi was iffy. There seemed to be both a thermostat and a separate AC unit, which was kind of confusing - I’m not sure the thermostat actually did anything, but the AC unit itself did work fine
• Sandra (9/5): Very disappointed - I killed 2 roaches in the room when I first went in. The hotel never e mailed my receipt then proceeded to charge my credit card the wrong amount ! I don't expect to kill roaches when I stay at a hotel

• Barbara (9/5): Enjoyed our stay, hotel had a very nice updated lobby with friendly staff and very comfortable clean rooms. - We were greeted with a smile as we walked into the hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. Easy access off the freeway. The fee we were charged for the dog.

• wendell (5/5): Average at best. - Friendly and courteous and helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast. Nicely decorated for Christmas. The room cleanliness was a question. Shower was not clean. The first dish we picked up to use was dirty. The room, in general, did not feel or smell clean. The phone in the room didn’t work. I had to go ti the front desk three times, first to get towels, then wash cloths then soap.

• Cheryll (5/5): Not worth the stop nor the money. - Staff was great, friendly, and helpful. That's really the only thing I found positive, besides having a bed to sleep in. Cleanliness needs improvement. Didn't use the shower/tub because it didn't look clean. Furniture looked like it had either never been cleaned or not in a long while. "Breakfast" was nothing but a small selection of sad looking, from-a-freezer, unhealthy options and cereal, which I did not eat.

• Terri (4/5): - It wasn't very clean, found bug in dish drawer. The tv had white dots all along the left side of the screen. Bed was ok but not that comfortable. Breakfast was an english muffin egg sandwich that was obviously microwaved and tasted awful. The orange juice was warm.
• Wanda (7/5): My stay started off rocky. The shower head in the bathroom had a steady leak, and the trash in the kitchen was not remov - The property was conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. The lobby area was very inviting and peaceful. I didn’t like the breakfast ended so early.
• Reginald (10/5): It was a nice stay. - The staff was nice and the breakfast was decent. It was different everyday. The only negative was I had a 2 year old with me and there was no tub. It needs to be more child friendly in that aspect.
• John (9/5): loved the location, the room but TV choices limted - location and room amenities check in could have been smoother, little help from staff regarding Booking.com reservation prepayment. Also TV has few channel choices. The check in staff should be trained to assist cutomers and not state that their credit card had been rejected when the stay had been prepaid thru Booking.com because she did not want to recognize the discount provided by Bokking.com

• Britney (6/5): Occupied Room - When we checked in they gave us keys to a room occupied. I'm glad no one was there. Suitcases and stuff was in there..We went back to desk and they apologized but it was scary because these days people are crazy!

• shermette (8/5): - for breakfast, the juice machine was broken. I had to ask the front desk for a bottle of water. The decaf coffee was cold. They could at least have some sausages or bacon for breakfast in the room. The bed was hard, the showerhead things at the bottom of the shower that could not be removed and in the corners of the shower inside you can see a little mole other than that the room was spacious and they had all the amenities and the staff was great.
• michael (4/5): Avoid room 411 - It appears someone had slept in our bed as the sheets were not made under the comforter. Air conditioner in room 411 is extremely loud when compressor kicks on.

• Scenic14638381218 (6/5): Good breakfast but not clean - The breakfast was probably the best breakfasts of all the Hilton brands I have stayed at but the place was not the cleanest. We were there Friday- Monday. The room was never cleaned, even though they post the room will be cleaned every other day. Someone spilled soda on Sunday afternoon, walked from the pool, to the lobby and up to the 2nd floor where our room was. When we left Monday around 10am, the floor was still sticky and full of footprints. They did post a wet floor sign but the floor was never mopped up. The refrigerator didn't keep anything cold. We had to throw out the food we had in the fridge. We won't stay there again.
