- Evans (3/5): Won’t stay again, we will find another hotel in Pratt to stay in. - It was on our way We stayed here in January and at that time the one elevator was not working, it still hadn’t been repaired as of yet in the end of April. Did not get any sleep due to the people above us walking loudly and what I would describe as jumping on the beds and furniture until around 3:00am. Went down for breakfast at approximately 6:15 and there were no forks, sausage gravy was lukewarm, there was no regular coffee and no one around to speak to about the issues. When we checked in there were two men who had been assigned a room that already had people staying in it and they walked in on them. We were only given one room key.

- Rona (10/5): Had a great relaxing time. - The breakfast was great my husband had the eggs he said they were delicious, the staff was helpful and friendly, The pool was wonderful, but we were there when some swim lessons were happening, we were afraid we would bother them but the teacher was very kind to let us know that we wouldn't be a bother. the swim teacher was great by the way.

- Chris (8/5): It was clean and good location. - It was ok. We really wanted waffles but they were out of mix. Other food was ok but ran out and had to wait on fresh ones. Our door wouldn’t lock. So we were asked to change rooms. Get to new room and keys don’t work because battery dead in door lock or something. Then get moved to third floor. It’s our last night and we only get 5 hours before we leave for flights. Should have been compensation for all that!

- Jill (9/5): perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations - Excellent accommodation, especially for the price - the beds were clean and comfortable, the young man who checked us in was helpful and moved us to a ground floor at the last minute, the rooms were quiet and well maintained, and the location was convenient for walking our dog. I would stay here again for sure. The only minor issues were how much water we had to waste waiting for the hot water to come, and the morning coffee was not great.

The room was large & had obviously been upgraded with furniture & amenities (dispensers, etc.). The breakfast was promptly ready at 6 a.m. and it was hot, delicious, and had a good variety. We had no complaints. We normally prefer separated bathrooms (shower/sink area),& at some point the carpet will need to be replaced. But again, these are not complaints - we were both very happy & impressed by this hotel & looked forward to submitting a great survey for you!!

Somente o Wi-Fi que não funcionava bem. A academia tinha esteiras bem novinhas. Usava de manhã para correr. Mas tem pouquíssimos aparelhos, somente halteres. Eu ficaria lá novamente. O café da manhã é bom. Não tem muita opção. Sucrilhos, leite, ovo, linguiça, pão, iogurte, suco de maçã e laranja, waffle. Mas não tem fruta. Os funcionários bem educados e nós atenderam em tudo que pedimos. Muito satisfeita com o trabalho deles. O Wi-Fi não estava bom. Desconectava o tempo todo. O sinal era bem fraco.
- Kody (7/5): It was okay, but definitely not what I had hoped for. I would say, "you get what you pay for". - Overall, it was an acceptable place to stay. The room was clean! We didn't have any mechanical issues other than the lock on the door. However, there were enough other locks to make up for it. The pillows were very thin and small. It would have been nice to have king-size pillows for a king-size bed. The coffee at breakfast tasted like water. The breakfast was less than what would have been expected. There was not a breakfast attendant, therefore many things ran out or were nonexistent. Eventuallly the front desk person brought out butter and filled some things that had run out, but it was too late by that time. We had already "made due".

- LaDonna (4/5): I will not be staying at Quality Inn the next time I'm in Pratt. - The evening staff was friendly. I think I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The bed felt like plywood with a mattress cover. The pillows were there, but so thin they might as well not have been. You could tell the carpet tiles had been replaced but were not glued down properly. All of the edges curled up causing a potential trip hazard. The wallpaper in the hallways was peeled back at each seem and the floors were dirty. The coffee was out at breakfast and when I asked the woman at the desk if she could make more, she argued with me saying, "No, there's coffee in there. I just checked." When she walked over to the breakfast area, she reluctantly she made more, but it was very weak with no flavor. The breakfast food choice was limited, and it did not look fresh. I opted to forgo eating there. There was a foul smell in the lobby when I first arrived and that should have been my sign, but I tried not to judge the whole stay by one moment. While Quality Inn was reasonably priced and conveniently located to the business I would be attending to that day, I feel I could have paid much less at other hotels in the area for the experience I received.

Carpet squares were not sticking to the floor, room smells musty, chair was partially broken, when moving the chair it would move the carpet squares underneath.

- Melissa (4/5): - The lock didn't work on our door. Requested a room with a working lock. Person working came and checked to make sure the lock really didn't work. Deadbolt like lock still didn't work for him, but the flap to keep the door open did. Was told that would be fine to keep the door locked. Asked again for a room with a functioning lock. Was given key to a new room. The new room had dirty towels on the bathroom, and the bed did not appear to have been touched. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. We requested our money back and went to another hotel. Had previously stayed when owned by flag point, quality inn was lacking in quality.

- cherl (4/5): Very disappointed - When i got there for check-in and after paid he asked if i had dog i said yesterday but when i booked didn't say anything about extra charges so i had pay 25.00 out of pocket cash for my dog. And got very dirty stained up room and was told these are our rooms for pet owners.and rug was coming up trip couple times they didn't not give me extra towels we stayed 2 days then he pointed we only do housekeeping on Tuesday they never cleaned our room we had to dump our trash. breakfast was like supper foods only had dry eggs polish sausage and potatoes with bell peppers and bread and waffle machine..very disappointed in our stay there for price i paid. Name on motel didn't match the app .

- Kimberly (8/5): A pleasant stay - The front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in process was quick and easy. We had a kingsize bed that was super comfortable. Our room was clean. Nice shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits with sausage gravy, shredded cheese, waffles, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice and coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stains on the furniture and carpet, bathroom was dirty with long hairs stuck to the walls. The bedding was CLEAN so that was a plus!! I only to my shoes off to hop into bed and shower and would only touch the white sheets. The room just left an icky feel on you....needs a good cleaning and update!!! Never swam but the pool had a green tint to it. Next time I will pay more for a better hotel!
