• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap but better at the price - Cheap rooms but there are several better ones around for the same price. Annoying check with lots of paperwork to sign. Very thin walls so pick up the noise outside. Clean but very old rooms and bedding. Several floors but no lift. The hotel has a new and old building a few side streets apart which is confusing when try to find it. Make sure you know which you need. On the plus side, is cheap and reasonably clean.

• pattharawatw (2/5): Bad reception experience ever! - I’m a fan of B2 Chiang Mai Airport both wing A and B depending on the booking period. For this time, I selected wing A for my booking. The receptionist was not service-minded and unprofessional. I’m not sure that checking-out guest can ask for a bottle of water or not. She aggressively stared at me and told me bluntly for 10 THB. If you asked for it, you had to buy it. Actually, I could buy it. However, your receptionist’s attitude and manner was so negative towards me as if I’m a demanding guest even I asked her politely. If you have a clear policy to sell, you have numerous ways to inform your guests for this kind of situation. Please do not show your unprofessional attitude clearly through your voice and tone. Your customer can feel it and it’s really rude. In summary, I think this receptionist should learn more about service-minded manner issue again. Cashier’s name on the bill is Nanticha. I won’t select wing A for my travel again.

This is the more quality of the two Airport B2's - hate to see the other one!! Bery NOISY - from customers inside hotel and cars and motorbikes outside. Never hears one Airoplanes. Bathroom was disgusting, shower and sink did not drain away fast. Sewer smells wafting into bedrooms all night long. NEVER stay here again

Badly I booked the wrong one I got old building. Old building have no elevator. Location is also inside a sub-street then better for travelers who have car. However if jus a short time to get a nap or budget trip then this is the not too bad choice to stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - For a solo traveler, I was greatly appreciated hospitality of the B2 hotel staff and loved its location. Nestled in between the local airport and less than 10 minutes from the city center, traveling in and around Chiang Mai from this clean, comfortable hotel was incredibly convenient. My room was in a separate building in a calm, quiet neighborhood just down the street, and while the main lobby offered a complimentary cart service to and from the location, the walk is short and you get to enjoy a bit of calm away from the bustle of the markets and temples.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - I stayed 2 nights (stay for business - back to the hotel arond 10 pm and go out at 7 am) and I think overall its OK (to stay in short time/period) There are 2 wings of building but have a bit long distance (~300 m) and long way (~500 m) from the main road but it has a convenient store to buy stuffs. I lived in new zone but it far and facilities are quite old and not cleanliness as well.

• 452patricks (8/5): A small airport - The B2 Airport is small and viewable. We landed here and looked for a cab. The prices were more or less the same and you can choose between 2 companies. Inside the airport you find some smaller shops and restaurants.

• vitsaruta (8/5): Good service - Stay with my mom and dad. Staff offer us to change room to 1st floor which good for us (elder people). Pros: -good staff with servicemind. -cleanliness -good location. Cons: -small and hard to notice of hotel sign from main road. We passover the hotel and require long u-turn.
• GLOUNG (6/5): Good for budget stay & close to airport - Just 5 mins away from the Airport, only 17-20USD for a room but got to say that if you are planning for your entire stay, wishing to visit the city then you need to spare some more money (200BAHT per one way) for the Red Car or taxi because there's a quite of distance, maybe 10-15 mins? If you are going to Airport in the early morning, it will be charged max. 200BAHT. Better book in advance because the location of this hotel isn't on the main road, even during the day time wasn't that easy to find one unless you ask hotel to order for you. And found it quite common that International adapter is not available in any B&B/ Guest house..so better bring one before you come to Chiang Mai!
• 452patricks (4/5): A hotel in a good locafion - We checked here in for one night. The greeting was nice and friendly but our room wasn't so clean. The bathroom was really small and the tv had a small choice of channels. For one night it is ok, but not for longer

• chatchawan2016 (8/5): Cheap price, nice service - The hotel location near Airport, you can only 550 + per room night. There are lots B2 hotels in Chiang Mai. Almost all are similar design but different location, free wifi for both in room and lobby. Staffs are Thai and speak little English.

• Come2Thailand (6/5): Save your budget - Good for the one who want to control budget in Chiangmai city in north of Thaialnd. The room charge you around 20US$ a night. Location is a bit out town. If you drive on your own, here is the fine one. You can reach any of interesting place in town within 15-20 minutes They provided car park. But if you don't drive, this location may troubled you for the come and go The room is quite big with air condition, 24" flat TV, hot water showering. If you love to have coffee/tea in your room, this hotel is not the right one They do not provide a water boiler in room. If you need a hot water, you have to ask from reception counter No restaurant . Free wifi in room is pretty fast The bed sheet, blanket, towels were look too old... Anyway, it's fair for the room price they charged.... For the budget, I do have a chance to choose this one to come back again.
• JimmyLovesJazz (8/5): One of the Great Value Budget Hotel in Chiang Mai - I had a short stay at the B2 Airport Hotel in Chiang Mai in Mid August. The hotel is situated in the small alley after 8 minutes drive from the airport - clear signage and easy to find. The hotel staffs are very helpful, serviced mind and efficient. My room was well equipped - bed and pillows were comfortable whilst wifi was strong. Importantly, no noise from the road so that I a good deep sleep there. Comparing with its room rate, this hotel is beyond my expectation.
• jenso7 (6/5): Affordable close to airport - I stayed here for one night when my flight was late and it was a decent budget hotel. Kinda depressing interior with grey everywhere but it was cheap. Do remember however to negotiate taxi price with the reception desk if you ask them to arrange a cab! I didn't and when the driver came he wanted 200 baht for a 4km ride as that is what the reception lady had agreed upon (which she had, without informing me). Lessons learned!
• d3idrick9791 (6/5): Reasonable place - The only complaint I had about the place is the shower head water pressure! It was slow... painfully weak... and to toggle between cold, warm and scalding hot water temperatures was like trying to crack a safe simply by turning the knob ever so slightly to the left or to the right just to stay alive. Otherwise, like the other B2 hotel chains, the room was spacious and generous indeed for two people. Decent value for money indeed! And not far away from Central Chiang Mai Airport and Robinson.
• LostGirl79 (6/5): Ok for one night - I spent one night at the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and quite big. The place is ok, if you just want to spent the night there, the airport is not far and there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. But the service is not ok at all. When I arrived, there was no water, so I couldn't shower or even wash my hands, I asked what happend, they told me the water will be back in the evening. Indeed, there was some water running from the tab later, but it was realy dirty, so I used the small free water bottels for brushing my teeth. At the next morning, while I was checking out, they wanted to charge me for this extra water bottle, because I used two of them and not one - one per person is free - no word of the water problem the night before. I had to argue with them and left the hotel very angry. That is not a way to treat your guests and just unnecessary and unfair.
• Banlue (10/5): Good basic hotel. - This hotel is a basic and clean hotel with no food service. The hotel itself sells some frozen food with a microwave oven available in the lobby. The room is clean and equipped with a TV, a fridge but has no hair dryer. It's fairly well decorated. Towels were rather old but properly cleaned. It's not bad for the price (I paid 590 THB for a night) although it may be inconvenient if you don't have a car.
• ManeerathW (10/5): B2 Airport - I've been to this hotel before but I think this time its cleaner. It seems they renovated this branch. Good one. Room are small but clean. Staffs are less but welcome face. No breakfast which is little difficult but not a big deal so can manage. Location is so so, more convenient if you have car.
