- Sergey (9/5): - Все замечательно, взяли большой номер за вменяемые деньги, для семьи самое то, дети в одной комнате, родители в другой. Два туалета, два душа, вид из окна во все стороны. Завтрак разнообразный, приличный, всегда можно взять что-то новое или привычную для себя еду. Яичницу или омлет готовят при вас по запросу. Номер чистый, уборка каждый день. Рядом множество точек питания, в том числе с русской кухней. Напротив прачечная самообслуживания, быстро и дешево. Магазин "Сапфир" в 5 минутах для покупки чего угодно. Отличная пекарня Sea Cake чуть ближе. Чистый пляж в 200 метрах. Линия вторая, так что еще и тихо. В общем, от отдыха ничего не отвлекало :)

Ребята на Решепсон улыбчивые, вежливые, прекрасные. Уборка каждый день. Спасибо девочкам из клининга. Быстро и слаженно делают свою работу. Спасибо работникам ресторана. Завтраки были вкусные. Мы не капризные. Если и видели какие-то недочёты, то это не важно, на фоне доброжелательности и гостеприимства. Всё супер.

- Влада (2/5): Если вы себя уважаете и у вас есть лишние 10 тыс рублей - найдите другой отель чуть дороже и приличнее, здесь просто деш - Единственный плюс - удобное расположение, рядом есть массаж, магазины, кафе Также хороший завтрак, есть много фруктов - спасибо, конечно, что нам предоставили детскую кроватку, это вроде бы плюс. Но! Она была сломана в месте где должна откидываться и неустойчива и в ней торчали металлические штыри! - персонал. Мы после выезда забыли удлинитель но и важный провод от устройства, спустя всего 2 часа с выезда я написала в отель, мне ответили «мы ничего не нашли». (Скрин прилагаю) Ну это совсем отвратительно) Помимо этого в последние 2 дня нашего проживания к нам 2 раза заходили в номер без нашего ведома в наше отсутствие! Сначала мы заметили это по открытой двери, затем у нас вытащили карточку которая включала электричество. Хорошо хоть ценности все в сейфе хранили! На рецепшн все приветливые, уборщицы все мрачные. - при заезде мы обнаружили что кровать шаталась и скрипела. Пришел ремонтник, полчаса ковырялся, в итоге подложил бумажку и сказал готово)))) Нас даже не переселили в другой номер, и в итоге кровать так и шаталась. - при заезде нам выдали всего 1 ключ карту. На наш резонный вопрос «а где вторая?» (номер двухместный, нас двое), нам выдали - не предусмотрена! Бред какой-то, то есть один человек лег спать, а второй в номер не попадет? Спустя 5 минут диалога нам все же выдали вторую карту, но взяли депозит 100 тыс! -постельное белье было с пятнами, туалетную бумагу ставили какие-то огрызки, полы грязные и лучше бы их вообще не мыли - уборщицы грязной вонючей тряпкой просто развозят грязь по полу - ну с таким сервисом и неудивительно что основной контингент отеля - орущие невоспитанные азиаты и русские, которые бухают на веранде и орут свои песни)

- Слюсарев (8/5): Топ за свои деньги - Завтраки были прекрасными, всегда были фрукты. Вопрос к разнообразию, если жить там, как мы, долго. Приветливый персонал, на просьбы откликающийся. Несмотря на правила, из зала и бассейна после 6 вечера не выгоняли xD Для нас фитнес зал весьма скудный и работающий где-то наполовину. Но мало кто приезжает в эту гостинницу заниматься спортом справедливости ради.

The view was very nice and the location was good. The walls are paper thin, and if your neighbour is watching TV, you will hear every detail. The breakfast is okay, but not very many quality protein choices. The gym is very dirty, and one of the two treadmills was not working. There was a large gap in my bathroom window, so it didn't close all the way.

- Ursini (6/5): - Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lage ist der gut, Strand gleich ums Eck und das Zentrum auch. Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht der Realität, Ausstattung etc. ist schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Klimaanlage, im Zimmer und im Frühstücksraum, gehört dringendst gewartet - diese stinkt sehr und sieht auch sehr verschmutzt aus. Das Hotel ist eher ein drei Sterne Hotel anstatt eines vier Sterne Hotels.

