NIE WIEDER!!! - Lage war super, Bus Bahnen (Fira), Supermarkt in der Nähe ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Sauberkeit in App Große Pool war dreckig, viele Krabbel Tiere schwimmen hier, mit viel dreck, Jaquzi/Hot Tub stinkt nach Chemikalien, kein Trinkwasser nur eine Flasche nur am ersten Tag, keine Tee‘s/Kaffee‘s nachfüllung, Personal Mega unprofessionell, am Rezeption war eine Dame egal was wir zu ihr gefragt haben wusste sie gar nicht, sie musste für jeder Sache ihre Kollegen/Chefs fragen, Reinigungspersonal, Küchenpersonal wünschen noch nicht mal guten Tag, keiner Hilft dir beim Gepäck ins oder aus dem App raus/rein bringen, telefon nummer von Rezeption von Appartement zeigt immer besetzt, am Rezeption konnte die Dame nichts Antworten , das alles hat und gar nichts gefallen, von meinem 5 jähriger Sohn ist versehentlich ein Spiegel kapierst gegangen dafür kam die Dame von Rezeption sofort hat dafür von uns 240€ kassiert diese sah wie eine billige IKEA spiegel aus, erstes mal und LETZTES MAL !!! Finger weg lieber wo anders gibt’s viele schöne günstigere Hotel in der Nähe

Cerca al centro de Thira lo cual facilita movilizarse y conocer el sector. Cerca a la estación del bus y de restaurantes y a unos pasos del acantilado. Una joya en medio del centro.

Room was clean and spacious. One of the reception staff (ekhron- greek name, I might have spelled it wrongly was helpful. He helped us get another room the next day after we complained. We were in room 201 and it had an annoying noise to hear after every 5-7 min throughout the day and night. Apparently the jacuzzi cleaning system was next to our room. The staff initially were surprised about the noise but they all knew about it.

However, the hot tub was not working during our stay. Overall, still a memorable experience and a lovely place to stay in Santorini. Hot tub was not cleaned and working.

We then moved to a new room and the hot tub was overflowing, which was fixed after an hour but the jets did not work.

Really nice location, walking distance to the main street of fira Nothing can be done because it is by design. It is a cave with no natural windows or breeze. The room sometimes smells abit damp due to lack of ventilation. Would be nice if the staff let you know how the hot tub works on arrival.

- Dionne (7/5): Nice accomodation if you want to be close to the city. - Great location and easy walk into Fira. Friendly staff on arrival A bit run down in places, the pictures look better than in real life. To credit the hotel, we were there in Winter and missed the Summer vibe and perhaps it would have made our stay better. Quite basic facilities, the bathroom was a nightmare, steamed up and no extractor fan. The floors and mirror get wet and steam up. When you use the waterfall shower head, everything gets wet as the shower is open. No view at all except of other rooms. We asked to have a room with a spa but were told they were all taken. They did not all seem to be taken the 4 days we were there. No complimentary tea bags or coffee. There was a jug but no tea cups or coffee mugs, we had to make our tea in a glass.
