- Ashma (10/5): HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CABIN!! - We stayed in the cabin at this beautiful property and it was EXQUISITE!! We had our own butler available to us 24/7. The staff is kind and helpful and they take you to and from the hotel with no issues. The cabin is spacious, really well made (just the right amount of outlets everywhere), the hot tub area is fantastic, the cooling is perfect, the bathroom is gorgeous - I could go on!!

The cabin has a spacious jacuzzi, and they provide coffee, water, and excellent service. There are museums, a restaurant, ziplining, and if you stay at Santo Cielo you can access their hotel pools. They have a beautiful relaxing spa for an extra cost but its definitely something amazing.I highly recommend this place for a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure!

Only downside is that check in is a mess, couldn’t find the office and we were driving around all over the Uber unable to clearly find it which was frustrating. Wish it was better indicated. Also our AC wasn’t working. You essentially need an atv driver to drive you everywhere since rooms are so secluded and far from everything but they are on top of it so you just need to call reception when you need to go somewhere.

- Mariela (8/5): Great place to atay and chill - The stay was really relaxing, the cabin was extremely comfortable and chill. The cleaning was great and my favorite part was the Hot Tub. It is hot all the time and it had seating for extra comfort. Also the shower had an amazing view of the forest. I think of it as glamping at its finest! Also they have a museum by the restaurant and a small park to walk around that really makes it good. Def worth staying in! Service was great, even though they didn’t had communication about some stuff like the restaurant hours overall we got treated really nice!

You first need to go to Hotel Casa Santo Domingo for check in, then you need to go to a different parking lot and last they take you with a small car to the place. The actual place is wonderful and separated from the rest, with independent area which includes a deck and a jacuzzi. The only problem I had is that the hotel was not giving me the Camper I had reserved and paid for, and after some beach and forward the provided me something similar but still smaller than what I reserved. The rest of the experience was good.