В номере всегда была горячая вода в ванной,неплохое расположение для остановки на недельку-две Понравился вид из номера на тихую улицу и горы Завтраки были не очень хорошие,скудные.думаю было бы лучше,если бы было меню,так как в данной гостинице слишком маленький шведский стол из которого нечего особо и выбрать,мой муж не ест свинину и поэтому каждый завтрак он ел просто яйца…

- Linh (8/5): Nhìn chung - Sạch sẽ. Có bể bơi và phòng gym. Mình được khách sạn xếp ở tầng 11 và 15 thì view thoáng, không bị chắn tầm nhìn. Vị trí gần biển (đi bộ 3 phút), cách trung tâm thành phố khoảng 2km, ngay khu nhiều khách du lịch nên tiện nghi xung quanh có đủ mà lại không ồn ào. Bữa sáng hơi ít món (nghe nhân viên giải thích là do đang thời điểm vắng khách nên bị cắt giảm), nhưng nhìn chung là ngon và khách sạn cũng thay đổi một số món mỗi ngày. Trong phòng có 2 ổ điện, ổ điện ở đầu giường là cái dùng nhiều nhất thì lỏng lẻo, không dùng được. Điện thoại trong phòng không dùng được. Огромный плюс !!! - Хорошее расположение отеля,рядом с отелем хороший массажный салон (Москва), кафе (Смак) Отель хороший,чистый . Завтраки на троечку . Постельное белье за 6ночей нам не меняли 🤷♀️ Не меняли постельное белье, плохо работает кухня. Приходили на завтрак к 8:30, все было пусто на тарелках, доложить не спешили
- Katerina (6/5): Мы сменили отель - Место, красивое с виду здание, на ресепшн персонал отзывчивый, вопросы в номере решали быстро. Это очень уставшая и немытая 4-ка, с виду красива. Номера тоже в основе неплохие. Но все зовется вымыть и починить и до оснастить, как было изначально: 1/при въезде в номер на полу липкое пятно, на столешнице тоже - я протирала поверхности, иначе было неприятно. 2/ сейф не работал, но быстро пришел сотрудник, починил. 3/ лампа над кроватью не работала. 4/ для сушки купальников везде нет сушки на балконе, и это странно для курорта. Стала развешивать на балконе - там тоже все в грязи, протирала, черное все. 5/ пришли на завтрак. Изначально хорошее пространство, панорамные окна - снова грязные ужасно (понятно, что дожди. Но мы были еще с двух отелях за время отпуска, такого не видели). 6/ в душевой нет полок для шампуни/мыла, хотя видно по дверкам в стенах, что они были. 7/ завтрак богат фруктами и хлебом, очень скудный. Вместо масла маргарин. Сын фанат Фо бо, сказал это не то вообще. 8/ стены везде в каких-то пятнах. Мы переехали в другой отель. Жаль, в базе мог бы б действительно хорошей 4-кой.

- Ekaterina (9/5): - Просторный двухкомнатный номер на 16 этаже. Месторасположение хорошее, до моря пройти 5 минут, магазины, кафе - всё рядом. Уборка хорошая и в номере было всегда чисто. Есть пляжные полотенца. Персонал на завтраке. Они еле живые, постоянно приходилось просить, что б донесли то чай и кофе, то фрукты. Почему-то кофе и чай здесь были всегда холодными, чуть тёплыми. Я говорила об этом, но оставили без внимания.

- Marko (5/5): Passable - The view from the room, the location, comfortable beds, beach towels The furniture is outdated, it's a shame there is no functioning bar on the rooftop next to the pool. It can be a bit noisy outside in the night and the balcony doors don't keep out the noise pretty well and are hard to move. When we arrived we entered into the room which was not cleaned.

