- Tania (6/5): - It was just okay. The front desk staff on Saturday evening was not friendly AT ALL, in fact, he was quite rude and made feel bad for booking on Expedia. The room (suite) was severely outdated. Linens were clean but not one mirror was properly clean. Breakfast was adequate and the front desk lady on Sunday was very friendly and tended to buffet well.

- Amanda (10/5): - This hotel was easy to find, the rooms were exceptionally clean, staff were delightfully friendly, and the area was quiet. It's close to railroad tracks, but we never heard the trains going through during the night. Breakfast had a great selection of muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, and beverages. We will absolutely stay here again if we need to stay in Parry Sound in the future.

- Donna (8/5): - Above average hotel. Clean. Close to downtown and Island Queen - highly recommend their cruise. Staff were friendly . Includes breakfast in comfortable dining area. Room needed more outlets for tech devices - none were close to the bed. Consider Bringing an extension cord. Lots of pillows but none were comfortable.
- Pam (8/5): - Location is great, very close to restaurants and stores. Just a short drive to the waterfront to catch the cruise. Front desk was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean but we did notice some disrepair around the hotel. Our thermostat (AC) was stuck on the lowest setting and any time we tried to change it an hour later it would revert back to freezing. The elevator wasn't functioning correctly and we were nervous to use it. We also heard other guests mentioning that they were nervous to use the elevator. Breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to other hotels, but we grabbed a muffin and a coffee to hold us over each morning.

- Thomas (10/5): Heritage Canadians will be pleased - So amazing to be at a place not staff by newcomers from India! Staff were amazing and appeared to be heritage Canadians - ones who made Canada notorious for being friendly, not some kinda "post-national" LMIA workforce. Grounds, lobby, hallway and rooms are in impeccable condition. One of the best places I have stayed in ever.

- Ruth (8/5): - The staffer who greeted us at reception was extremely friendly and professional. Even gave our dog a treat. The room was spacious and spotless, and right by the side door so we didn’t have to take our dog through reception. There is a lovely little area outside with picnic tables and Algonquin chairs, and parking is spacious. Near fast food restaurants, grocery stores and Walmart. There is also a 24-hour coffee/apple cider/hot chocolate station. The only downside for us was the breakfast. It was very basic: bagels, toast, fruit, prepackaged muffins, cereal and yogurt. That’s about it. That may very well be plenty for other folks, but we have been spoiled for waffle makers and hot options from other hotels that offer breakfast. Then again, this hotel was cheaper, so definitely not a deal breaker. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): We always stay here - We have family in Parry Sound, so go up there about twice a year and always stay here. While the room decor is a little dated, it's always clean and comfortable. And the staff are wonderful and the main reason we keep coming back.

Through no fault of the hotel the people in the adjoining room had there phone alarm (not on vibrate) actually set loud on their phone for 4:30am 5am 6am & 7am, when I went to check out at 9am they had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on their door handle!!!! Really love ignorant people!!