The room we stayed in was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. They cleaned our room every day. There is a pool on the 17th floor with an amazing view of both the mountains and the beach. It’s conveniently within walking distance to the beach, and the area is very quiet and pleasant. - Jordan (8/5): Very good - Room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly. We were quite high up so didn’t have any issues with noise. The view from the rooftop was great. The gym advertised left something to be desired it didn’t have a fan or air con so just trapped the heat from the sun and the treadmill and spin bike didn’t work. Cleaning of the roof terrace would’ve been nice as peoples rubbish was just left.
- Ian (9/5): We really liked the hotel. Our Superior Double Room on Floor4 was quiet and spacious with lovely big comfortable bed. A - A lovely quiet location but within a couple of minutes of the beach and 10 minutes from the main town. The pool and bar has fabulous views of the city and the sea. The hot water runs out by 5pm so you need to shower early. The pool and bar area are ok but would benefit from TLC and the bar isn’t actually open although you can sit there.

Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was polite, provided all the necessary information, and explained all available amenities. A special mention goes to the cleanliness of the room and the stable Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel. The room description matched reality. Thank you!
- Tam (10/5): Great :) would definitely stay again - Everything is great. Rooms were spacious and clean. There is a balcony and bathtub which is nice. The view is great. It is very soundproof and the area is quiet at night. Nothing. If I had to nitpick, probably the fact that you cant close the curtains and use the mirror at the same time in the bathroom due to the design, but that’s it.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Nice stay in Nah Trang. - The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us feel comfortable and changed our room when the first room wasn’t right for our family. There was construction noise from across the road and the hotel has the typical quirks found in hotels of this category on Vietnam. But overall we enjoyed and had a comfortable stay. Great value!

- Danielle (9/5): Great stay especially for the price - Loved our stay here, the room was clean and comfortable, little balcony with a small clothes line to, cleaning every day if you want with fresh towels and you can also get a pool towel from reception. The pool on the roof has amazing views and has to be the best spot to see sunset behind the mountains. 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of food places on the street. We didn’t mind too much however the bar on the roof top was closed, maybe if it’s open when busier but other than this nothing.

- Olia (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely spacious clean hotel away from noisy traffic of Nha Trang. Few doors of main busy road and 5 min walk to the beach. With staff fluent in English. Close to cafe and shops and massage places. I had mountain view, very quite which was important to me as I move from main noisy street as I could not sleep there. I extended my stay 3 times at this hotel thats how comfortable I was there. Breakfast has large variety of food selection, hot and cold dishes with fresh fruit and desert. They provide beach towels at reception. Comfy bed and pillows. Aircon works well. Ameneties. Safery Box, Balcony to dry clothing on. Thank you staff for being helpful. I would stay here again as I was comfortable there. Just minor things: Grey towels smelled funny. But next day they put white towels and they had nice smell. Vietnamese guests were very loud, chating near lifts which I cpuld here in my room and during breakfast chatting accross the room to each other, no regard for other clinets who likes peace and quite. Hotel has "Shhh" signs everywhere but they still dont respect that, maybe hotel staff can politly ask the loud guests to be quit when they see that behaviour at brealfast. Reception asked to keep my passport or leave a deposit or pay in full upfront. I was not comfortable leaving my passport with them, so left a deposit, and once I stayed the night and liked the hotel I paid in full.

- Simon (9/5): Good budget hotel with a higher star feel - The hotel is in a very quiet area. There's a few food places not up to much scratch but will do if you want to eat nearby. It's south of the main built up area which means it's peaceful. Our room had some nice partial sea views which was really good for the price. There's a nice little pool upstairs but they don't seem to use the bar area anymore which is pretty common in 3* and below places in VN. It seemed to have been built to be a fancy hotel but has reduced itself to being a fancy 2 star in terms of price/ service. The staff were really helpful but there were not many of them around. Breakfast was fine too, everything edible but not much choice. But honestly for the price of the rooms it's a great option if you're on a budget but want to stay in somewhere that feels a tad fancy! Only actual issue was the construction that was going on in the hotel making it a bit dusty and noisy. Not a major issue and it seemed to be for fire protection so that's a sign of a good owner!
